I just signed an agreement with Regus Canada (Ontario) on October 29, 2021, to rent office space from Jan 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. The agreement starts on Jan 1, 2022. I received an invoice on October 29 including Jan rent, activation fees, and 2 months retainer with a due date of Jan 1, 2022, and that's fine. The problem is I am receiving late payment email notifications and today I received another email notification with a late payment charge on my account even though the payment is due on Jan 1, 2022. I thought it might be a long term business relationship with Regus but it seems not, no wonder why Regus is receiving a lot of complaints and bad reviews
Hi Sandra, Thank you for your response. I had my payment method set up through MyRegus since I signed the agreement. When I access billing and payments within MyRegus I see no pending invoices or transactions and nothing was charged to my credit card. MyRegus help and the agreement say " If we do not receive payment by the due date noted on your invoice, we assess fees which we incur in administrating your overdue account" and the due date on my invoice is Jan 1, 2022, why would I get charged late payment fees on payment isn't due yet? Also, please note, I had contacted the local team asking the same question and I never received a response. further, I had escalated this using Regus help desk and I got a case number C-6846194-G5F8 without receiving a solution to the issue. Thanks
