We went for dine in. We booked a table before half an hour as there was a waiting. After that we were waiting outside Mario's for 45 minutes.
We went inside and asked is the table ready. One of the employees replied we called you twice and you didn't receive your call so we skip you and now all the dine is closed for the day.
Further checked the number given to call and the dialled number by the employee. It was a different number dialled by the employee. We didn't receive any call from him.
After finding out it was his mistake he was being rude to us and also aggressive. There was his manager or other coworker and he too was not ready to listen what we are saying to him.
They both didn't responded well to us.
I would not suggest anyone to go to east side Mario's at harmony terminal in Oshawa.
It was a very bad experience. We won't suggest any of our friends and family to visit there ever again.
