I can't get anyone to answer the phone, and then they hang up o me. I first called on the 8th of November. Phoned twice and then they hung up on me. So then I tried sending it through on the computer. Again, there's been no reply. This is a scam. I want my washer fixed. I will NEVER buy an extended warranty again. I will not likely every buy from the Brick again. This is for a whirlpool washer that will not spin. The model no. is WTW5000D and the serial no. is C91743032. If this is the poor service customers get, I would like the money back that we paid, which was $134.99. I could have had the washer fixed by now by a local repair man that fixes these washers. The purchaser was Robert W. Smith from 18 Barry St. Pembroke, Ontario. It was purchased from the Brick in Pembroke, Ontario on June 02, 2019. The invoice number is 05299KPJWYN. Finally with the help of the store I purchased the washer from I was able to get the issue resolved. But don't be in a hurry. With all the visits to the store and complaints I finally had a call from King and State to tell me I didn't have a warranty. I was looking at the invoice and the warranty was right there in black and white. The problem was the store clerk had written furniture warranty instead of appliance warranty so back to the store I went. I had them fix the error they made and within two days my washer was fixed. It was a lot of running around but finally success. King and State is a terrible warranty company and I will never get a warranty with them again. They have terrible customer service when they won't answer your call and eventually hang up on you. This happened to me several times.
