GoodLife Fitness - Harassment at the gym

I was harassed at the GoodLife fitness today at 3660 Kingston Road. I know it is talked about how women are consistently harassed at various gyms but this was a very scary experience and really uncalled. So I am working out at weight section at 6:07pm exactly on Tuesday April 19th. I set up my squat machine and also take a a weight bench so I could do a super set. A guy comes to ask me if I am using the weight bench of which I said yes. I then proceed to put my AirPods and water bottle so I am not interrupted while squatting and so everyone knows someone is using it. As I am about to begin my superset he starts screaming at me for like a minute straight shouting that why did I lie about using the machine. Of which I responded and told him to calm down so I could explain and then he swears at me for no reason and says he doesn’t [censored]ing care about my explanation. This was a very scary experience as he knew he was very intimidating he was a lot taller than me and was a lot older. After his behaviour, no one said anything. This made me uncomfortable because after this incident he kept working out next to me. So I finished my exercise earlier than I planned because of the discomfort and scary behaviour and left the gym. I reported this to the people at the front desk and they suggested I work out at the women area and later suggested that they will speak to him. This very inappropriate for a shared space and very disrespectful to women that work out at the gym to feel unsafe to work in the weight area.

Desired outcome: The harassment case should be dealt with appropriately.
