I came in for a simple oil change, and even though having purchased the car from classic honda in aug 2022, only 9000km ago and having its transmission fluid changed, the mechanic and the supervisor (Siwach, and Shan) working at the time convinced me the transmission fluid has to be replaced. I have it in writing from classic honda the transmission fluid change was not needed and I have been over charged. $149 extra was put on my bill at the end even though I just wanted a simple oil change. Even though they told me that they changed the transmission fluid at Mr lube for me, on the invoice they charged me $0 for transmission fluid change on purpose for it, and put a cost of $149 transaxle final drive pkg. I talked to supervisor (sukh) on Feb 10th who assured me would look into the matter. I will be contacting the better bussiness bureau regarding this wrong practice at the Mr lube location where customers are being cheated and lied to out of their money and FORCED to do services they do not need by insistent employees. Extremely disappointed and cheated out of my money.
Desired outcome: Money for transmission oil returned
