I started a new job site and I'm stuck going to this Tim's location. For a week now I arrive between 730-8 and the wait is horrible. Why is that there's only 3 people working 2 cash registers and cooking and dealing with food deliveries. Most of the time there's only 1 worker working and 10 people in line. Tim's has lost there way on so many levels. Consumers are trying to get to work in the morning not waiting 20 min for a coffee. And I know how it works I owned a coffee shop for ten years and with ou computer screens and Tim's money I had customers in and out especially in the morning. This is my 2nd complaint this week. Tim Norton's does not keep a close eye on there stores and that's why your brand is is getting weeker. I've typed this while standing in line and there's still 2 people in front of me. If there was a star bucks around here I wouldn't be typing this. No need for a response because nothing will change. Oh ya 4 days now and still no jalapeno bagels as advertised
