All payments are going out of my bank account but still I am receiving overdue emails I went to my gym to get this issue resolved and there was an employee name Mia instead of resolving this issue she even confused me and she treated me not so good may be because I am brown. She even said I can’t workout because I received overdue payment email. I don’t understand form where you hire these employees who don’t solve issues and make them bigger. In 15 of June they took money out of my account, how come I can’t workout if I paid for it. And please work on your customer support because it’s even below average..
GoodLife Fitness - Lack of response, and unauthorized withdrawals
Good afternoon
I have been a loyal Goodlife member for 14 years here in Sudbury, and always promoted this gym, and was proud to part of the Goodlife Family, and unfortunately, forced to suspend my membership on account of the pandemic.
Last year a holding fee was taken out of my account without my permission, and on August 30th another $17.43 was taken out, again without my authorization.
I was not on contract, and in light of the circumstances wish to be reimbursed and steps taken to prohibit this from happening again.
Further, I did no reach out on 3 separate occassions via email to the Sudbury, ON branch, in the past week, and have yet to receive a response.
This is concerning, as I was looking into restarting my membership with my son, however, with this poor level of customer service I am not inclining to do so.
