In mid May 2023 I was getting an oil change at Mr Lube on 793 Spadina RD. I used my Element Maintenance card to purchase the service. The employee asked if I wanted to do another service , and I replied, No. He said your car air filter needs to be changed and this service will be approved by your company . I replied No, thanks maybe next time. A few days later the same employee kept calling me to come to change the car filter, and he informed me I got an approval from my company to do the service. I was very busy with work , and I ignored his calls. After many calls from the employee. On Jun 06,2023,I decided to go to your location and change the filter. When I got there I asked for Air filter change . The employee informed me we called your company and you got approved to change the Air filter and a few things .Another employee started to change the transmission oil . I called the employee to tell him I did not ask for that service . But , he is trying to convince me that my company wants me to do this service and other services in my car (which doesn't make sense at all ,because I am the person who is asking for service, not my company ). I was forced to change the transmission oil ,because the employee had already started to change the oil. And I stopped him from doing more service in my car that I did not ask for ,but Air filter changed.

In summary, the employee took advantage of my element card information and called my company on my behalf to get as much service as he can in order to charge my card as much as he can. I ended up charged 455.05 instead of 109 ,which is the Air filter price. Horrible experience !
