KFC - Credit card charges - terrible service

On Wednesday June 10th at 5:36:36 pm I placed an order # [protected] on line for pickup at 6:30 pm. Total 23.71 On arrival at the Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada store they claimed they did not receive the order, even though my wife showed them the confirmation on her cell phone. They would not accept this & stated rudely she had to pay for the order again. She reluctantly paid another $23.71 at 6:28 pm (Order # 1022 Store # 1370) I have since emailed your customer service twice to get a credit for the duplicate charge & received a phone call that it would be issued & would take 4 to 5 business days to take place. I am still waiting & will have Capital One look after it on July 15th with an affidavit of duplication. Your store personnel are rude & condescending & not that you care I will never deal with your company again. This is not the first time I've had to deal with your rude staff. Your Newmarket people must have taken the same training course. I have posted a google review (very negative) & tell my friends & associates & anyone else in conversation to never deal with your company.

KFC - Drive through times and messed up order

I waited 25 minutes after i went through the drive through, They told me to wait outside in the parking lot they would bring my food. After waiting 25 minutes i went inside the kfc. I ordered 2 can dine for $9.99. One with regular mayo and one without, I ordered a big crunch combo wth regular mayo after waiting an additional 10 minutes they completed the order. I spoke with the manager in the store who had no clue on what she was doing. There was 5 other people waiting along period of time as well who were pretty upset. I drove home to stouffville and when I got there my order was not correct.The lettuce was brown the mayo was spicy on the chicken . I have ulcers and cannot handle spice. one of the chicken sandwiches was under cooked. I been a long time kfc customer i usually once a week however if this continues this no longer go and I definately wont go to the store in uxbridge again. They forgot to give me the receipt but my number is [protected]
