My t.V. stopped working and so it was within the 3 year warranty, therefore I called to have it repaired. It took 2 weeks before getting a call back. Another 2 weeks before they found a company to pick it up to get serviced. The company came and picked it up. I called weeks later to see what was going on. They said a estimate was sent to TransGlobal. And that they where waiting for them to respond to the estimate by the repair shop. I called TransGlobal and said they where waiting for the repair shop to give an estimate, which they did.
my t.v. let my house September 9th 2019. We are now October 24th 2019 and still NO ANSWER! I called back my local Brick store where it was purchased. They said they sent a email to Costumer care King and State for the warranty! I just don't get it. I buy from the Brick. The warranty is with King and State, but then TransGlobal is also the warranty company too? So with the repair shop that makes 4 companies that don't have any answer, or don't know their [censored] from their elbow! What a bunch of scammers! They say no hassle for warranties...my [censored]! This is totally outrageous.
