We purchased a 3 piece coffee and 2 end tables originally ordered were the ones on the floor were covered with all types of accessories I could not see the lines in the tables. The manager told me to pick something else… we ordered november 2nd and said it would be delivered end of november. We received a call stating that our set has been delayed and would not arrive until middle december now! I phoned the store manager in regina and told him this is not acceptable and wanted my money back. He said come pick something else out or he could give us a store credit, and he assured me that we would get something sooner than middle of dec. The total cost was $621.56. My husband & I went to the store and there was nothing available that would arrive until late december. I asked for my money back and they told me they could only give me $277.00 back not the $621.56. This is what you call customer service? I will file a complaint with better business bureau and consumer affairs.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and I would like a response.
The Brick - A warrant issue / 2 receipt no product/ manager /employees issues
Order under [protected]: In April was told I have extended warrant not claimed, so I can use the warrant to purchased something in the store and to come back in July. I went back in July and asked if I could purchase a BBQ with the warrant, was told by 4 employee I could. I purchased a BBQ and the extended warrant and they charged me $2 and some chance, Which I have a receipt for. I received a call stating I could not get the BBQ because it is considered an appliance. I spoke to the manager ( she ) told me she heard the conversation about the BBQ . Now I have 5 employees stating at the time I could purchase BBQ.
I wrote and explained on the contact brick site about the issue and the manager from the North store contacted me and I explained to him about what happen, he told me the manager from the East store would contract me Curtis. Curtis called me and explained the issue and told me I also have another warrant which I was surprised to learn. Now I have 2 warrant I can use in the store but they will over lap and to come on September 23, 2021 to use up these warrants . I was there on September 23 and I purchased a mattress set for $ 404.95 and my warrant covered $ 395.00 I paid $54 . Thinking everything is all good now, I received a call stating I owe another $ 100 and something because the other warrant was used back in 2018. I did not know anything about this warrant, Curtis the manager told me I had this warrant and could use it. I have 2 receipts on a BBQ I paid for and a mattress set and I don't have either one. I am so frustrated with Curtis. He refuse to deal with this issue and to come to an understanding . I would appreciate a call from a manger higher up the Curtis. The manager at the North Regina store told me he would get his manager to contact me and I have not heard from anyone. I can be reach at [protected]. Thank you Molly

The Brick - delivery
I purchased sofa, love sit and bed frame in this location last June 17, 2019 and set up for delivery on July 13, 2019 as day gone by with the delivery date I traveled from work since my work place is 2 ours away and only went home to received the delivery, the days came in and I called them about my delivery and the store told me that I'm not expecting any delivery, I was so furious and went to store learning that my order was not available yet, I ask why did not not called me that way my time and gas is not wasted and just say sorry to me and will just gonna call me once product is available out of my frustration I just went home since I really liked the furniture that I bought,
After a week the sofa and love sit was deliver and after another week the bed frame was delivered but during my purchased they told me I'm paying delivery fee because they are the one who will assemble my order and get the boxes out of my place which never happened
I am so mad because I paid for delivery fee and expect that they will assembled it, I past the first experience even though I should be compensated with my gas for what they did the first time and then this second delivery makes me more angry,
The fact that no one called me even the sales person who sold me the furnitures to personally apologize,
This is worst experience ever in my life and I will never purchased anything from this company anymore and telling every people I know that I will warn them before purchasing to this company,
I demand refund and gas compensation in any form.
