I purchased a Global Version UMIDIGI X Smartphone for European Countries color black with order nº FAA21J01X3957-2LT864 on the 1st of October of 2021.

This year since the month of May upto now I have had a lot of issues. In the beginning as I tried to use the internet or even making phone calls, it was randomly rebooting by itself. As time went on it was becoming virtually impossible to charge. Now it has an error message stating that it is overheating.

Another issue is that when I input the card cellphone code it switchs off without placing all the number codes. This is really frustrating, since this smartphone has only 10 months. Youtube link to see the video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-jCtm4Prj8 .

I would like it repaired as soon. as possible for free, since it is in warranty. For this I need the address to send it. You can contact me using my email address or by phoning me .

At the same time I would like to inform, that I have sent emails concerning this matter, where your services inform me in a ridiculous manner, that is, to keep the item due to the long time, high cost of the return handling and a partial refund of 8 euros as compensation.

The item has only 10 months and as mentioned above , it is in the warranty period (12 months manufactures warranty). It is your duty to take some responsability and solve this situation.

tracking no : RX739505879CN

While order placing it was mentioned as 7 - 10 days., whereas tracking shows last update on 20.07.18 as shipped, but no further information.

But being a CAFAGO a reputed service provider, we expect committed delivery within stipulated time.

Whereas its been more than 15 days, and still we the customer left in grey.

We do not expect such a huge delay and commitment failure.

I kindly request you to deliver the courier on or before 30.07.2018 or else cancel the order and refund the amount.

Hope we made a huge mistake selecting Cafago.

My order number FCN17K02E4536-ZY6TID was on priority shipping.
My invoice Receipt No: [protected]

My order is still showing on hold when I have paid extra 40€ for priority shipment. I sent several emails asking to cancel my order and process my refund. Or refund my priority shipment charges and dispatch the shipment.
The order was placed on 2017-11-02 and it has already been 18days since it is showing on hold.
I tried sending a mail to [protected]@cafago.com but delivery failure and no reply.

I ordered VB601 Baby Monitor 2.0in LCD Wireless with 8IR LED Two-way Talk Monitor VOX Mode. Several minutes later I got a confirmation email with a tracking info which was false.
So it's easy to guess what happened next. I never received my order.
Thank god their customer service often replies, but they are absolutely useless and helpless. Well, no wonder.
If they don't know where my item is, then how do I know it?
It's irritating.

Well, there's nothing positive to say. I ordered Papaler P102 Creative Selfie Stick. I got a confirmation email with shipping information. I thought wow, so fast, well done. They even provided me a tracking number. I was nicely surprised. Only this tracking number was not working. And I never received my order. Their customer service says the different things and claims that my item had been delivered. Ok, where is it? They don't know. How do I know then?
Dealing with them is so stressful. I hope one day I will talk to an adequate person from their CS and he/she will resolve my issue. Till then I'll keep chasing them and ask to resend, to replace or to refund.
