CoolShop Appalling lack of customer care

I bought an expensive electric toothbrush from CoolShop in October 22. By Nov 23 it had developed a fault and keeps running out of charge. The customer care is shockingly bad. I had to send 4 emails over a month before I had a response and was firstly accused of sending to a no reply email address (totally wrong and no apology).

They insist that I post the toothbrush back to Denmark where they are based (not to Oral B in the UK) and say it’ll take 3-6 weeks. No response to my repeated question about how we are meant to manage with no toothbrush for that long!

I was blindsided by the ‘co.uk’ email / website and would never have ordered from abroad if I’d known as their T&C are so different to ours. They are being so unhelpful and won’t respond to direct questions - they keep on changing the same mantra.

CoolShop There is no service from this company

I pre ordered a game I really wanted. The website said 48 hours for delivery. Game didn't arrived. I contacted company, they told me to wait a few more days, after a few more days they told me to wait 15 days. After 15 days they told me I needed to wait 15 working days... but the game never arrived. This company is a complete scam site. Do not trust them at all.

CoolShop KARCHER steam cleaner

I bought a steam cleaner from the cool shop in Dec received in January tried using it the very first time was faulty as it was not working and leaking water from maintenance lock returned the product to the company, after more than a month received the product back with a note saying product has been attempted to use wrongly and detergent has been used. I am trying to explain I haven’t used any detergent.. Now tried using it again not working at all. Please provide the solution and refund please.

CoolShop Empty Box Deliver

Bought an item from their shop! We had our delivery two weeks later and the box that arrived was empty! Sellotape up to the hilt! Clearly was opened, stolen, and retaped up! We contacted Coolshop for an immediate replacement or money back and they replied with 'under investigation, please don't send us any more emails as this can disrupt the progress'! How about you just return our money or we go to court!

CoolShop Webcam Logitech

I ordered a webcam from Coolshop costing £150.00 on 10th January.
It was apparently despatched on 11th January from their warehouse in Denmark.
Since then, it is not clear where it is. FedEx tracking says it was unloaded on 21st January, not clear where.
Hermes UK tracking says it has not received it.
It has now been 16 days.
I have repeatedly emailed coolshop.
Most emails go unanswered. When they do respond, it is a generic standard response blaming delays on Brexit, and asking to wait till 30 days before querying. Nowhere on their website do they say delivery times are 30 days. They still say delivery times are 2-5 days.
I have repeatedly asked for the order to be cancelled and refund made, but do not get a response.
Review websites are full of other customers complaining of same issues with non receipt of goods.
Please can you help?

CoolShop Products not received & no refund or cancellation

I ordered 3x copies of the game Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 last week and were expecting to receive them on release day, only to be told that my card that I paid with has been 'Rejected by acquirer' which is a bit of a coincidence just before release date. I repaid and it said that it went through however still no games have arrived.

Despite numerous e-mails and messages to try and contact this company I've had no response. I'm also not alone in this as I see that many many more customers have had exactly the same problem. I know this as they had a comments page which has now been removed (funny that) as it was full of people complaining. However there is still a page with customers complaints which can be viewed here:

I've now tried to cancel this order but there is NO WHERE in my account section to do this, despite it being mentioned numerous of times across their website.

Coolshop is NOT a trusted site. They sell defective products to their clients. Do not be fooled by their prices which are too good to be true.

We purchased a babies portable bathtub from them ‘Chicco Bubble Nest’. It came without a proper support (missing part) making it impossible to use and VERY DANGEROUS as it collapses on the newborn when he is placed inside!

It is more than one month since the purchase and they have not sent the missing part! in addition this company has no telephone or address so they leave you without any customer service once the product is sold.

BUYER BEWARE!
