Calibrate Health Calibrate Health in Freefall

I was excited to start my weight loss journey when I signed up for Calibrate. I agreed to the one-year program, but over the past three months, I have not received medication, coaching, or any support from the program.

My coach resigned, and I supposedly have a session on December 28. I have requested multiple times that my enrollment be canceled, but they continue to send back stock responses and state that someone from their medical team will be reaching out. Over one month has passed, and I have not been contacted.

The only good news is that I achieved my weight loss goal on my own initiative.

It's too bad this company is imploding and not taking responsibility for its 'patients.'

Recommendation: I would not recommend enrollment with Calibrate Health. They make promises they cannot fulfill.

Calibrate Health No one at home

Trying to communicate via their primitive APP is a joke. When you send a follow up message you get scolded for leaving too many messages and slowing down their response-- which I never did receive,

Proactively managing your preauthorization prior to running out is nonexistent.

The doctor on record for me is listed at a hospital she no longer works at ! How does that work

RUN Far and FAST from this group!

Recommendation: DON"T

Everything the promise to do - they don't. I was left on my own to navigate their useless app and try to communicate. They failed to communicate the needed appointments from the start and monitor if they were or were not happening. They failed to manage the limited preauthorization period of 7 months of the medication and allowed it to expire --- even after I tried to get them to answer me for a month on the app communication tool. Waste of money- scam -

The doctor on my accounts listed and contact information points to a hospital that she no longer works at -- how is that legal?

Calibrate Health Buyer Beware Of Poor company support

Signed up for the "health plan" which is $1600 upfront (even if you use finance they get their money) and after almost 4 wks had my first doc meeting which is where the meds are prescribed and labs are discussed. She stated that due to prescribed insurance issues, I would be able to get my doc visit waived if needed. The next week I had my first counselor meeting and found out that the meds in question are not covered at all unless you are type 2 diabetic. Find so I contacted Calibrate that day with concerns with no response. After 26 times of trying to contact in 11 days via calls, emails, apps contacts, Twitter, and Instagram a person finally responded after 11 days. It was an altered standard email of they have 90 days to continue working on doing something before a refund is an option. Mind you this is on day 46 of this lengthy journey. Why is it so hard for a company to communicate with its clients/customers? Why is a support company not supporting us? Because they don't know how and have removed that option as of January's layoffs.

Things I learned: always google complaints, always call the numbers provided and see if someone is on the line, always make sure that you get everything in writing, and always call insurance and ask what would be needed to get a med like this covered each month(because it could be lengthy each and every month for approvals) and if they do not respond file a dispute via your bank.

Calibrate Health I had to give a "star rating of 1" but they deserve ZERO rating

I had to give a "star rating of 1" but they deserve ZERO rating. I signed up for Calibrate May 2022 and to this date I have not received the promised medication and my coach was a no show for our scheduled appointment today. I have sent several emails to Calibrate and I have not heard back at all. I have now emailed them to cancel my membership as I will not do business with a company that doesn't return emails nor have any phone number listed to contact them. They took my payment but I have not received any goods in return.

I joined over 6 weeks ago, I have not received my medication nor is the company what it seems. I already dished out over *** 14 days. When I called the pharmacy that was to dispense my medication, they stated the medication was never prescribed nor do the have my name in the system. I want a refund on my program. I requested they refund for the supervisor and or medical director to call back as well as a full refund. I received neither! This seems to be a harsh way to scam people who are looking for medical help by weight loss.

Calibrate took my money, and then failed to fulfill their end of the contract. Apparently they must have lost their pharmacy provider because Ive seen hundreds of customers who are experiencing the same thing. They are not responding to clients, dont have enough help ( they laid off 2/3 of their staff several weeks ago) - they continue to advertise for new clients with promises of GLP 1 medications when they cant even help the clients they already have. I was one of the lucky ones - as soon as I learned about the layoffs, knowing I hadnt received my refills, I demanded a full refund and got it. But if you go to the unofficial calibrate *** you will see so many people who have had zero response. They are also telling people its fine for them to stop taking the medications cold turkey - but their breaking the contract they made. And there are not enough coaches so people arent even getting coaching support either. They should be shut down. This is a bait and switch scheme - and these are dishonest people who have done material harm to people like me who trusted them and were working the program and having success. Please protect other people from these scammers. They even scammed their own employees. Do something before someone is seriously harmed.

I joined Calibrate in June 2022. I set up a plan to make payments in which a payment was already deducted. I completed the lab work and had my first physician conference on July 6th via Secure Videochat for 45 minutes. The plan was to prescribe Ozempic and metformin through a designated pharmacy. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, 8:00 - 8:45 AM EDT on 7/6/22, but as of 7/26/22, the pharmacy still had not received the prescription. I have made several attempts to contact Calibrate via phone and email with no luck, aside from an immediate response acknowledging the email. I am very disappointed with this company and the physician for not following through with the agreement. I don't even know how to cancel the service to get a refund.

I also received an email multiple times noting a problem in the system: 'Thank you for contacting us about this message. As you may know, we recently transitioned to send prescriptions directly to home delivery pharmacies to facilitate smoother communication between Calibrate and pharmacies. We recently identified a technical error in the automated communication that caused your prescription confirmation email to be sent prematurely. We are still working to try to find you an approved and affordable GLP-1 medication. One of the reasons our program is so special is that we work closely with your insurance to find a covered GLP-1, but we apologize that it can be such a lengthy process. We will update you as soon as we have more information regarding your medication coverage. No further action is needed on your end at this time. Warmly, Team Calibrate.'

Additionally, my first coaching session was changed without warning in the middle of the night after I took a day off to attend. I would reconsider joining this program. I thought it would be ideal, being that I am so busy and find it hard to attend weekly weight loss appointments. I was wrong.

I started with Calibrate in 11/22, Ive done extremely well losing 40 pounds. Everything has went well up till the last 3 months I have been struggling for them to send my injections. I cannot get my messages replied too. I have paid for this and only have 4 months left but I have been out of meds a total of 4 weeks now. Im getting cheated. I just want them to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy with refills since they cannot seem to *** them out like they are suppose too. The lack of customer service is very stressful and I feel like since Im almost done I no longer matter.

Signed up with high hopes. Waited a month to see a doctor. At this point I was told that it could be another 4 to 6 weeks before I could be prescribed medication. They sent a canned message to tell me that they contacted my insurance for authorization. My insurance is a PPO and does not require pre-authorization. I confirmed with my insurance that they were never contacted by Calibrate. Then they sent me a notification saying that my prescription has been sent to a pharmacy. I contacted the pharmacy and they did not have the prescription. Over a week later and they still don't have the prescription. I have messaged them several times through the app and have never received more than a canned reply. At this point I'm just messaging them every day demanding a refund. Meanwhile, I contacted another company. I got an appointment with the doctor 30 minutes later. My prescription was available for pick up the next day - All for my $25 copay and $25 for the prescription. CALIBRATE IS A SCAM! They are not even trying to pretend at this point. They have stolen my money - $1,350!

I was trying to see if I was eligible for the program and apparently what I filled out was if I was eligible to PAY for the program with my own funds and ended up enrolling by mistake. The website is NOT clear. Even worse, the communication with the team. It was hard enough to find out if I had actually enrolled, the additional costs had not been clear, and overall the site is designed with dark patterns (look it up) to trick the consumer into something they wouldn't necessarily agree to.

Since I was already so stressed, I decided to cancel. I was told I was eligible for a refund, but I had to email another person. So I did. After about a week they said I needed to speak to the exact same person that had sent me to them in the first place. It has now been OVER A MONTH and I have had to submit a vendor dispute with my credit card company because I have tried to get my refund multiple times and I'm getting no response. I advise so strongly against this program.

Plus, my actual doctor said that they have been wondering how companies like Calibrate have been getting the medicines because there is a national shortage. Looking at the other reviews, it appears they are not. By the way - I am a very tech-savvy person and usually the first to sigh when others get caught in online traps. Joke is on me now, because this has been so cleverly deceptive (whether on purpose or as a surprise result of total incompetence) that now I am one of the defrauded.

I joined Calibrate in April 2022. Everything was moving along smoothly at the beginning. On June 24, 2022, I was contacted by the medical team about medication refills. I have not received any further medication or contact with the company since then. I have contacted support through the Calibrate app, by email, through *** and Messenger but there has been zero response to my requests for an explanation. I just want to get out of the program with a full refund because this is a terrible way to do business.

I signed up for calibrate last year and was prescribed wegovy. I had met my deductible at that time so the copay was $0. My health insurance plan reset in June 2022so wegovy will now cost me the full price (about $1500) after I pay my deductible of $1400. I cannot afford this so the next option is Rybelsus, which is more affordable. After discussing this option in June with the customer service team they were supposed to fill the prescription at my pharmacy but have failed to do so or respond to my calls, emails and chat messages in the calibrate app. I already paid the cost of the calibrate program upfront last year, $1400 and fear that calibrate has forgotten about my medications and medical care. I have been without medication for a few weeks now and have 4 months left in the program. Because I cant afford Wegovy and Rybelsus was not filled I had not choice but to stop Wegovy cold turkey and now feeling the side awful effects. I havent heard from anyone since late June 2022. Im kindly requesting a refund from Calibrate for not holding up on their end of the deal. The refund amount is $466.

Calibrate is the most frustrating weight loss company I have ever had to deal with. It took me six months to get my first medicine. They took forever. The worst part was trying to deal with them on an ongoing basis. They are todays version of a tech company with no main corporate office. Everybody works all over the country out of their home and it seems as if its a *** mess and nobody has accountability. They are drastically understaffed and completely disorganized. An old fashion approached to a human being answering the phone would cure all of their problems. I wanted to write a letter to the president because I felt so strongly after everything Ive been through with them. The medication is great when you dont feel so nauseous. There are other companies now that we can go to without dealing with the impersonal app that they use to communicate. I have had trouble getting my medication from the pharmacy for three months in a row now and every time I try to get them to help me I have to leave a message on an app of which I get a message back automatically saying it will take them 3 to 5 days to get back to me when I am all out of medication and its their fault. They have major issues with their pharmacy that distributes. The coaching and educational programs are sophomoric to those of us that have struggled with weight all our lives. The doctors are fine but once again if you cant talk to them or you cant get your medicine but you still get charged tons of money every month its just really frustrating. Technology is not their friend. They are hiding behind it. They use it as their excuse. Its really hard to go on and off the medication but it seems to be OK with them. After everything Ive been through, I wouldve thought someone from management wouldve called and apologized. I have owned my own companies and Ive been giving awards for good customer service and it all comes down to communication. They are so sneaky that theyve hidden bad reviews.

Im pretty sure Ive been scammed by this company. After signing up and payment, I have not received a welcome packet with scale or any GLP - 1 medication. Ive been emailing and texting through the app and even called the customer service line, 800 x*** which is a joke. The whole ordeal is so unsettling to say the least, the fact that this company has all my personal information is disturbing. I plan on filing a complaint.

This company appears to be legitimate, but if everyone who has joined is paying over $1400, and there isn't enough support staff to answer questions within 24 hours, something is suspicious. The program continues to accept new patients and their money, yet the prescription medication has been in short to zero supply since well before they accepted my payment. They must have been aware of this. I started on the first month's loading dose and never received any more medication due to the lack of supply.

The support team would repeatedly ask me the same question, yet not read my responses for 2-3 business days or more. The doctor did not order the new prescription that he suggested. The counselor managed to do fine with the allotted 15 minutes every other week, which is hardly sufficient. We were warned that if we contacted them with the same questions (after not receiving an answer), they would put us at the back of the queue.

If stress contributes to weight gain, and Calibrate has increased my stress levels with very poor customer service and business practices, then their stated goal to help clients lose weight is not being met. In essence, just about everything about this program seems to be an illusion.

Calibrate Health Calibrate is the front man who you think you will be working with

Calibrate is the front man who you think you will be working with. My first payment went to them using my card of choice. Next thing I know a company by the name of *** is charging my debit card *** per month. I knew the amount but who was *** and why did they take money out of my bank? The medical I was started on made horribly ill which was not explained to me in detail. I was nauseous and vomiting for 2 weeks in a row and even missed work! When I told them to cancel the meds it did not get done and I'm still receiving packages. For that I must call a third entity, not connected with Calibrate, a pharmacy. I was told by my coach *** if I don't take the meds I cannot do the program. I want out but my monthly installmewill still be charged because *** provided me with a loan and I have a line of credit with them now which I do not want. And they are using my debit card without my consent. Help.

Calibrate Health I signed up with Calibrate in October

I signed up with Calibrate in October. The contract guarantees prescriptions refills for the entirety of the program. I received a total of 4 months of prescriptions. I have inquired multiple times asking Calibrate and Vitacare of the status and they said they are working on it each time. I asked Calibrate multiple times if my prescription refills will be extended since Ive only received 4 months and they said that will not happen. My insurance changed in January and I followed up with my insurance to check on the approval process and they informed me that Calibrate has not been working with them in the approval process. It was submitted in Feb and then again at the end of May and it was denied by my insurance the next day. I reached out to Calibrate multiple times inquiring about the process and they told me every time that they were working on it without informing me that it was denied the day after it was submitted. I would like a full refund since the contract has been broken many times.

I was trying to see if I was eligible for the program and apparently what I filled out was if I was eligible to PAY for the program and ended up enrolling by mistake. The website is unclear. Worse is the team communication. It was difficult to confirm my enrollment, the extra costs were not transparent, and the site uses dark patterns to mislead consumers. Overwhelmed, I opted to cancel. I was promised a refund, yet had to email someone else. A week later, they redirected me to the initial contact. After a month and several refund attempts with no response, I filed a vendor dispute. I strongly discourage using this program. My doctor also questioned how Calibrate obtains medicines amid a national shortage. Other reviews suggest they don't. Despite being tech-savvy and usually avoiding online pitfalls, I've been caught in this deceptive scheme, whether by design or sheer incompetence.

I had no idea this was happening- was blind to all that was happening in the background until my refill just didnt come- literally have been messaging every other day for 2 months! The responses i get are generic and say basically that my request is better handled by the side of the business that just referred me to the other side saying the same thing. The WORST part is it takes 3-5 days to get NOWHERE. I called my insurance as well as the manufacturer of the drug myself- the Calibrate MD initially submitted my prior Auth saying the drug was to treat DM2 which I DONT HAVE! They cover *** for weight loss but not for treatment of DM2. I read the denial and contacted Calibrate medical channel who said I should contact support about medication status- Really!? Finally spoke to Dr who was very nice and sent Rx to my pharmacy and now it has been in limbo for 8 days because they have a question for the prescriber before they can send it and they arent responding. I have been trying for 6 days to get a response to this latest request and I got an answer this afternoon telling me to contact support channel, Now I am outside my body with frustration- I have completely done all the legwork and STILL DONT HAVE MY MEDICATION- it has been over 2 months! I see that the company reads these - I am praying that someone in the big black hole of Calibrate support actually is a thinking person that can admit this is so ridiculous and unnecessary- I dont even care that they cant honor the $25 guarantee , I just want a timely response and for them to release my prescription

I joined Calibrate in June 2022. I set up a plan to make payments in which a payment was already deducted. I completed the lab work and had my first physician conference on July 6th Secure Videochat - *** - 45min).( *** plan was to prescribe Ozempic and metformin (*** is the pharmacy). Wednesday, 8:00 - 8:45 AM EDT 7/6/22 in which as of 7/26/22 *** still has not received the prescription. I have made several attempts to contact Calibrate via phone and email with no lock aside from a immediate response acknowledging the email. I am very dissappointed with this company and the physician for not following through with agreement. I don't even know how to cancel service to get refund. I also received an email multiple times noting a problem in system:Thank you for contacting us about this message.As you may know, we recently transitioned to send prescriptions directly to home delivery pharmacies to facilitate a smoother communication between Calibrate and pharmacies.We recently identified a technical error in the automated communication that caused your prescription confirmation email to be sent prematurely. We are still working to try to find you an approved and affordable GLP-1 medication. One of the reasons our program is so special is that we work closely with your insurance to find a covered GLP-1, but we apologize that it can be such a lengthy process. We will update you as soon as we have more information regarding your medication coverage. Signed up for calibrate with high hopes. Specifically because of the combination of medication and coaching. You take two meds together to speed weight loss. I talked to a MD who said I would be a candidate for both meds despite having previous gastric surgery. Id start by taking an oral anti glycemic then a few weeks later receive the injectable. I was waiting for weeks, no pills show up but the injection does. I contact the company and they forgot to tell me Im not a candidate for the pills because of the gastric surgery that Id already directly asked about.During that time period you start doing coaching sessions and your stuck with the same appointment time every two weeks. I had contacted customer service on the previous Friday, Monday and Wednesday to cancel a Friday appointment and all I get back is auto generated well get back to you in 3-5 business days. So the Friday appointment I try to cancel comes and goes and I receive the sorry you missed your appointment because you can only miss a few which would be reasonable if you were able to reschedule. My insurance okayed my first prescription injection and I had gotten a coach who was available when I had time, I had started losing weight and felt like the program could work. This positive progress lasted a month. The next months Med is denied.My insurance company sent me the denial letter saying calibrate had put in zero information saying the prescription was for weight loss, just submitted the claim like I was a diabetic. I contacted customer service again which took over 7 days for a reply. Theyll resubmit, theyll try this and keep me informed. Two weeks goes by and I have another appointment with my coach. Ive been off meds for almost a month at that point. If I wanted *** noom is a lot less money. The coach said shed bring it up with her boss. TWO MORE WEEKS pass and nothing. A regular doctors office would never survive was such terrible follow up.

Calibrate is the most frustrating weight loss company I have ever had to deal with. It took me six months to get my first medicine. They took forever. The worst part was trying to deal with them on an ongoing basis. They are todays version of a tech company with no main corporate office. Everybody works all over the country out of their home and it seems as if its a *** mess and nobody has accountability. They are drastically understaffed and completely disorganized. An old fashion approached to a human being answering the phone would cure all of their problems. I wanted to write a letter to the president because I felt so strongly after everything Ive been through with them. The medication is great when you dont feel so nauseous. There are other companies now that we can go to without dealing with the impersonal app that they use to communicate. I have had trouble getting my medication from the pharmacy for three months in a row now and every time I try to get them to help me I have to leave a message on an app of which I get a message back automatically saying it will take them 3 to 5 days to get back to me when I am all out of medication and its their fault. They have major issues with their pharmacy that distributes. The coaching and educational programs are sophomoric to those of us that have struggled with weight all our lives. The doctors are fine but once again if you cant talk to them or you cant get your medicine but you still get charged tons of money every month its just really frustrating. Technology is not their friend. They are hiding behind it. They use it as their excuse. Its really hard to go on and off the medication but it seems to be OK with them. After everything Ive been through, I wouldve thought someone from management wouldve called and apologized. I have owned my own companies and Ive been giving awards for good customer service and it all comes down to communication. They are so sneaky that theyve hidden bad reviews.

Complete scam. Avoid using these liars. You start by paying over $1500. You will get meds in the second month which is a placebo. You might get Wegovy for the next month, then nothing! After that, they expect you to pay $1000/mth for meds.

There is no way to communicate with the doctor, if there is one.

You do talk to a coach, but the coach has no idea about the meds or anything with the program.

It's a scam. Go talk to your doctor about losing weight.

In January 2023, I enrolled in the Calibrate program, paying the entire fee up front as required ($1600). I received my welcome kit quickly, and while I had a little bit of an issue with submitting insurance info (they asked for it again several weeks after I sent it), it was no big deal. Several weeks went by with no lab orders (one of the first things you should get after signing up and submitting insurance and ID verification). I reached out and got a response a week later apologizing and ordering my labs. By then it was the end of February. I signed up for a dr appt (have to have labs done before you see a dr), but the soonest appt was a month out (end of March). I had my virtual dr visit at the end of March, and she prescribed Metaformin “until they could get me a GLP1.” It’s now almost 4 months later, WELL after the “90 day guarantee” to have the GLP 1 within 90 days of your Dr appt. Nothing has been denied by my insurance, so I strongly suspect nothing has been submitted. I have emailed Calibrate support multiple times checking on the status of the GLP 1 along the way, and repeatedly reassured they are “working on it.” Finally, two weeks ago I emailed stating that I wanted a response with a concrete timeline for the GLP 1 in the next 2 weeks. No response. A week ago, I messaged again stating that since I had gotten no response, I wanted a full refund per the agreement, as Calibrate had breached their contract. Still no response. At this point I’m about to start month 8 of the “program” with no GLP 1, which is absolutely the point of enrolling in this program.

Desired outcome: Full refund per the term of the contract.

Calibrate Health Dangerous prescribing practice with no communication

Joined calibrate in Feb 2023. MD appt occurred and medications started arriving. App stopped working. No coaching. I have tried 3 different email addresses for Caibrate and no one has responded. Pillpack through Amazon responded and apologized to me for the lack of communication with Calibrate. I have contacted the better business bureau and saw many complaints there as well. Next call will be to the Board of Medicine. It’s very dangerous to be prescribing medications and the patient has no way to contact the physician. I have requested a full refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund and help for people remaining in program on medications with no way to ask for help.

I am writing a formal complaint against Calibrate Weight Lose company. This company has no way for you to directly speak to their customer service, it has been over 1 month and I have not received any medication, I cannot directly speak to a doctor whenever I have questions, and my chat requests are ONLY answered by AI chat bots.

This company is unethically treating their customers for a charge of over $1300 (not including cost of medication).

Calibrate Health Calibrate health program

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Calibrate, a weight loss company that I have been a customer of for over a year. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and their failure to replace my medication when there was a shortage.

I started using Calibrate in early 2023 and have had many problems. I was prescribed Wegovy, a medication that has been very helpful in my weight loss journey. In May 2023, I was informed that there was a shortage of Wegovy and that Calibrate was working to find a replacement medication.

I have been in contact with Calibrate on multiple occasions since then. I have sent emails, used the Calibrate app, called their customer service line, and even tried to reach them on social media. I have not received a single response from them.

As a result of Calibrate's lack of communication, I have been unable to get my medication. I have been off of Wegovy for over a week now, and I am starting to experience withdrawal symptoms. I am also concerned about the potential side effects of stopping Wegovy abruptly.

I am extremely disappointed with Calibrate's lack of customer service and their failure to replace my medication. I am a paying customer, and I should be treated with respect. I am also concerned about my future health, and worry others are in my same situation.

I believe that Calibrate's actions are unfair and unethical, and I am concerned that they are putting their customers at risk.

I joined Calibrate several months ago under the promise that they would work with my insurer and their pharmacies to provide medicated weight loss. I paid in full up front (as they required) and additionally paid for my lab work. I then scheduled and met with their medical provider. Since then, it has been nothing but an extreme hassle - I have spent countless hours on the phone with both Calibrate's multiple pharmacies trying to sort out the prescription that Calibrate provided. Since Calibrate's pharmacies no longer have the weight loss medication available, Calibrate advised me to find them on my own. After calling around at numerous pharmacies, I finally found one that had the medication Calibrate prescribed available. I contacted Calibrate right away and asked that they forward over my prescription. It has been weeks since then and my pharmacy still has not heard back from Calibrate's medical provider. I have followed up repeatedly through Calibrate's support channel and received promises that they would send over the information the pharmacy is requesting. Since Calibrate knows the medication they are prescribing is not available most places, I asked to be evaluated for an alternative. I still have received no update or information on that. Calibrate took my money up front for essentially a food-tracking app and then I have had weeks and weeks of calling pharmacies looking for availability, trying to reach out to Calibrate's team, and then finally when I find it available, Calibrate disregarded my many requests. I am doing all the leg-work for Calibrate and getting zero help and little response. Why isn't Calibrate working with existing patients to source medication or prescribe alternative medication? They do not have the capacity to deliver on their promises to current customers, but are still taking new customers. I am now seeing another provider for get the prescription I need. I want a refund and to be done with Calibrate forever.

I signed up for calibrate health which included glp-1 medication. I have had multiple issues obtaining medication and had signed up for their follow up program for when I completed the initial year, assuming I would still be able to obtain my medication. They have not send me my medication since June which was a three month supply so Ive been out since September. I would like a refund for my money since calibrate has not upheld their commitment in regards to providing medication and have not responded sufficiently to my emails, calls or questions via the app.

12/12/22 I purchased the Calibrate reset. Since then I have had nothing but problems getting them to respond to my questions. I sent a question about my appointments on 12/16 because I was supposed to have my labs order completed at least 5 days prior to my doctor and coaching appointments, yet had not received any lab order. I immediately received a reply that someone would reply in 2 days...no reply was received. Sent a second request for information and same thing. Sent 3rd and 4th replies, same thing. I am fed up with the entire lack of response! The reply time mentioned in their auto-reply messages went from 2 days to 3 days to now because of the holidays it is 5 days. I am done with them and want a full refund of my money.

Medication is consistently 3 weeks late. So basically meds are every other month. I have asked this month now 10 times for them to send the pharmacy a prescription. No response. There is no phone number either. I paid $1200+ and took 5 months to get meds, then when I did get them they fail to send the necessary documentation for next month. They respond 3-4 weeks later. This month still no response. I need the meds! There is no phone number. And they pass the buck. I want the required documents sent for this month and future months so I can take it consistently - not with 3 week breaks of no meds. This impairs results and not what I paid for. THIS IS A CLASS ACTION waiting to happen.

I joined Calibrate in August; paid $1600+ for a year membership (medical consult, coaching/metabolic reset program, and the biggest selling point- assistance with finding a GLP-1 medication that would be covered by my insurance to help with weight loss for people who are pre-diabetic). I started the medication in late Sept (a monthly shipment of a pen for weekly injections). This expensive med requires slowly increasing dosage over several weeks before you get to a therapeutic dosage, because of significant side effects. The first month's Rx pen arrived as scheduled, but with each subsequent month I have had to call the online pharmacy the Calibrate provider recommended (Amazon PillPack) to check on why there was not a refill on file for me, and this has caused delays and disruptions. They are not fulfilling the service they agreed to provide. There is no easy way to reach them by phone; you have to message them on their app, and it takes days to get a response. Most recently, after finally reaching the right dose last month with good results, I needed a new pen. On Dec 9 Pillback said that Calibrate had not approved a refill & that there was also a shortage which would be resolved soon. I was told to contact Calibrate, so I messaged them & received an automated reply that they would be in touch. Without confirming with me that I was willing to switch meds, Calibrate changed my Rx to a different, less effective med, even though it would not be able to be shipped for over a month. PillPack contacted me to tell me that my original medication was back in stock and could be shipped by 12/19, but Calibrate didn't respond to requests to approve the refill, so I ran out, and had to quit cold turkey when it ran out on Dec 16. Nobody has responded to any of my messages since Dec 19. I have no confidence that Calibrate will fulfill their promise to keep my Rx refills up to date consistently so that this will actually work for me.

Through their program I received prescriptions for *** and *** It took quite a while to start receiving them and was originally receiving through their partner, Vitacare. In June, they abruptly canceled their relationship with Vitacare and I stopped receiving my medications. I was told that they were switching to Pill Pack. However after several weeks I still had not received my medication. There is no phone number to call for help from Calibrate, only a support chat through the app. It is supposed to take 3 businesses days to get a response from support. After 9 days, they finally responded with a phone number for Pill Pack. It took three more days to get a hold of a customer service person from Pill Pack who said they did not have any information for me and put me on a call back list to get set up in their system. When Pick Pack finally called back, they offered to send my prescriptions to a local pharmacy for faster refill, however they could not provide my any timeline of when they would transfer said prescriptions. In the meantime, I reached out to the medical support team concerned about being off the medication for so long, I asked what I should do to restart since there was a long period of ramp before going to full dose, and my dose was supposed to increase again. After many more days, the medical support responded that I should get my prescription filled locally, but no instructions for how to proceed after being off for so long. Pill Pack then called back and informed me that the price of one of the prescriptions increased from $15 to $225 with the new service. I reached out to support again and it's been another two weeks and no word back. I did lose some weight, but nowhere near the levels they claimed. I still do not have my prescriptions.

I joined calibrate in July 2022. I have been happy until last week when a complication with my prescription occurred. The pharmacy is requiring a prior authorization to continue refilling my medication. I left messages with both my medical team and the support team, emailed, left my number for a call back, and sat on hold for 30 minutes for 2 days in a row. My coach has been excellent and seems to be the only one in the company that knows how to communicate. I received one email stating they would escalate my problem and give me updates, I have heard nothing for 2 days. The guarantee is to supply G1P1 medications, and seems as soon as this cannot be accomplished you are ghosted. There is no way to communicate with just one person, it is always to a team email or team phone number. I keep reading how the company strives for excellence, but appears they are unable to deliver. If I am unable to stay on the medication through this company I deserve to know so I can quit paying a company that cannot keep their guarantee. The lack of communication is ridiculous.

I signed up for Calibrate on Nov. 3. I canceled the program by the 18th. *** is horrible. I have yet to speak to a real person or received a callback. I am also out of over $600. Calibrate promises to work with insurance companies to lower cost. However, they used the wrong filing code and I received a bill for over $400 for blood work. They will not answer the calls from my insurance company to refill/change codes. I also canceled my membership before any doctor or health coach meeting but they refused to refund the total amount. So I am out of an additional $200. Calibrate has NOT DONE A THING for my health but yet I am out of over $600. The company is a complete scam that preys on peoples desire to lead a healthier life. I will not rest until everyone who has the slightest interest in investing in this company knows the truth.

I joined calibrate on 8/27/2022. I had my initial consultation on 9/16/2022. Ever since then, it's been nothing but issues. I am on my third coach. Response time is out of control. Due to their lack of research and not noticing that the medication is covered by my insurance, they've now submitted prior authorizations for medication I don't need. I also have gone to another provider to get the Mounjaro prescription because my insurance does cover it, and I don't need an alternative medicine. This program is pointless. I am spending $1700 for them to do nothing but send me lessons that I could find for free elsewhere. There's no accountability. I am also paying out of pocket for another medication because they won't send the prescription to my designated pharmacy. I will be doing everything I can to get my money back and warn people about the fraudulent nature of this company.

I payed $1599 to Calibrate in late September early October 2022. I was promised a *** medication within 4-8 weeks. I followed the instructions and attended the medical visits and performed the labs. I was finally sent an email in November after I contacted them about a Saxenda welcome kit I recommend with no medication that stated my insurance had approved rybelsus and I would receive a letter from my insurance in 5 days and their pharmacy was shipping the prescription. No letter has been received from my insurance company three weeks later and the pharmacist has indicated my insurance company actually denied the prescription. I have both attempted to call to determine what happened ans have reached out on their chat only to receive automated messages that say they will respond in 3-5 days but never do. They quickly took my money but have done nothing to fulfill their end of the contract. I believe it is their intent to tell em my insurance approved the medication within the window so they do not have to refund my money. This business is not about helping people, they only want your money. I want a refund immediately.

I joined Calibrate on 08/16 after reaching out to them to inquire about access to affordable medication at weight loss dosages (which insurance won't cover through my GP). They have a guarantee about getting the INITIAL medication within 90 days of health appointment with their doctor. Getting the starting doses for these meds are covered under insurance, it's the higher doses that this program promised that made this different. I began my journey with Calibrate in August 2022, investing $1600 with the expectation of receiving a comprehensive health assessment, personalized medication prescriptions for weight loss, assistance with insurance approvals, and a coaching program designed to foster healthy habits and maintain weight loss. My medical profile includes obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes, making me an ideal candidate for medication, which is covered by my insurance policy.

During the initial 8-week period, I received no communication from Calibrate, despite being informed that it could take up to 8 weeks as they coordinated with my insurance provider. Upon reaching out at the end of this period, I was informed that my insurance had rejected the medication request. Calibrate then suggested an alternative medication and assured me that if there were any issues with insurance approval, they would supply a coupon to reduce the cost to $25 monthly. However, after two months, the coupon became invalid at the designated pharmacy, and I was left with the options of either finding a new pharmacy myself or waiting an additional 8 weeks for Calibrate to seek other solutions.

My subsequent investigations revealed several concerning facts. Firstly, Calibrate had not initiated the process of obtaining insurance approval for the medications during the first 8 weeks, despite my insurance being willing to cover them based on my health condition. This contradicted Calibrate's claims of collaborating with insurance companies. Secondly, my requests for documentation of insurance coverage attempts, my prescription records, and a refund were all met with silence. Lastly, the coaching provided was disappointing, relying on generic scripts rather than addressing my individual needs and failing to meet the promised standard. It became clear that the service promised was not being delivered, and the reliance on manufacturer coupons, which are accessible without Calibrate's intervention, was not justifiable.

I joined Calibrate in June 2022. Part of the promise of the program is a holistic approach to weight loss, which includes coaching and doctor-prescribed medication. I started my medication in August 2022 using a coupon, because even though Calibrate promised to negotiate with my insurance company for an affordable out-of-pocket price, they were unable to secure one. I have since lost about 40 pounds. Over a month ago, I reached out to their Support Channels and requested to be switched from my medication because I learned the coupon would no longer be valid. They told me they would get back to me, but never responded with an alternative. As of tomorrow, I will no longer have access to that medication. When the issue was escalated, they said they would no longer offer me an alternative medication and that I should not expect a refund and that I should continue the program with just their coaching. Their support has been non-existent, and if they had addressed my issues when I asked them to, this wouldn't be a problem right now. They've given me the option to continue with half of the program (a lackluster coaching plan) or leave without a refund. The premise of this program was a combination of both things. I would never have signed up if I had known that they would've offered poor support and half of the program would be eliminated halfway through. I know I am one of hundreds, if not thousands of people who are experiencing the same issue. The fourth picture attached reflects when I first reached out to Calibrate on 11/10/22 asking for a change to my medication, and I never got a response when they said they would look into changing my medication. Now the response is I can no longer get a GLP medication, and they have not even offered an alternative to that.

Purchased access to Calibrate Health on 11/18. I never received the Welcome Packet or had my first doctor's appointment until 12/13. After the appointment and realizing that they do not have access to the medicine they promote in their marketing, I requested a refund, excluding the doctor's fee. They refused. There are thousands of complaints online about not receiving medication, no response to customer complaints, and since I received no service, I believe I should be refunded.

I joined Calibrate in April 2022.I was told I was receiving a 4 week dose of wegovy 2.4 four weeks ago. When I saw I was running out of meds, I contacted the medical support team. They took days to respond and then only to say it was on the way.I contacted *** who said they could send the meds at a cost of $840 for a months supply. Prior to this, calibrate had provided a coupon which brought the cost to $25.00. Calibrate also handled the insurance in the past. I cannot afford the 800 $ nor should I have to.After several messages and emails back and forth assuring me the matter would be taken care of, I still have no real answer regarding the meds or the cost.One email said the coupon would be available 12/22 (tomorrow) and I should call for the code.Todays email said calibrate just found out yesterday that they are out of wegovy! And that they could call in the prescription if I knew where they had the supply!No mention of the cost.I then received an email from pillpack saying I would get the wegovy on Jan 16, a month late and still at the cost of $840.I have tried calling the main office and am waiting for a call back which I honestly dont expect.I dont know what the repercussions of going cold Turkey without the meds would entail as the program allegedly weans you off by diminishing the dosage.After weeks of this back and forth I am frustrated and disappointed. I held up my end of the bargain by paying in full for this expensive program. If you can help in any way, I would really appreciate it as I dont know what else to do.Thank you!

Calibrate Health On 1/10/2022 I signed up for Calibrate

On 1/10/2022 I signed up for Calibrate. I was uncertain about the program so I read the fine print of their program guarantees extensively and felt reassured. Everything I had read on their website and heard in the webinar I attended said their welcome kit included a blood pressure monitor. When my kit arrived, there was no monitor so I reached out to Calibrate support via message to ask about it and they said they changed that policy. At the time I confirmed there were still parts of their website that advertised the cuff in their welcome kit. Through that process I realized how poor their customer service structure is. They have a phone number to contact for sales, but nothing once a person has paid the full annual amount and signed up. Those were my first red flags. After that, the process was explained to me and I was guaranteed I would receive a GLP-1 medication within 6 weeks. My employer changed health insurance providers in 2022, so my new health insurance approved the medication as a one time courtesy and made it clear a prior authorization (PA) would be required for refills. My first dose was in Feb. When a refill never showed up, I contacted Calibrate and their pharmacy multiple times. I was told a PA was submitted on 3/18 and would take about 2 weeks. At 2 weeks, I contacted the pharmacy again and they told me the PA had been sitting in Calibrates hands for more information and I needed to follow up with them, which I did. That PA was denied and then it was radio silence from Calibrate. They advertise a concierge service that takes care of the PA process so you dont have to, but that has not been my experience. I have had to manage the process for them. I have followed up multiple times with Calibrate and they have failed to deliver on the promises and guarantees I signed up for. It feels like a bait and switch. I have reached out multiple times for a refund and Calibrate has not replied. I am requesting a full refund of my program cost.

Calibrate has provided false and misleading information both before and after I signed up. I signed up on 10/1 and despite them saying I would be able to get started right away it took a month to get an appointment with one of their DRs (who is a contractor to them). I was told that I would be prescribed Mounjaro and it was going to be covered by insurance or a coupon that would make my out of pocket cost $25. This was something that was "guaranteed" to me when I signed up. I was denied Mounjaro by my insurance and the coupon suddenly was no longer available and I asked that they appeal the rejection decision. They told me that they filed an appeal but it turns out that they lied to me because when I spoke to my benefits provider no appeal was ever sent and they didn't respond to a request for more information. They also told me that they had received prior authorization for *** and again that turned out to be a lie because they again never contacted my benefits provider and I didn't have prior authorization so that too was declined. My provider tried reaching them repeatedly for ten days and again they didn't bother to respond (which is typical) so they canceled the prescription. It is going on 9 weeks and I have achieved nothing and still don't have medication or any hopes of having any medication anytime soon. This isn't because of insurance bureaucracy it's because of Calibrate's poor follow-up, indifference, and broken internal communication. All of which makes me feel this may be a scam as they are very slow to respond if at all, they have lied to me repeatedly, and they promised me things they couldn't deliver to get me to sign up. My insurance has paid for almost everything they have done so I really haven't gotten anything for my $1500+ dollars and feel very mislead and deceived. When I ask for a refund they don't ever acknowledge the request. My experience mirrors many other people's experience with them based on the reviews posted online.

Ive been with Calibrate since March 2022. During this time they have provided lackluster communications. They have changed their online pharmacy 3 times and never communicated it out to me. Ive had to stay on my prescription every month, otherwise I would not receive my medication. In November I was told by the pharmacy that I need a new prior authorization for my insurance that Calibrate must initiate. Ive requested this over 10 times; through messages and phone calls. Ive talked to over 8 employees, all who say they have escalated it to their escalations team. Im told every time to wait for a response. The response never comes. Ive now missed my medication three weeks in a row now and Im still nowhere closer to getting this resolved. I paid for 12 month of support from this company, and I am receiving zero support. Please help.

I signed up with Calibrate back in August 2022 and had my *** on 8/23. After 6 weeks of them trying to find me a medication, I finally had to tell them which prescription to prescribe me because there was a coupon code available, since apparently my insurance was denying everything they try to prescribe. Fast forward 4 months later, the medication is on back order and nowhere to be found. I have reached out to them about what I should do; four days have passed with no response. Every time I message them, it takes 4-5 days for them to answer which was not part of the terms and conditions I agreed to. Today I messaged them, and their response was "during the holiday season, you can expect a response time of up to five days". I have already emailed the company once yesterday asking for a refund of $849 which is the remainder of the time I have left with them (Jan-Aug) due to them not holding up to their part of the deal by being available. After receiving the message today about "holiday season", I sent them another email asking them to show me in the terms and conditions where it mentions that response times are longer during this time, and what exactly are the dates of "holiday season". My complaint is that I cannot find medication and they are doing nothing to help me resolve this, and they are making up their own rules as they go as far as their availability, which is never available. I have demanded a refund of $849 and asked that it be escalated as far as needed until this happens!

Calibrate Health I joined Calibrate in April and had my first physician's appointment on May 24th

I joined Calibrate in April and had my first physician's appointment on May 24th. At that time, I was told I would be prescribed Metformin and a ***1 medication. I was informed that the ***1 medication may take six weeks to be approved. There was a delay with my Metformin, but I received it June 11th, which wasn't so bad. In the meantime, I was told that Vitacare was working diligently to find a ***1 that my insurance would approve. I thought this odd, as I am a hospital attorney and understand the way my insurance works better than some may. I could see that there had been no inquiries regarding coverage. I wrote a message in the "channel' that pointed out the lack of inquiries. Later that same day (6/28), after speaking to a pharmacist friend, I again messages, this time indicating that the only ***1 my insurance will EVER approve is Ozempic. On July 1, I received a communication stating that, "As we transitioned from vitaCare and received updates on the status of their completed work on insurance submissions, we learned they were unfortunately unable to submit any of the required documentation on your case. We sincerely apologize for this." In addition it said, "we expect this process may take up to six weeks from today." Needless to say I was frustrated and upset by this delay, but I tried to be understanding. It seemed, however, that whatever affected the pharmacy also affected Calibrate's ability to communicate with customers. I ran out of Metformin and could not reach anyone to find out what steps I needed to take to get it refilled (as I had entered my local pharmacy's information in the channel as asked and expected it to be filled there). Finally, I had to miss a coaching session (I have an unpredictable job), and I was warmed by my coach that "Calibrate only allows three misses." WHAT? I paid over $1600 UP FRONT to receive the worst customer service in history, then get threatened with that. I cannot say enough negative things - just RUN.

Calibrate Health I signed up with Calibrate Health on January 18,2022

I signed up with Calibrate Health on January 18,2022. My total for the program was to be $1570, plus the cost of medication. At that time, communication was swift and easy, and I was overall satisfied with the program. That changed rapidly beginning in April, when I reached out expressing concern about a nationwide shortage of Wegovy, the medication I had been prescribed. I was told since I was a Calibrate customer, I had no need for concern. In July, I reached out regarding shipment of my medication, as I was on my last dose and hadnt received shipment confirmation. I received no reply. I continued to reach out, via email, app, phone, and social media, and received no response. I finally received a response to my initial request on 7/26, over two weeks after my first message, and a week after missing my medication dosage. The response I received at that point was to tell me that they would try to transfer my medication to a different pharmacy. I expressed concern that it had taken so long to receive any kind of response and that I wasnt comfortable starting back on the medication at my previous dose, as it can cause severe side effects if not titrated properly, and Id been without for nearly 3 weeks at that point. I did t hear from anyone until 8/3, and was told my prescription was being sent to a new pharmacy. I reached out again on 8/11 after still not receiving any information regarding my prescription being sent to the pharmacy. At that time, I also told them I felt that Calibrate was breaking its service agreement. I heard nothing until 8/17, when a completely different doctor offered an entirely new script for a medication that isnt currently approved for weight loss. This doctor has never spoken with me, let alone examined me, and did t even ask to do new bloodwork to see if the medication she was pushing was appropriate for me. I declined. I still havent received my script for Wegovy, and the Calibrate customer service continues to be non-existent.

Calibrate Health I signed up for the Calibrate program 6/16/2022

I signed up for the Calibrate program 6/16/2022. I read through all documentation and emails that were sent to me and had no idea until after I met with the doctor that the process to receive medication would take possibly 6 weeks but most likely sooner according to our meeting. About a week later I received a mass email saying they had parted ways with their prescription company and that company had not even started the process for many of us and it would be another 6 weeks. It also asked us to fill out a form if we wanted to go ahead and start the process with our local pharmacy for one of the medications. I filled it out. I kept checking in with my pharmacy to see if they had heard anything, but when (about a week later) they had not, I reached out to the support team to inquire. That was 7/13/2022. I have still not received an answer. After meeting with my coach for the first time and being told that he had no idea about what was going on, I got a little nervous. Right before I could meet with him again, I was sent a message that my coach has been changed and appointment time as well (one I was not available for). I tried to reschedule with no luck, so I messaged the coach and she cancelled it and said support would reach out to help me reschedule. Nothing from them yet; that was 7/19/2022. On Tuesday, 7/19 I finally sent a message again (two separate emails) saying that I was unhappy with this process (especially not hearing back from any inquiries) and had reached out to my insurance only to find out that process to have my meds had not even been started. The next day, 7/20/2022, I received a mass email from the Founder declaring they were having to do a massive overhaul to improve all complaints that had been coming in in reference to the excessive delays with meds but this would result in an extended one month membership. In my email to them I requested a full refund as this process had been nothing but frustration and essentially me paying for nothing.

I enrolled with Calibrate at the end of January 2022. They promised to get me on a medication for $25/month or less and provide health and nutritional counseling for the year. I was prescribed Wegovy and received it for $25/m for 6 months but was then informed that they never ran it through my insurance and they were using an expired coupon. They found a new prescription but my insurance requires prior authorization. They have never filed the PA and won't respond to any inquiries from me, my insurance, or my pharmacy. My coach was also changed at the beginning of the program without notice. I've struggled to get customer service responses throughout - their app and communication system is flawed - but now there's no response, despite multiple messages in the app, emails, and phone calls. They promote the coaching as small, incremental changes but quickly push you into a strict diet that eliminates entire food groups and threaten expulsion if you don't comply or seek a moderate approach. Coaching often involves them reciting scripted information already available in the app. The app frequently crashes or fails to load, yet they threaten expulsion if you don't log daily. The most frustrating issue is that my insurance would cover the medication if they processed the prior authorization, but they've neglected it for weeks. I'm now out of medication and concerned about potential setbacks. It's unacceptable for a health company to ignore patients. I've received no timely responses from my doctor, support, or coach. I'm seeking a refund.

On 10/28/22, I joined Calibrate online and upon reviewing the materials, I decided to cancel the membership on 10/31/22. Their refund policy states that you can get a full refund if you have not had the doctor's *** with them and are at three days or less of membership, which are both applicable to my situation. I followed their refund policy and sent the request to the specified email address with the specified subject line: "Cancellation Request". Upon requesting the cancellation, I got an autoreply stating they will respond to me within 2 business days confirming AND processing the refund. A few minutes later I received another message from them trying to get me to change my mind. I responded back to please cancel the membership. On 11/3, I still had not heard from them, as previously promised, with the confirmation and processing of my refund. I emailed them back again, advising of the same. They responded back now saying that their "leadership team" processes requests in order received, which is a quite different message from the initial one of "2 business days" to confirm and process my refund. They also stated I would receive an additional email from *** and that never has happened. All the emails have come from *** It is now 11 days since I requested a full refund and I have still heard nothing at all. Additionally, they also stated in one of their responses, that if I email them again it will make their response time slower. What kind of company threatens a customer with processing a refund slower just because you attempt to communicate with them about it, especially when they are not following their own stated response timelines? I paid for my membership via Affirm, Calibrate claims that the refunds are sent to and processed by Affirm. I contacted Affirm today, 11/10/22, and they advised they have no refunds for me from Calibrate. Calibrate has lied. I want my full refund now.

On June 2nd I decided to join calibrate to try and get their GLP 1 medication for weight loss. I paid $1570.00. I proceeded to schedule and doctor *** They promised to get your prescription medication and the *** was 4 to 6 weeks. I saw the doctor on June 16th and the medication was prescribed. I then sent Calibrate a message with my pharmacy information telling them that they needed to go through Express Scripts and get my medication because this is the only way it will be approved. I told them in an email that my script needed to be filled there but on July 1 it would have to go through the *** pharmacy as we were switching insurance plans. I sent the card information for both plans. The responses were slow and I waited to hear back from them about the pharmacy. I received and email that they had changes to their plan and that they were switching pharmacies and that now the wait would be 6 to 8 weeks. Again, I emailed telling them that I could not use their pharmacy and that they needed to switch to mine. Then July 1st hit and my insurance had changed. I responded to them that I was very unhappy with the 6 to 8 week change and that again I could not use their pharmacy and that I sent my pharmacy change and they were not reading my emails. They then submitted to the wrong pharmacy after about a week with no response from them. No response and not following directions is not a good indication that you are going to be taken care of and get the doctor care that you need. I wanted to cancel and stated that in an email. For my safety I did not feel comfortable with the untimely responses that I received. I asked for the refund because I became concerned because you cannot reach them by phone and you get the wrong responses in the emails. They do not read your emails correctly and this creates room for errors. I went to my doctor and I had my medication in 3 days. This company is a very unsafe company. Very scary when you are dealing with a persons health.

Calibrate Health Signed up Calibrate program on 2/17/22 for $1,371

Signed up Calibrate program on 2/17/22 for $1,371. Program promised it was medically supervised with a prescribing doctor to monitor progress and for us to ask questions. My first/only doc appointment was on 2/16/22 with *** who was not listed as the prescribing doctor. Medications were being delivered consistently up til July 2022. On 06/22/22, members were notified that Calibrate was changing their pharmacy Vitacare and transferring all Rxs to Pillpack. By early July, I was running out of both Metformin and the Wegovy pens and had not heard yet from Pillpack. I reached out directly and they informed me that they did not have a prescription for Metformin from Vitacare, and Wegovy was not covered under insurance - I would have to pay full price. Prior authorizations was submitted for all levels of Wegovy in prior months. I asked Pillpack to reach out to the Calibrate doctor to confirm Metformin and confirm which dosage of Wegovy I'm supposed to be on. Additionally, I sent msg on Calibrate app around July 14 asking the same questions. I also reached out to my insurance to confirm coverage, which they confirmed. Because Pillpack was getting complicated, my insurance transferred the Wegovy prescription to my local CVS. CVS has been also trying to reach out to the prescribing doctor this week with no success and confirmed today 7/22/22 no response. I am currently 3 weeks past when I should have taken my last Wegovy pen injection and I don't know how to proceed. I have sent messages to the Calibrate app channels, on *** both as a Tweet and direct mgs, and on Instagram trying to connect with someone especially since their CEO email the members this week: "As always, Calibrate doctors and nurses are directly accessible by chat, phone, or video for clinical inquiries at the members request." I got a tweet back that someone would respond on app, which was generic without answering my questions. I've asked for direct response or a refund, with no success.

I signed up for Calibrate because it had a medication component to the program. I have tried numerous other programs, that ended up not really working and thought that the medication component makes sense. I believed in it so much that I decided it would be worth the very high cost for the program. About two months into the program, Calibrate was unable to provide all services promised within the contract. I was told that my approved RX was transferred to their 3rd party pharmacy. But then their 3rd party pharmacy was unable to have my medication delivered to me on a timely basis, so I was without my medication for two months. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this and Calibrate continued to take my $135.00 monthly payment. After the medication finally arrived, it was the wrong dose! And I had to wait a couple more weeks to get the right dose. Not only was this inconvenient, it was dangerous! When I finally did receive my correctly dosed medication, I ended up having very bad side effects of stomach and lower back pain to the point where I couldnt even stand up. I informed Calibrate of this and they suggested I stop taking the medication, wait 2 weeks, then try it again. Try it again?! My doctor said to absolutely not try it again because it may be causing pancreatitis. At this point, about 6 months into the program, I told my Calibrate Coach of my concerns and that she would have her superior call me, but give it a couple of days. It's been weeks still have not heard from *** continues to take my $135 monthly payment. I am not losing weight since I cannot take the medications and now no one at Calibrate seems to care. I do not think Calibrates medical advice is ethical. I want my money back.
