I am a current patient of Calibrate and the company has failed to respond to numerous requests for an update with when I will receive medication
I am a current patient of Calibrate and the company has failed to respond to numerous requests for an update with when I will receive medication that was prescribed to me as part of their 1 year metabolic program. On 06/05/2022, I reached out to the medical team using the mobile application and requested to restart Wegovy at a lower dose (*** mg) since I had been off of the medication for approximately 2 weeks due to another medical condition that caused me to stop taking the medication. I received a reply on 06/07/2022 from *** informing me that they had called in Ozempic *** mg which was incorrect because I was never prescribed this medicine and my insurance denied it before approving Wegovy. I reached back out to the medical team on 06/10/2022 confirming that *** called in Wegovy *** mg and not Ozempic ***mg. On 06/13/2022, I received a response telling me they apologized for the wrong medication being called in and they called in Wegovy *** mg. On 06/21/2022, I reached out to the medical team again to inquire about when I would receive my medication and received a response that they would try to call it in to my local pharmacy instead. I provided them my pharmacy information and my pharmacy was out of stock. The last update I received from Calibrate was on 06/23/2022 advising me they were looking for alternative pharmacies and my request for medicine had been expedited. I have reached out to the medical team via the app on 06/27/2022, 06/28/2022, 06/30/2022 to request updates to my expedited request. I have received no response from the medical team and my call to the company on 06/28/2022 went unanswered and after a voicemail message was left no return call was given. Further, I have advised my Coach, *** of the situation and they told me they would escalate my issue to their supervisor who has also not reached out. I am requesting to be released from the program and a full refund issued by cancellation of my contract with UAS.

I joined Calibrate 9. I was promised bi-weekly coaching, meds, & a 3-mo check in with a medical doctor. The initial medical check-in was on zoom with a real doctor but the follow *** were irregular, & turned out to be purely survey-driven through the app. The app itself is terrible & almost unusable for many key functions it's supposed to serve. Despite these issues, overall the program was a mostly positive experience. I was placed on Ozempic initially & my meds were gradually increased until Calibrate moved me onto Wegovy. After 3 months on Wegovy, I abruptly stopped receiving refills with no explanation. After spending hours on the phone with *** fulfillment pharmacy, TP, I was told that the only reason I'd been given Wegovy is that Calibrate had a 3-month coupon for it & that now I'd need to be transitioned back to Ozempic. While Calibrate assured me that there was no significant medical impact of this change, in reality the Ozempic had more GI-related issues & was not as well tolerated. I stuck with it anyway & was prompted to refill this month. I paid my copay, but never received the medication. TP told me Calibrate was supposed to inform me that they could no longer obtain Ozempic 2. 0 & work with me to get it from another source. But there was no communication from Calibrate & when I reached out to them, they referred me to support, who still hasn't responded. TP says it will take another month to send the meds. At about the same time, the app stopped allowing me to manage appointments with my coach & so I reached out for support on that issue too. I received no response from support & consequently missed two appointments with my coach, resulting in 6 weeks without that part of the service. I was later told that my coach had quit. By way of resolution, I've asked for the last two months of my commit to Calibrate to be refunded to me ($250) since they are not delivering any of the promised services for that time. They have not responded.
