We bought a Navion/Winnebago last May 2022. we also purchased extended warranties for 6 years. We were told if we brought it to a camping world for service we would only have to pay a $50 dollar deductable. There were problems from the beginning, that never got fixed. We're brought it in for service August 2022 didn't get it back till October 2022, nothing got fixed and Camping world wanted to charge us 300 for service, that never got fixed. We moved to Massachusetts and still need some repair work done, we brought it to Camping world in Chichester NH. They want to charge us $350 for service.

$50 dollar deductable plus diagnostics fees and shipping.

I showed the service rep the buttons on the doors that weren't working and put painters tape to identify which ones were'nt working.

Told him about a pin hole in the awning that also was mentioned the first time we brought it in for service, didn't get fixed but we're getting charged a diagnostic fee.. what did we pay for extended warranty service?

Desired outcome: only pay the $50 dollars and actually fix the issues.
