Warning about unethical dentistry in Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry and Dr. Arzate in Cancun. I am Mexican dentist who use to work with Dr. German Arate. I stopped working with them because I could not stand their unethical practices with Americans and Canadians.
Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry is like a revolving door for new inexperienced dentists. Dentist are either fired for not meeting their revenue quota or resign because they could not stand the unethical practices at the clinic. Dr. Arzate runs a high pressure environment where each Mexican dentist are asked to get as much treatment as possible from each patient. To meet your quota, oftentimes doctors are encouraged to recommend more than what patient needs. Simple fillings become root canals and crowns. Crowns are rushed without regard for professional dental procedures such as bite balancing requirements or proper sealing of the crowns.
They even perform big implant cases when none at the facility are properly trained to do so, including Dr. Arzate himself. He doesn’t have a specialization. They perform entire mouth work (they call it smile makeovers) without the proper training to do so. Most of the time, a new dentist work on your case, regardless of how extensive your case. That’s just unethical. Patients experience problems within a year and oftentimes have to redo the work after wasting so much money with Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry.
I feel terrible for many American and Canadians lured by Dr. Arzate and his marketing machine with false advertising of high quality dentistry. Many Canadians including some local government agencies have warned about Dr. Arzate and Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry. They have plenty of bad review online. Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry used to be Dental Maya. Dr. Arzate changed the name from Dental Maya to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry because the name Dental Maya had so many bad reviews online. Dr. Arzate can change the name of his practice, but he can’t change his last name. For every 1 good testimonial he gets, 2 or 3 others have experienced bad dental care.
I can’t tell you enough how many teeth have been ruined by Dr. Arzate and his Mexico dentists. He gives Cancun dentistry a bad reputation. Many dentist in Mexico think he is a bad example and destroys reputation of other small hardworking dentists.
I don’t even speak English very well, so I had a friend translate this letter. I just feel compelled to say something before more people experience bad dental care from this dentist.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I applaud whom ever wrote the post regarding Dr. German Arzate. You are revealing the truth. Hopefully you have helped many dental tourists avoid complete disaster. Dr. Arzate needs his licence pulled. The MDA, and Mexican government need to do a complete investigation of him, his clinics and interview his victims. I have first hand knowledge of his unethical dental practice and his gross medical negligence when preforming dental work. He will singly handily destroy the dental industry in Cancun Mexico if he is not stopped soon. One good thing is the Mexican Government now allows Class Action law suit cases to be heard in the high court of Mexico. Dr. German Arzate could find himself there facing ex-patients that he has injured, bullied and lied about. Again thank you for taking the time in warning the public. People reading this warning regarding Dr.Arzate It would be wise of you to look elsewhere. Preferably staying in your country of origin, and or picking a dentist in Mexico who is ethical and reputable. There are many but you must do your research.
I have absolutely no idea why you guys are so negative about Dr. Arzate. Today is July 11 and I just finished my appointment. I arrived here July 1st and my surgery for the all-on-4 was on July 2 2019. From the staff especially Patricia Arciniega to the workers in the lab, I have nothing but praises. I am stunned at the work I had done and how good I feel and look after only 9 days and 22 extractions. I am beyond happy and I will recommend this clinic and Dr. Arzate to anyone. He is simply THE BEST. Please get a life or at least tell the truth.
I wen there about 4 years ago as I was about to turn 60. The the person below that commented on just going there just wait. 4 + years later, EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED HAS FALLEN OUT. Not only that they put a post way up in the top where none was needed where I am looking to have it surgically removed.
Everytyhing above is 100% true or worse.
Their work is awful and the shoudl be barred from saying they are dentists and repay past clients.
BTW, they are experts at removing negative comments from places like tripadvisor. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST., to put this in perspective, today i am having what teeth i have left removed so I can wear dentures, something I never expected and I am disgusted. AVOID at all cost. they are incompetent and Rod you should be ashamed of yourself for selling these guys,
Just wait, your response is nieve.
i was mostly please when I left. Within a year or two everything started to fall out. As i didnt have the money to fix the rotten work. it put more pressure on my good teeth which were destroyed. Today, im having the few teeth I have left removed so that I can get dentures, something that NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED if these people knew what they were doing. AND they PUT A POST WHERE NONE WAS NEEDED. something I now have to have surgically removed for about $5k, something I currently cant afford. BEWARE AND AVOID, as the article states, they are not qualified to offer the services they are providing
Could you post a photo of your teeth, for us all to see?
https://www.realself.com/review/4-dental-implants-horrible-unprofessional Go there... there is my story and pictures of what I look right now... I have no teeth!
Shame on you to state this woman is lying! She CLEARLY the had a horrific and unsatisfactory experience with this “dentist”. She is very detailed in her accounting of things and even sent a picture. You sound like someone who works for him! But regardless, have some common sense…just because you had a decent experience doesn’t negate the horrible experience this woman had.
The dentist referred to is bald but not sure if he is a savant. He does have something wrong for sure i believe it maybe greeditis. You should do some research on him. He made national news for hurting people but still he is in practice. Guess that's kind of savantige.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit brought against everyone involved with the place, especially the dentist and Rod who sells his services
People should be careful when you are reading complaints about this dentist and are redirected to a site that has been set up by the dentists the complaints are about. It may be an attempt to redirect and misguide potential patients and cover up the fact the he has several complaints against him. Make sure you check out the bad press he got in Canada. He also took himself off a medical tourism site because of the numerous complaints when his clinic was Dental Maya. Try staying home to do your work if you can because it will be safer if something goes wrong and if you cant then be diligent in your research.
I had a smile make over at that clinic and its terrible. Open margins on many of the teeth most will have to be replaced at triple the costs. " Hollywood smile" disaster is what I got. Really feeling scammed by these people. They are out and out liars. Dr. German Arzate is not the best and a poor quality dentist that uses low end materials. Dont go to this clinic for a dental trip its a trap you best free yourself of. Not recommended.
Youtube video made by Pete Macmullin about this place. Check it out.
I looked all over for this video - can you provide a link?
they are experts at removing negative comments. If it was taken down it needs to be restored. I intend to put up my own video as well
www.realself.com look up "cancun cosmetic dentist complaint about veneers/crowns". WTF is this guy going to people.
If someone wants to take the risk to go there for dental work Go but not me!
- Hygiene, Security and real price is not good.
- Open your eyes and don "t pay before.
-Do not trust this dental office!
This place is excellent..I just finished my visit with them...
Now being almost a month out how are you feeling?
I will make an update after I have my visit with my dentist in the US on Aug 14. 😩
Any updates?
I have to go back once more in February...UGGGGG 😩
Why?
I sent you a private message
Just wait, as I did, within a few years everything they touched fell out
just wait
We were ready to go to Cancun, me, my sister and my aunt to get the all on four procedure done because our dear friend just got back from there. She was happy when she came back but now she told us to wait until her dentist is going to give her the green light on the work Dr. Arzate did. It would be horrible if all the bad reviews were true.!
Go please!
Did you go? How did your work turn out?
No she did not go. She talked to me on the phone and I gave her my personal opinion
Ok... it has been over a month, almost 2 month. Everything is good up to now. You guys can stir the pot all you want, the fact remain that Dr. Arzate tries his best to makes you happy. To one bad review there are 100 great ones. Any product or doctor or lawyer or other professional has those. Because something doesn't turns out exactly the way you want it, it doesn't mean the person is evil... really...get a life!
Just wait, it took a few years and then everything they touched fell out. Not only that they put in a post where one was not needed, which I now have to have surgically removed. At 65 this is going to cost me thousands of dollars I dont have
I have to go back one more time December 10 2019 due to infection. This will be my third time 😡
Never go back to these guys.
I know but it's a long long story... my email is queentiz@gmail.com i do have a story to tell!
Paul, I sent you a private message!
i have no idea how to get it
and actually dont care as based on your comments, it appears you are associated with the cancun people and shouldnt be trusted.
You know very little then...I live in SC not in Cancun. I cannot say much yet but I will in due time.
Happy now I did my review? And you can see I am not associated with the them...😢
What you see is my real name..look me up on Facebook...I don't hide behind a fake name!
Damn why would you risk it!
I will start my story from when I decided to get my teeth fixed and overcome my dentist phobia. My finances after bad decisions made were in horrible shape and I could not afford a decent dentist in the US, the cost was prohibited...who has 60, 000 + cash on hand? I decided to search the internet and came across a dentist not foo far from South Carolina...sunny Cancun! His name is dr German Arzate. If I knew then what I know now! After numerous emails with Patricia Arciniega the coordinator at the clinic and after numerous assurances that he was the absolute best of the best in the field of dental implants and with an impressive certificate from the US and recommended by "top dentists" like Dr Shankar, Dr. Piermatti, Dr Minichetti, Dr D'Amore, I decided to go. After all all of those doctors represent the AAID and the ABOI. He boast certificates received by them in the US! My appointment was on July 1st 2019 with surgery on July 2nd. My son accompanied me and we were put in a small, dark, hot room to pay the almost 19, 000 dollars... I should have paid attention to the signs. The credit card kept on getting rejected and the secretary kept on trying and asked my son to keep on calling the bank until the transaction went through. What a big mistake...I wanted to get up and leave but she assured me that was just a glitch. I didn't find the clinic clean or the staff knowledgeable enough to make me feel comfortable nor the doctor for that matter. I actually found him to be arrogant and a big talker. He acts like he has seen it all and done it all. More to come on that. He has all of his staff trained to lie right to your face..you know the type...darling, love, sweetheart we so happy to see you, you are in great hands, Dr Arzate is the best! They are the front field of the castle of lies...The "fluffers" as I call them. I don't know why to this day I defended him when I first came home. I guess I was scared he would leave me with half job done. I didn't even tell my own husband how bad or the pain I was feeling. In retrospect it was very foolish of me to suffer by myself. I say half job because as soon as I came back to the US...something was wrong, I had pain, unusual pain, redness and my gums were swollen, when I used the water pick, blood was coming out. I contacted Patricia Arciniega and after a series of emails I was told the doctor wanted me on antibiotic and to have my dentist here take a look at my infection... I contacted dr Hehr, top surgeon in the field here in SC...and he was shocked at the work that was performed. I was devastated, I went home with antibiotic for my infection that dr Hehr after much begging finally prescribed after I showed him the recommendation of Dr Arzate Clindamycin 300mg 3 times a day for 28 days. I became very depressed, I lost the only money we had saved...so depressed to the point I tried to commit suicide on July 26. Dr Arzate after convincing him I had problem with my implants, asked me to go back and so I did...more money spent on flight and hotel and I arrived on September 11 This time I was alone... He checked me out and told me surgery to remove one implant was scheduled for the next day and I had to pay for the anesthesia. I returned the next day and I was put to sleep. I felt pain during my surgery, I remember putting my hand inside my mouth several times and when I woke up, the left side of my gum was so swollen it literally was touching my cheek. Dr Puly apologized to me saying that it was her fault and then I also complained about the implant on the top left that was taken out and now there was a new one really crooked that was painful. They told me not to worry about it because the surgery was really fresh. Dr Arzate came in the next day showing me X-ray with a big grin telling me he did me a big favor and gave me a big present inserting 2 extra fat implants! Wait...I did not ask nor did I want more implants! Now...I was waiting for the immediate load again to come home with, instead they worked on sending me home with denture finding the excuse that my gums needed to heal for a couple of months. Every day I was there 16 days to be exact, I kept on complaining about my swollen gum and my implants hurting and of course they kept on telling me ( dr Puly and Dr Arzate) that it was normal. At one point my denture was horrible, the 2 front teeth were off to the side by a lot ( see picture) he was also trying to fix the bottom by pulling it with wire to make it fit...a complete disaster. After I came back to the US, my pain increased, pus started to come out, I couldn't wear the denture because the implants were hurting, I emailed, sent videos and in few words it was either my fault (because dr Arzate is the master), go to a dentist to have the implant removed or just take a plane and they would check it out. Easy right? Sure if I lived around the corner or have endless money hidden under the mattress. I showed them on the video that my gums were not even closed right, they did not put the stitches in the right places and they left them open so bacteria and food would go in...He had the audacity to write me a response saying...I am happy to see the implants are in your gums strong and you saw and verify when you were here that the implants were put in the correct place...ME? Really? How do I know? More Clindamycin 300mg, more pain...I was on that medication for a total of 56 days! The only thing I know for sure now is that your degree in Mexico as a "doctor" is not recognized in the USA. I am sure you could not even be a dental hygienist here without going back to school. I have come to realize that all this is a big huge scam including the ABOI and AAID. If you pay good money to Dr. Minichetti or Dr Shankar you get your certificate. This is something that NEEDS to be investigated by the medical board as the biggest scam I have ever come across. I am sure that it is good for dentists here in the US that want to continue their education, but to give this certificates to "dentists" abroad is like giving a loaded gun to a child and ask him to go play in a yard full of kids. I went to see another surgeon here, Dr. Mark F. Yampolsky, DDS and after taking X-Ray he recommended for 6 implants to be removed because either infected or situated wrong. Because I was still under warranty, I decided to go back to Cancun and have them removed. I endured again the expense of the plane ticket and hotel and I went back to the clinic where this time I brought my IPad to record the whole conversation. Dr. Maria Paula Villalobos and Patricia Arciniega were in the room telling me that my doctor was wrong and that dr. Arzate was in the hospital with kidney stone emergency (found out from a photo he was out of the Country). They told me that maybe one needed to be removed but they would check every single implants and planned surgery for the next day. I told them specifically that IF they needed to remove more than 2, to please remove all of the one my surgeon here in the US recommended. When I woke up from the surgery not only they removed just 3 but they put 4 more that I did NOT ask or wanted or gave my permission. This was done against my will. I feel raped, violated, they had no right to do that. As an aside note...I had my recording on the whole time during the surgery without them knowing about it. Every time I went to the office I recorded every single conversation. I am glad I did that because they had no problem telling me they record conversations with patients...now I have mine. I know it's illegal here in the US unless you tell the other person they are being recorded, but I guess in Mexico the law is different. They talked about other patients divulging their name and what a pain to deal with they were. Unprofesssional! I contacted Dr.Shankar and he said he was going to "Mediate" and to contact him after my return...he blocked me when he found out who the doctor in Cancun was because he is one of his best friend who hosts one of the AAID maxi course in Cancun...like I said...it's stronger than a mafia clan. I am still to this day in so much pain, the implants they left are still infected, they hurts and the people who give these "doctors" these certificate to operate under the false pretense they are trained in the US are filling their pockets to the tune of 100's of thousand of dollars... They have created a black hole that nobody can penetrate. It's a strong clan but somebody has to step up and do something. The procedure I had done it's called All-on-four and supposedly was invented by Dr Paulo Malo... well Dr. Arzate is taking credit and say he is the inventor (yes I have it on video) and it's the reason why I went to him in Cancun...who better to do the procedure than the inventor himself? I am beside myself how can this happen? When I confronted them about dr. Arzate not having kidney stones they blocked me from messaging them on FB. I have an appointment set up for February 24 2020, I want to have to pull all of the implants taken out.
I went on February 24 and my husband accompanied me. Dr Arzate took us in a room where he had a video recorder going. He went through most of the emails I sent including the one I sent to the AAID...shame on them for warning him. I also called out Patricia Arciniega since we were on video about her giving and talking about a patient that I has no business knowing..where is the confidentiality? He explained that his intentions were always in my best interest and in his opinion the doctors here in the US were wrong and if they were saying different he wanted in writing so that he would be able to sue them (yes I had my own recorder on)
This time I paid attention, I took pictures of how filthy and unsanitary the room really was, dusty, I saw old blood spots...
He inserted 3 more mini implants so that I could have a stable denture and low and behold...I complained to Dr.Puli on the last day I was there that I was seeing pus coming out because the 2 implants were put on a spot that was already in question with infection. she of course dismiss me saying she didn't see anything and now March 5th...guess what? There is pus coming out and I am back home. BTW, I was put in the hallway where cleaning people go by with dirty broom and dust pan for my final checkup. I am done. I will try to go after Dr. Shankar, Dr Minichetti, Dr Piermatti and Dr D'Amore... I will file a complaint with the police if necessary for assault I will write to the attorney general, newspapers, tv, legislators, but I will not stop.
And so you have it my whole story...Like I said what you see is my real name and you can contact me on FB.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC
These have been MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I am here march 15 and after 4 trip and only after 11 days one of my implants is loose... and now patricia arciniega doesn't even answer... nice... really nice... this is the "doctor" you put your trust to.. this is the money you give to.. I will go there and he will take out all of my implants it's the least he can do. they take... and take... and take...
These of course are my own experience
Look at this infection and they dismissed me saying it was not there...yes I am back on antibiotics
Who wants to start a class action lawsuit with me? Not in Cancun but here in the US! We can do it! I have every recording and pictures needed. Please search for my name on Facebook and let me know.
Former dentist in the U.S. some advice
1 Contact directly the AAID and the ADA to bring to their attention and name the dentists to them that prominent members of their associations are publicly promoting such a dentist which is then used by the clinic to convince Americans to travel out of country for substandard dentistry.
2 Be as public about your experiences as possible and continue to do so, social media especially the clinics to share your personal story, people have a right to know what can happen.
3 Check other consumer sites to find former patients of this dentist in similar situations that you can get together.
I did all of the above... The AAID and ABOI unfortunately forward him the email I sent them...they are a bunch of crooks also they are only interested in getting that 30, 000 + check to give out the certificate. I left reviews on every single page I could think of yelp, pissed consumer, their websites (of course they have control over that one). Unfortunately this virus is keeping all of the attention right now...but I will not give up.. I will continue making my voice heard! Thank you for your feedback!
The AAID and ABOI (dr Shankar, Dr Minichetti, Dr Amore, Dr Piermatti are all friends of his...they have all kinds of pictures together) They use his clinic to do seminars!
Contact AAID ABOI and ADA again to tell them you know they have forwarded your emails of concern to the dentist and that you will be seeking legal action if there is not a formal investigation. you also can write directly on the clinics social media accounts in the review section they maybe able to delete you after but not remove your comments.
I posted this just now... on Dr. Shankar website from Smile USA center... Ha...and your dentist friend in Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry wants American to go and not to worry because Cancun does not have the virus... I will be seeking legal action soon against the AAID and ABOI for tooting the glorious dentist. They made me sick but not using masks...yup...I have it on my tape recorder...Fifty place and YOU recommended it...
All are your rights to do so, but I would still say contacting officially their professional associations is more correct and leave your personal experience on the site of the dentist who did your work.
He blocked me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and doesn't answer to any emails. Mexico laws are not the same as ours. As soon as he knew I wasn't happy with his work he blocked me... He collected the money and that was it. I have no recourse to get my money back and I am left with implants that have to come out and no money to have them taken out... and... no teeth
Then it will be a case of being persistent in your posts where ever you can, and with photos to show your side, I hope you find some restitution.
I Had My Procedure done on January 15, 2020. Today is October 8th, 2020. I still have no teeth in my mouth. My story is similar to yours.
Your thoughts of a class action suit have come across my mind as well. But that won't work. He's a "Scam Artist" they are constantly on the look out for trouble.
However, I spent 9 months investigating him, his actions, his lifestyle. He is so public it was so easy! So, I like your idea of partnering up, I would be happy to talk with you on a secure sight. Please feel free to reach out to me on facebook first, then we can establish a locked sight where all patients will be welcome. Yeah, I know what your thinking, he won't get in, He owes hundreds of people. They say strength in numbers!

Well, please find comfort in knowing you helped me! I'd seriously been considering going down there but wondered, " out of all these good advertisements, I would like to see some of the people a year afterwards. where are those testimonials?" which led me to find this report a 5:25am! This settles it...I'm going to deal with whatever I find here in the states or at least research and Mexican facility.
You can file a claim with Profeco. This is a mexican consumer complaint board and they follow up! They will put up a clausurado sign at their offices and they cannot open for business until you get a refund or respond to correct matters. www.profeco.gob.mx. Interesting enough, I had an issue as well with them not responding, and once I indicated I would file a claim with Profeco, I received a reply almost immediately and it took time but ended up with my refund.
And here they are...the 3 amigos!
How has it now been “ resolved “ according to Dr.Arzante?
I have been researching Cancun dentists for sometime now and this office has been at the top of
my list, I was going to call them TODAY, but decided to do a little more research. So glad I did !
Thank you for sharing this and praying you are doing well now 🙏
Same here. All I see is good videos from him - Dr. Azarte but now that I'm about to call & schedule my full mouth with implants I don't know what to think ?! Where did you choose? I have one other place in mind but I want to find ppl who had work done years ago & still happy...
Hello Heather,
My name is Ana Williams. I went to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry in May 2022 to receive snap on dentures. I received a full mouth of mini implants, 8 up top and 8 down the bottom, I totally regret ever going there. I am out of $10,000 and have to have all of my implants redone. Like most Americans, I went to Cancun because it was more affordable than the U.S. My teeth were horrible. I never smiled. I went to Cancun and Dr. Arzate promised me a brand-new smile, and he gave me one. When your teeth look as horrible as mine did, when you first look at your new set of teeth they are beautiful compared to how they looked when you first arrived, but that's how they get you. That's why so many people make positive review videos. Their teeth are beautiful compared to what they looked like before, so they think they got a good deal. But once you leave Mexico and go back home and live with your new teeth a few weeks, you realize that the teeth may look good but the implants the teeth are sitting on are horrible. People make the videos immediately after they receive the new teeth, before they've had time to live with the teeth. I've talked to three other people in the U.S. that had their implants done at Cancun Cosmetic dentistry, and all of them regret going there (we met in Mexico and exchanged numbers to compare our results). I'm not saying everyone has bad results. But it's a risk. The question is, are you willing to take the risk. I took the risk and I regret it. Maybe you won't, but I just want you to be aware. I don't know where to start telling you all the problems I am having with these implants. Within the first few weeks of returning home, one of the implants fell out. As the weeks progressed, I started noticing how my gum tissue was growing over some of the implants. The reason for this was because Dr. Arzate drilled some of the implants in my gums too deep. I also noticed how some implants were taller than others. Some were short, and some were tall. After I had been back from Mexico about two months, I went to see a dentist here to have him take a look at my implants, he couldn't believe how horrible my implants were. He said the implants Dr. Arzate used aren't used in the U.S. anymore because they aren't good. Dr. Arzate is using mini implants that have been banned in the U.S. He was also shocked at how uneven they were. He said all implants should be drilled down to the same height, so your dentures sit down on the implants evenly. When I snap my dentures on, they are lop-sided because the implants are uneven. They fall out of my mouth because two of the implants are covered by my gum tissue growing over them, so the dentures can't snap on. So far I have been to 4 dentists since I had these implants put in and all four told me this was the worse dental implant job they had ever seen. None of the dentist will touch these implants because they are so bad, and they don't want to assume any liability for them. All they are willing to do is replace them. When I called Cancun and told them all the problems I'm having, they said it's not Dr. Arzates fault I'm having these problems. They said the problem is not his work, the problem is my mouth. They said it's not his fault my implant fell out, and it's not his fault my gums grew over the implants. All four dentist here told me if the implants are inserted properly, they don't come out and the gums don't grow over them. A lot of people don't like making public videos, especially depending on the type of work they do. My job is the reason I'm not publicly sharing pictures, but I will share them privately with anyone that reads this message and wants to see them. Just email me at anawilliams4753@yahoo.com. I'm sorry for all that read this and feel discouraged. Like you, I was so hopeful when I heard about Cancun cosmetic dentistry. The prices are so great, and they treat you so nice. They are very convincing. But their level of professionalism in no way compares to American dentist. The last thing I want to say is, honestly, I don't even know if Dr. Arzate was the one that put my implants in. I only saw him twice the entire week I was there. The first day you arrive, he shows up to get you pumped up and excited by telling you about the new smile he's going to give you. But not once during the actual surgical procedure did I see him. I saw him at the very end, after all the implants were put in. There are other doctors there besides him, I think they are the ones that did my implants because they are the ones that were in the room with me when I was put to sleep. I may be wrong, but I don't know because I was asleep. I've heard many people say the same thing. Dr. Arzate only shows up at the beginning and the end to pose and take pictures and make videos with you to post on YouTube. You don't see him during the surgical procedures. Maybe that's the problem, I' don't know. Just beware. God bless you and good luck in whatever decision you make. Ana
I am so sorry..I keep on making reviews hoping to save at least one person from what I had to go through. After 4 years of living with excruciating pain, my surgeon here in the US agreed to fix my mouth...Dr Hehr had to take all of my implants out file down the bone and finally I have the teeth that not only I deserve but wanted. Dr Arzate even put one of the important right on my nerve..no wonder I was in so much pain. OF course these are my experiences and opinions. Again I repeat..Do Not Go To Cancun
Sorry about all the typos, they don't allow you to go back and correct your mistakes!
I just scheduled with them last night and now I’m reading this! Ugh. I’m so glad I read it though because now I’m going to cancel and try finding someone else. Have you had any luck finding anyone? TY
I’m so glad I found this! I just scheduled with them last night! Can you recommend any reputable dentist in Cancun?
