The impression making form that goes ion your mouth is a hard plastic form that is painful to use and made my mouth sore for days after. It didn't fit my mouth and because of that, I couldn't get a good impression. After four attempts, I gave up and got most of my money back. Customer service seems okay to deal with but it also takes a month to get your retainers. I had to send mine back because they fit terribly and wouldn't fit flush against my back teeth. I was told by their customer service that that was common to have a bad fit on the molars and that I may have to cut the back part of the retainer off. Seriously?! Also, I was to get two upper retainers made from the more expensive and stronger material Essex plus but only one of the two was made from that material, the other was thin and flexible and not what I paid extra for.

Getting a retainer from Sporting Smiles is pretty cool. I mean, who wants to go to the dentist and deal with all that hassle? But, I gotta say, it took way longer than I thought it would. I get it, COVID is messing everything up, but come on. The website said it would take 10 days, and I ended up waiting 5 whole weeks. So, if you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend this. But, if you've got some time to spare, it's worth checking out.

Yo, so I gotta say, I sent my impressions to Sporting Smiles a few years back and the retainers they sent me fit like a glove. No complaints there. But then, I had to reorder a couple times 'cause the retainers started getting loose and not doing their job. And lemme tell ya, these new ones they sent me are straight up messing with my teeth alignment. Not cool, man. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money with this company.

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Sporting Smiles. I was hoping to get a retainer from them, but it just didn't work out. The production team kept rejecting my mold because of some cracking in their putty. And then they sent me these canned emails with all these excuses about why my picture of the mold didn't meet their expectations. It was super frustrating, let me tell you. And then they had the nerve to offer to sell me more materials! Like, come on guys, I already paid for this stuff. I don't want to have to keep buying more just because your putty can't handle it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Sporting Smiles. It's just not worth the hassle.

Been using Sporting Smiles for a long time now, but last month they denied 4 of my impressions without even telling me. Their customer service is not good at all, and they didn't give me a good reason why my impressions were denied. It was a complete waste of 2 months waiting for my night guard, and they didn't even bother to communicate with me. I suggest finding another company to work with.

Sporting Smiles is a company that makes retainers from your moulds. They take a while to process your moulds, which can be a bit frustrating. I had to send my impressions back three times before they were finally approved. I followed the instructions properly, so I don't know why they were rejected. It seems like they just wanted to make more money off of me.

Once I finally got my retainers, I was disappointed with the quality. My upper retainer broke after less than a year of use. The material they use is cheap and not very durable. I expected better quality for the price I paid.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Sporting Smiles. The process was frustrating and the quality of the product was disappointing. There are probably better options out there for getting retainers made.

Yo, I've been waiting for a dope custom fit item from Sporting Smiles for like 2 months now. But they straight up refused to make me a 3rds bottom retainer, like what's up with that? I talked to them and they were all like "100% satisfaction guaranteed" but that's just a bunch of bull. And to top it off, they're only giving me a partial refund. Like, come on man, that's not cool. They said I can keep the top and they'll give me a measly 20 bucks back. I asked for a full refund but they said no way because I used the whitening kit. Ugh, this whole thing has been a major bummer.

I been using Sporting Smiles for about 8 years now and I gotta say, when I 1st started using them I was super impressed. But lately, it seems like their customer service is getting worse and worse. I ordered some retainers on November 30th and it's already December 21st and I still haven't received anything. I mean, come on, you'd think that reorders would be faster since they already have my impressions, but nope. And to make matters worse, they won't even return my emails or phone calls. That's just not cool, man.

I tried Sporting Smiles and it was a bit of a hassle. I sent them a picture of my impressions and they said it was good, but then they emailed me saying the impression wasn't good enough and I needed to pay $15 for another kit. This happened to me twice, and I had to take impressions about seven times. I left the impressions in my mouth for about 7 minutes, but they still said that some smear appeared like 5 times.

I asked for a refund, but they took $15 out of my refund and said it was for shipping the product. It felt like a whole scam to me. It was frustrating to go through the process multiple times and still not get a good result.

I wish they had been more clear about the process and what to expect. It would have saved me a lot of time and money. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Sporting Smiles.

I got my retainer kit from SportingSmiles back in June. They kept asking me to do my impressions over and over again because they said they weren't good enough. Finally, they said my impressions were okay and they sent me the retainer. But when I got it, it was not good. It only covered half of my teeth and it was not stable. I emailed them and they said they couldn't make it any better. Can you believe that? So I sent it back and they gave me less money than I paid for it in the first place! It took them a couple of months to give me my refund too.

So, I had this retainer from my dentist that lasted me over a decade, but it finally broke. I was looking for a cheaper option and stumbled upon Sporting Smiles. At first, I was really happy with my purchase because it was so much less expensive than what I had paid for my previous retainer. However, I didn't realize that the durability of the product would be compromised.

After only three years of use, my Sporting Smiles retainer broke. I have no idea how or when it happened, but it was definitely a bummer. Meanwhile, my bottom retainer (which was also from my dentist) was still perfectly fine. I reached out to Sporting Smiles to see if they could help me out, but it took them a whole week to get back to me. When they finally did, they told me that they couldn't do anything for me because they no longer had my impressions on file. Apparently, they only keep them for one year. To make matters worse, their warranty period is only 30 days from the final ship date.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I don't think I'll be using Sporting Smiles again in the future. It's just not worth the risk of having to replace the product so soon.
