I spend so much money on this card and advised the supervisor pdn888 to waive he would have sold me on I will waive fee if you sign up for auto pay. He said no I cant do that and I understand you were out of the country but I can't do this. When he didn't hear my statement he said "come again"? I don't understand the language nor the non empathy of the #3 supervisor who came off as a non professional jerk. I made a payment on the 20th upon return 3 days after and he said we can't waive any fees.

Desired outcome: Waive late fee.

You’re a loyal customer, spending your hard-earned money on this card, and when you need a bit of understanding, they give you nothing but grief. The supervisor, pdn888, sounds like he couldn’t care less about your situation. No empathy, no professionalism, just a flat refusal to help.

You were out of the country, and you still made your payment just three days after returning. Any reasonable company would see that and understand. But not Capital One, apparently. They don’t even listen properly, asking you to “come again” like they couldn’t be bothered.

It’s time to make your voice heard. Use social media, share your story, tag Capital One. Let everyone know how they treat their customers, especially those who have been loyal and responsible. You deserve better, and they need to know that this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Stand firm. Demand that they waive the fees and treat you with the respect you’ve earned. Don’t let them brush you off. Keep pushing until they understand that their customers won’t stand for such poor treatment. Stay strong and make sure your voice is heard loud and clear.
