Scam liars
Hey my name is Oliver and I don't even know how to start but these people like I think are affiliated with privacy patrol and like man these people my capital membership whatever they're not taking any money from me but keep sending magazines that are like free but I do not want them and they said they would stop when I called some lady yelled at me and like I wonder if I could report these people to the police I would because these people are the worse and acting like these magazines are obligated or something
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response
Capital Magazine Club
They say my blind mother ordered these magazines. She did not. She was blind and was very very ill. No way she ordered magazines. I called and the female person (not lady) that answered the phone yelled at me. I have filed a complaint with the FBI. I came across an ad about magazine companies stealing from the elderly. So, go find that page and file a complaint. You won't get any money back I'm sure but maybe they will go to jail for a longer period of time. You know the more they have stolen the longer they go.
Desired outcome: They either give back the year of money they stole from me or they go to JAIL!!!!
Unauthorized drafts
You are drafting my acct every month for $17.35. I have asked you to stop immediately! I am meeting with my attorney in the morning to see what resources I have to get my money back, and your business closed. To not even respond to all my voicemails I have left shows me that your company if far from professional.
Sincerely
Mabel Richardson

recurring unauthorized charges
This company has been taking money from my elderly mother for far too long. How they can take advantage of people and get their money and then have a dysfunctional website makes no sense to me. since its reoccurring, banks will only dispute. They are theirs and I expect my mother to be refunded. Isn't it elderly abuse, why can't companies be charged with that?

My Bank account has been illegally charged this Fee since October 2017, and I never requested ur services. My name is Emma Ramon and my phone number is [protected]. I would appreciate it if you would contact me and explain this matter please.
My mother passed away and I'm closing everything out. The bank won't close because of a negative balance due to this company illegally taking my mothers money. My name was on the account only so I could handle things for her now I'm on the hook for these charges. If I can't make payment to bring account to zero balance they will continue charging the account. Please contact me [protected] Shelly MacPherson
Capital savings club has been scaming my checking account without my authorization monthly since Oct 29, Nov 27 & Dec 27, 2018. I called after 1st deduction was taken & demanded that they stop immediately that I never authorized this deduction, I was told they would credit my account instead I have not only been scammed by them as a direct result of this fraudulant transaction I have over draft fees from each withdrawal! This is the third time fraudulent activity from them was deducted, as I explained to them that I am a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income that they were scaming me with non permissive authorization and they still to date continue to withdraw funds!

I've been charged on my card after not even authorizing any subscription at all for that matter, called to have it cancelled and money refunded and am told that you guys don't do refunds. Total scam... without even speaking with and or to anyone.

My mothers checking account was charges 1.90 from a company called privacy patrol, then about a month later was charged 23.50 from same company. then the 23.50 was credited back the same day, but there is a 14.95 charge from a company called capital savings cl [protected] nj followed by series of numbers (this is how it shows up in account info from bank). she never talked to anybody or approved any of these transactions. already canceled card and told the bank, but how do we stop these people?

I, also paid the 1.90 (11/14) and a while later was charged $17.35 (on December 16). I never rec'd the $100 gift card. I want my $17.35 refunded. Wanda J Weldin (w.weldin@yahoo.com) The original charge came under the guise of "Get Privacy" - indicating that it was a security for my computer. Please refund the $17.35 and take my name off your list.
merchandise discount
My mother is elderly and was taken by this company under the guise that she would receive a gift card worth $100.00 or so. It started with the Privacy Patrol in September 2017. They told her to process her gift card and send it to her, she needed to pay $1.90, which she did. Long story short, they started taking money off her card in small amounts. I tracked the charge and called in. The guy was rude and hung up! I called back and a woman said she would return the money. The Privacy Patrol did credit the $23.50 back but after that, charges of 14.95 started to appear from Capital Savings Club. No one answered when we called.
My mother is also elderly. She was being billed by Privacy Patrol 19.95 a month and by the Capital Savings Club an addition 14.95 a month on her debit card and again the same amounts monthly on her credit card. I have been fighting them for 4 months to get it stopped. This month the Capital Savings Club billed her 14.95 three days in a row. I am livid. When you try to cancel, they give you a phone number to call. Call it and it hangs up on you. Finally got someone who mysteriously claims, "oh, I see that was cancelled this morning". I demanded a refund of the charges and told her there better not be any more or I am suing for fraud.
This same thing happened to my mother. The 1.90 fee then the 23.50 that appeared and then was removed and then the 14.95. How do we stop this scam?
same thing happened to me
Your mother will want to contact her bank to dispute the charges, and then have the card canceled and re-issued under a new number.
