Proceed with Caution: G2A LLC Review
As someone who values transparency and trust in online transactions, I must share my cautionary experience with G2A LLC. The platform, known for its enticing offers, has left many customers dissatisfied. From fake keys to unresponsive customer service, the reviews paint a concerning picture. One user fell victim to a scammer selling non-working keys, while another faced a frustrating ordeal with a purchased game that never worked. The lack of accountability and the runaround when seeking refunds are red flags that cannot be ignored. While some have had positive experiences, the prevalence of negative feedback raises serious concerns. If you choose to engage with G2A, exercise vigilance and consider the risks involved. Your online safety and satisfaction should always be a top priority.

Good service
G2A is one of my favorite services to use when buying games. I can always find good discounts on the titles I want to buy. I also use G2A wallet quite often. Just watch out for their forced G2A plus subscription when buying things.

Fast, cheap what can I ask more
Every purchase is fast delivered and always valid!
G2A got good offers en fair prices, OFr instance COD black ops iii for 36$, it's really cheap https://www.g2a.com/r/cod_-black_-ops-iii-_steam-cd-key-global
Also the 24/7 service is ideal.
Awesome!
I've gotten a couple of games, one I got the deluxe version for less than the discounted price of the original on the official sites shop and another dlc which i got for almost a 10th of the price. I don't understand why G2A is rated so low here!
It's already the fifth time I buy from them and never
It's already the fifth time I buy from them and never had a problem :) All the keys I got were working and the price is much lower than Steam or Origin... I really recommend visiting their gaming sales page where you can find some nice deals and coupons :) https://www.g2a.com/r/gamingsales
Enjoy!"
Its cheaper with g2a discount code Z123
Been using G2A a long time now and I prefer buying my games on G2A with 10% off G2A discount code "Z123". G2A is useful especially when I have to goto work and I want to look up a price on here. The only thing I wish g2a had was a Wish List Feature. Also, I think it will be better to add game screenshots and gameplay video and trailer.
Great prices
Great prices, selection can be a bit limited.
Mostly only had positive experiences with these guys.
There was once when they were doing a promotion that involved a checkout code and I forgot to enter the code at checkout and they wouldn't let me redo the order with the code because the order had already gone through and the keys had been sent, they also mentioned that they "sell at minimum profit", whichbut I understand and it was my fault. Plus, they were refreshingly honest which I appreciated all the more.
G2A Review: A Dressed-Up Second-Hand Site with Hidden Charges
So, I've been messing around with G2A for a while now and I finally figured it out! It's like AutoTrader, not Amazon. You're on your own if you have any issues with a third-party seller, G2A can't help you out.
Buying from G2A is pretty easy, but there's some uncertainty around where they get their game keys from. They have a subscription button and fees for inactivity, plus a transaction fee that can increase the total price. So, make sure you check each page before you buy anything new. You might only save a few pennies, not pounds.
If you're buying from a third party, make sure you check the reviews or you'll get burned. Seriously, don't skip this step.
The bottom line is that buying from G2A direct is like buying any second-hand product. There's always some risk involved. If you're buying from a third party, the risk increases, so you need to thoroughly check out the buyer's reviews.
Oh, and make sure you compare prices because they're not always cheaper. Overall, G2A is a bit of a honey trap. There's a lot of fanfare and show, but it's really just a dressed-up second-hand site with a bunch of hidden charges. It's kind of like an online poker site, if you know what I mean.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with G2A and a Faulty Game Key
I've been using G2A for a while now and I've had a pretty good experience with it. However, I recently had a bad experience that made me think twice about using it again. I bought a game key for $42 from a seller on G2A, but when I tried to use the key, it didn't work. I contacted the seller and he admitted that the key was faulty and gave me a second key. Unfortunately, that key didn't work either and when I contacted the seller again, he accused me of already using the key and started laughing at me.
I was pretty upset about this, so I contacted Ubisoft support to see if the key was faulty or not. They told me that the key didn't even exist, which means that the seller was lying to me. I tried to get a refund from G2A, but they told me that I needed to file a police report in order to get my money back. Unfortunately, filing a police report costs $50 or more, which means that I would have to spend more money just to get my money back.
I think it's pretty unfair that G2A doesn't do more to protect its customers from scammers. It's way too easy for someone to scam you on G2A and there's not much you can do about it. If you're thinking about buying something from G2A, be careful and make sure you're buying from a reputable seller. Otherwise, you might end up like me, out of pocket and with nothing to show for it.
G2A Review: My Experience with Purchasing Games and Tips for Safe Transactions
I haven't had too many dealings with g2a.com, but I have purchased a couple of games from them in the past. I picked up Black Ops 3 for $34.95 and CoD Ghosts for $7.93. I'm happy to report that I've had a 100% success rate with my purchases.
However, I have heard some horror stories online about people receiving invalid keys and having a terrible time trying to get a refund. Some of my close friends have even had this happen to them. They received an invalid key and when they contacted G2A about it, they were told that the key was legitimate and unused. Even purchasing G2A Shield didn't guarantee them a refund. Luckily, my friends used PayPal and were able to get their money back quickly after confirming with Steam that the code had already been used or was not valid.
If you do decide to use G2A, I would suggest taking screenshots of your transaction. When your key first appears on the screen, take a screenshot. When you're entering the key into the gaming platform (Steam/Origin/PSN, etc.) and before confirming, take another screenshot. After confirming, take a screenshot of whether or not the key was accepted or rejected. This will help you confirm that you entered the key exactly as it was given to you. If something does go wrong, you can submit these screenshots as evidence.
Overall, I've had a good experience with G2A. However, I do understand that your experience may vary. It's important to be cautious when making purchases online and to do your research before making any decisions.
Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with G2A
So, I've been using G2A for a while now and I've had some good experiences and some bad ones. Let me tell you about my most recent experience.
I bought a key from a seller who had a decent rating, but not the highest. I thought I was being careful, but it turns out I wasn't careful enough. The seller had bought the key from Bethesda and then sold it to me through G2A. Then, a few days later, the key was invalid. I followed all the procedures and contacted the seller through G2A, but he was no help. In fact, he tried to extort me by saying he wouldn't pay me unless I changed my negative feedback to positive. Of course, I refused. Then he told me he wouldn't pay me anything and wished me "good luck" getting my money back from G2A.
I contacted G2A's support team, but they were no help either. They sent me a template response and then ignored me for a week. I opened a refund case through PayPal, but the seller didn't answer once in the 9 days since I opened it. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least.
I know that not all sellers on G2A are like this, but it's still a risk. If you're going to use G2A, make sure you only buy from high-rated sellers. Even then, it's still a risk. I would recommend buying directly from the game publishers, Steam, or other marketplaces that you trust. It's just not worth the risk of losing your money and not getting anything in return.
Overall, my experience with G2A has been mixed. I've had some good experiences, but this last one has left a bad taste in my mouth. I still haven't gotten my refund, and I'm not sure if I ever will. So, be careful if you decide to use G2A. It's not worth the risk.
Unethical Practices and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with G2A
So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with G2A. I mean, they signed me up for their G2A Plus thing without even asking me! And get this, I wasn't even logged into my account at the time! Like, what the heck, G2A?
I made sure to turn off the G2A Plus thing when I was making my purchase, so I wouldn't have to pay extra. But then, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that they had charged me for it anyway! And get this, it wasn't even part of the original transaction! They charged me separately, without my consent!
And to top it all off, they saved my card information without asking me! I specifically left that checkbox unchecked, but they went ahead and did it anyway. And then, they signed me up for their newsletter without my permission, even though I had turned off all the settings for that in my account.
When I tried to get some help from their support team, they basically told me tough luck. They wouldn't even give me a little bit of credit to make up for all the trouble they caused me.
Honestly, I used to think G2A was okay, but after all this nonsense, I'm done with them. I really recommend that everyone be careful when using their site, and maybe try out some other marketplaces instead.
G2A Review: Blocked Account and Unpaid Earnings as a Seller
Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with G2A, and let me tell you, it wasn't a good one. As a seller, I had over 2500 sales with 1300 positive comments about my products. However, my account was suddenly blocked for adding one incorrect product. I had loaded keys that unfortunately turned out to be not working, and after only two sales (one of which I had to refund), my account was blocked. Can you believe it? Just two sales with incorrect keys, even though I had over 1300 positive feedbacks.
To make matters worse, I was not allowed to withdraw my earnings of around 600 euros from my account. I wrote about 10 letters to support, but they refused to unlock my account and did not provide any reason for the block. I even gave them my ID and many screenshots, but nothing happened. It seems like they just found a reason not to pay me my 600 euros.
I tried to communicate with them, but no one wanted to help me or change their decision. It's really frustrating because I worked hard for my earnings, and now I can't even withdraw them from the system. If you're interested, I can provide additional screenshots from my account.
What's even more frustrating is that even after my account was blocked and I couldn't withdraw my money, G2A was still selling my keys. I couldn't stop or delete them from the system. It's like they don't care about their sellers at all.
Overall, I would not recommend using G2A as a seller. It's just not worth the risk of losing your earnings and getting blocked for something as small as one incorrect product.
G2A: The Best Alternative to Steam for Buying Games - A Review
Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with this awesome site I found for buying games. It's called G2A and it's a great alternative to Steam. I first heard about it from some famous YouTubers like Pewdiepie, who use it as their primary games provider. They deliver pretty quickly, which is what I really like about them. Plus, their customer service is top-notch and their prices are much better than other sites and even Steam itself. This has really helped me out since I'm currently pursuing a PhD and have to be mindful of my expenses.
You might be wondering, why not just use Steam? Well, G2A sells actual CD-keys, so when you buy a game, you actually own it instead of just renting it on Steam. But the best part is the lower prices and great customer support.
I've been buying games from G2A regularly and I highly recommend checking out their site. You can even use the links I've provided for a discount pricing. Here are some great games with amazing prices:
- Titanfall for only $36
- Diablo 3 + Reaper of Souls for just $61
- Diablo 3 for only $27
They also have prepaid cards for MMO/Xbox/PSN and any Steam/Origin/other DRMs/DRM-free games available for cheaper than the current market price. You can find them here: http://bit.ly/1t7JDi7
If you encounter any problems, don't worry. G2A has a live support/chat available and they respond very quickly. I had an issue with payment and they helped me out in less than a minute.
As an added bonus, a portion of the game revenue will be donated to charity. So not only are you getting great deals on games, but you're also contributing to a good cause.
I hope this review encourages some of you to buy your first game or a game you've been wanting to buy for a long time. Cheers!
G2A.com Review: Frustrating Experience with Unusable Key and Blocked Account
I recently had an experience with G2A.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a key from a seller (Order ***0487464) that turned out to be unusable. I reached out to the seller for a refund, but didn't receive a response. So, I contacted G2A for assistance.
After two days of waiting, G2A replied that I could claim on their 'Money Back Guarantee' after seven days. However, when I went to check if there were any messages from the key seller, I found that my G2A account had been blocked. I was shocked and confused. I contacted G2A to deal with the login issues, but was told to contact ***@g2a.com.
The reply I received was dodgy and suspicious. They asked for photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.), handwriting, account user login, and bank with PayPal account details, along with any other accounts used in alias. This is exactly what fraudsters ask for. I was hesitant to provide such sensitive information.
I believe that G2A is biased towards sellers and does not prioritize the needs of buyers. They seem to be complicit in the prevention of refunding money from their seller members knowingly flogging unusable/fake product keys. This is unacceptable.
Furthermore, I believe that G2A.com is non-compliant with GDPR. They are requesting extremely sensitive data protection information from the buyer member base, of which needn't be requested, as proof of account ID can be given through the two-step verification instead.
Overall, my experience with G2A.com was disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend using their services.
G2A Review: A Total Rip-Off - Avoid at All Costs!
I gotta say, G2A is a total rip-off. If you're thinking about using them, think again. I had the worst experience with this company. They charged my bank account three times for an order that they declined. And to make matters worse, they didn't even give me anything in return. It's like they stole my money right out of my account.
I tried to contact their support team, but there's no phone number to call and no live chat available. All I could do was submit a support ticket and wait for days to get a response. And when I finally did get a response, they told me that it could take up to 28 business days to get a refund. That's over a month!
It's clear that G2A doesn't care about their customers. They just want to take your money and run. And to make matters worse, they try to hide negative reviews by reporting them as "ticket still open in resolution center." That's just shady business practices.
I'm not going to let this go. I'm going to post reviews everywhere I can to warn others about this company. And I find it suspicious that some of the positive reviews use the same language as G2A's responses. It's like they're trying to cover up their bad reputation.
In conclusion, I highly recommend that you avoid G2A at all costs. They're a crooked company that doesn't deserve your business. Stick with their trusted competitor instead. It's just basic business 101. And if you do decide to use G2A, be prepared to have your money taken and not get anything in return.
G2A Review: Reliable and Affordable Source for Gamers
G2A is a great digital platform for gamers who want to buy, sell, and even get paid! As a gamer myself, I highly recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a reliable and affordable source of cd-keys and redeem codes.
One of the best things about G2A is that it offers a wide variety of games, including both popular and less popular titles. This means that you can find the game you want at a much lower price than you would at other digital stores.
When you choose your game, you can select from a variety of cd-keys sold by different sellers. This gives you the opportunity to find the best price for your game. And if you're worried about the quality of the cd-key, you can purchase G2A Shield protection for a small fee. This protection ensures that you won't be disappointed with your purchase.
The layout of G2A's website is very intuitive and easy to navigate. You won't get confused when you're looking for your game or cd-key. And if you're interested in earning some extra money, you can participate in G2A's Goldmine program. This program allows you to earn money when someone buys a game thanks to your recommendation.
I've purchased games from digital cd-key stores before, and I'm always careful. But with G2A, I had no problems at all. The moment I bought a game, I received a valid cd-key in my mailbox. I was very satisfied with my purchase.
G2A also offers frequent weekly sales and discounts on even the most popular games. And if you use the promo codes provided, you can pay even less for your cd-key.
Overall, I highly recommend G2A to any gamer who is looking for a reliable and affordable source of cd-keys and redeem codes. So go ahead and enjoy your shopping!
G2A.com Complaints 22
Really folks, dont risk it!
Really folks, dont risk it!
I purchased a MS365 key (Office365) which was promptly delivered, but it never worked. Once entered into Microsoft's admin portal, none of separate products were activated, and no expiry date was shown. When I first contacted the vendor (with a screenshot of the error), they simply claimed "We have delivered everything you ordered" and suggested I contact Microsoft Support. They also claimed they were an official Microsoft partner, but no details could be found on the Partner Portal, and they refused to supply their registered partner address or partner ID number (highly suspicious, no?).
I wasted more than 21 hours (spread over several days) in online chat and remote control sessions with Microsoft Support before we collectively concluded the supplied key didn't work. [As a separate issue, you really would think Microsoft would be able to tell immediately whether a key was valid - but apparently not!]
I let the vendor know all this, and they just stayed defensive, asked for screenshots of support conversations (which of course I didn't have), and refused to assist me if I could not provide them with material I didn't have.
Judging from other comments and reviews from other buyers, this seems pretty typical behaviour.
Eventually, I just bought a licence from another company (Blue Nandu) and asked my credit card company to get a refund for me (as I held them jointly liable for the supply of defective goods). A couple of days after getting my credit card refund, G2A sent me a mail saying
"Your G2A account has been blocked due to anomalous activity that our system detected. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but this decision will not be changed. Your account will remain blocked."
I assume they were annoyed because the credit card company will have taken back the money.
Funnily enough, I now seem to be receiving extraordinary amounts of spam to my e-mail account. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
Their partnered company "NameWithheld" cancelled my order without my consent and tried refunding me through g2a when my
Their partnered company "NameWithheld" cancelled my order without my consent and tried refunding me through g2a when my bank for them doesn't exist. This whole thing will be about their questionable practices. I'm complaining against g2a in hopes they will contact their partner at NameWithheld to redo my bag order instead of refunding me. I don't want a refund; I never asked for one. I want the bag that I won fair and square through NameWithheld's mystery box algorithm. I won a $600 bag, and a refund does not compensate for the bag I won. I paid $130 through g2a to participate in NameWithheld's mystery boxes and won a prize. Despite the prize taking forever to even be ordered, I wanted it. I messaged their support chats for an update, and to spite me, one of their support agents refunded and canceled my order instead of just telling me my status. I don't like being treated this way, and as a paying customer, it is my right to ask for a refund or my order being canceled, not to have it forced on me. I am sending this complaint so G2a talks to NameWithheld and makes them commit to the order instead of canceling it and ignoring my request to redo it. This is simply unfair and looks like a scam because if NameWithheld would rather cancel the order instead of fulfilling it, it suggests they could never complete the order in the first place and are falsely advertising while using g2a's services to make money. Here's the full story: I participated in NameWithheld's mystery box giveaway. I won an MCM bag from their backpack mystery box fair and square. After winning, I put my funds in to get the order shipped to me. I contacted support and was ignored for days until almost a week later, a support agent named Madeline responded. Madeline told me I couldn't win the bag they were advertising and then gave me the chance to pick out a bag of similar value on stock x, which I did. After some time, I took Madeline's offer and linked her to a bag I wanted. She then went to order the bag, apparently. I asked for an update after a few days and was ignored. It took a week for Madeline to reply to let me know that the order is being verified by NameWithheld. After a while, I asked for one more update because it had been almost a month, and when Madeline responded, she canceled my order and blocked me from the website. I did not ask for my order to be canceled, and this tells me that the only reason for canceling my order without consent is that they couldn't get the item. I am furious because I waited weeks to have my order canceled by a spiteful employee. I won that bag fair and square; if I won the lottery, the last thing I would want is my winnings canceled and to be refunded for the tickets. I want what I won, and it is unfair to tell someone they won an item and take it away with a refund shoved in their face—that is false advertising. I won an MCM bag now worth $900, and I want what I won. Why make me choose a new item if you're going to cancel the order without even asking me? I never asked for the order to be canceled; I just wanted a status update, and I have screenshots to prove it.
I purchased *** : Above and Beyond (PC) - Steam Gift - NORTH AMERICA and the activation code I was give was invalid. They have no customer service. I simply want a refund and not to be charged for this product, now or in the future. It also appears G2A has charged me twice for this product that does not work.
G2A Review: Terrible Customer Support and Illegal Practices
I recently had a bit of a problem with G2A when I tried to purchase Minecraft. Unfortunately, there was some sort of issue with the transaction and I ended up having to cancel my order and request a refund. However, despite my best efforts, the order is still stuck in a processing stage and I haven't been able to access the key or get my money back.
To make matters worse, the customer support team at G2A has been less than helpful. They stopped responding to my ticket and the last time I heard from them was two days ago. As far as I know, it's illegal to take someone's money and not provide them with the goods they paid for. So the fact that G2A is refusing to refund me or give me the game code is downright illegal.
It's a shame because G2A has some really good prices, but if something goes wrong, you're pretty much screwed. The customer support is a complete joke and I wouldn't recommend using this site unless you're willing to take a big risk.

G2A's Security System is a Complete Failure - My Experience with Their Incompetence
G2A is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never helped me fix the issues I had with their security card system that denied my card every single time. I sent countless emails, but they could never give me a straight answer as to why my transactions would fail when paying, yet I would still be charged. It would take a day or two to get the refund, and this has happened at least more than 10 times now. This tells me that this company doesn't know how their own security system works for their credit card transactions. They just tell me "that's just how our security system works" without giving me the specifics as to why I keep getting declined payment. I will never use G2A to pay for anything ever again. It is a complete waste of time.
G2A: A Marketplace That Can't Be Trusted - My Frustrating Experience
I recently had an experience with G2A that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a gift card from a seller on the platform, only to receive a code that didn't work. When I reached out to the seller for assistance, I was met with silence. I then turned to G2A's support team for help, but all I received were generic messages that didn't address my specific issue.
What really solidified my negative opinion of G2A was when I left a negative review of the seller. Suddenly, the seller was willing to respond - but only if I changed my rating. This felt like a clear attempt to manipulate the system and avoid any consequences for their fraudulent behavior. And yet, G2A did nothing to intervene or hold the seller accountable.
In fact, when I tried to escalate the issue with G2A, they simply directed me to contact the police. This felt like a cop-out, as if they were hoping I would just give up and go away. It's clear to me that G2A is not a marketplace that can be trusted, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.
Buyer Beware: Hidden Fees and Charges on G2A Marketplace
If you've ever used G2A, you know that there are a few things you need to keep in mind before making a purchase. Firstly, you should always remember to deactivate G2A shield, as it can add an extra 3 euros to your purchase. Secondly, you need to agree to their terms and conditions, while also making sure to opt-out of their spam. Lastly, you should always remember to opt-out of their "free 7 day trial", as it can lead to unwanted charges on your account.
But that's not all. G2A also has a tendency to hide fees, which means that the total cost you see may not be the actual amount you end up paying. This can be frustrating and can lead to a lack of trust in the platform.
Overall, using G2A can be a stressful experience, as you never know what hidden fees or charges may be lurking around the corner. If you're looking for a more reliable and trustworthy marketplace for keys, it may be best to look elsewhere.
Warning: Do Not Buy from This Site - Scammers with False Advertising and Terrible Support
This website is a complete disaster. I purchased a Windows 10 key that was advertised as only being able to activate one PC, like an OEM key. However, I was able to activate it on two PCs without any issues. When I tried to contact support, they told me to provide screenshots or photos as proof. I took around 30 pictures that clearly showed that two PCs were activated, but after a few days, the key stopped working. I tried to contact support again, but they told me to go to the police and file a report. Can you believe that? That's how they operate? They claim to have a money-back guarantee, but it's not as easy as they make it seem in their videos.
I strongly advise against buying anything from this site. They are scammers, and it's a waste of time trying to prove anything to them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
G2A: A Scam Website? My Experience with the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition
I've gotta say, I've used G2A a few times before and never had any issues. But recently, my friend convinced me to come back to Destiny 2 and they ordered me the Beyond Light Deluxe edition. And let me tell you, it was a total disaster.
About a month after I got the game, it just disappeared from my Steam account. All that was left was a notification saying that someone had refunded the key and the item had been removed from my account. I mean, what the heck? I couldn't even contact the seller because, let's be real, why would a scammer bother replying?
So, I decided to try and get my money back through G2A's supposed "money back guarantee". But guess what? They told me I needed to go to a police station and file a theft report, and then get official paperwork proving this before they could even start the refund process. I mean, seriously? Who does that? It's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible for people to get their money back.
Honestly, it's pretty clear to me that G2A is just a scam website. You can't even trust the high-rated sellers on there. It's a shame, really, because I used to think it was a decent place to buy games. But after this experience, I'm never using it again.
Buyer Beware: My Negative Experience with G2A.com and Scammers
I recently made a purchase on g2a.com for a game key, but unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The seller turned out to be a scammer and did not deliver the product as promised. Instead, I received an obsolete link and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. To make matters worse, the G2A staff seemed indifferent to my situation and did not offer any assistance. It has now been a week, and my money is still blocked, with no sign of reimbursement in sight.
Despite my attempts to reach out to the G2A team, I was met with corporate speak and no real help. All I was told was to wait and wait some more. This lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating, and I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously.
In the end, I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. G2A had the opportunity to come to terms and resolve the issue, but they did not respond to my messages or attempt to make things right.
Based on my experience, I would caution others to stay away from G2A. It seems like a haven for scammers, and the company benefits from deals gone bad by receiving fees for every transaction. In my case, the fees were a significant portion of the total cost of the game.
If you're looking to save some money, I would recommend buying the real deal instead of taking a chance on G2A. The potential risks and headaches are not worth it.
G2A's Shady Tactics Exposed: Paying Off Journalists and Selling Illegal Keys
Yo, so I gotta say, I was pretty shocked when I read that Kotaku article about G2A. Like, I knew they were kinda sketchy, but this is next level. Apparently they're trying to pay off journalists to say nice things about them and make them look good. That's straight up illegal, man.
And it's not like they don't have a reason to be worried about their reputation. I mean, indie developers have been calling them out for selling illegal keys for like, half a decade. That's a long time to be ignoring a problem, you know? And now they're resorting to shady tactics to try and cover it up.
Honestly, I wouldn't trust G2A as far as I could throw them. If you're looking for a legit place to buy games, there are way better options out there. Don't give your money to a company that's willing to break the law to protect their own interests.
G2A Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Mis-Sold Game Keys
I've used G2A a few times and I gotta say, I've been pretty happy with their service. But recently, I decided to purchase a key for Dragon Age: Inquisition, a game from 2015. When I activated the key, it turned out to be a key for Dragon Age: Origins, a previous instalment of the game from 2009. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I decided to complain to G2A and request a refund.
Now, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with their response. They told me that I had to contact the seller directly via the G2A account resolution centre. But here's the thing - there was no way for me to access this account functionality. I tried on my tablet, my phone, and my laptop, but it just didn't display on my page. I was pretty frustrated, to say the least.
I reached out to G2A repeatedly, hoping for some kind of resolution. But all I got were excuses and fob-offs. They didn't give me a refund, and they didn't give me a method of contacting the seller. It was pretty frustrating, to say the least.
In my opinion, G2A is just a front for scammers who mis-sell game keys. I'd recommend steering clear of these people. Their customer service is a joke, their website doesn't work properly, and the "100% Guaranteed" and "Safe transaction" claims that they plaster all over their site are just lies. It's pretty disappointing, to be honest.
G2A.com: Beware of Hidden Charges and Shady Practices
These guys are a bunch of crooks! Let me tell you, I made a purchase on G2A.com for a copy of Windows Office for $21. I thought I was being careful and looked over the terms to make sure there weren't any extra charges being tacked on. But a couple of weeks later, I get an invoice showing an "automatic" $3 charge for some bullcrap program that I had no clue about. Can you believe it?
I bet there are thousands of people getting ripped off by these guys every day. It's not even about the $3, it's the sleazy move that such a popular company would make. If they're going to do something this dishonest from the beginning, who knows what else they could do in the future?
I've never seen a company do something so sleazy before. I'm astounded that a company this big is making such a massive effort to rip people off. It's just not right.
I'm never buying from G2A again, and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about their shady practices. I mean, seriously, who signs you up for a program without your consent? These crooks need to be held accountable for their actions.

Simply the worst. The last game I bought for Steam turns out that I have to open it in a different account than mine, I requested a refund as soon as I found out about this but "it is impossible for us due to the Marketplace rules". I had problems before with G2A, but now I have deleted the account and everything is fixed. I will not enter G2A again even if they give away the games.
Refund amount less
This is the second time I am getting refunded from "Powerkeysales" and the amount is less than what was deducted from my account during the purchase.
My first order from them was Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 Months - Global [protected]) and the second order was Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 6 Months - Global [protected]). In both the cases I was refunded less amount and I was requested by the seller to contact [protected]@zen.com but I got no response. Please check the matter and inform me urgently.
Desired outcome: I need the refund for the both my purchases complete.
G2A key
So I ordered a gta premium key for £7 and it was invalid I tried it multiple times and it definitely doesn't work the guys username is kgamestrade if that helps if possible I would like my money back or a new key thank you.
Desired outcome: To get my money back or a new gta premium key
giftcard
I wanted to buy a playstation giftcard. I entered all the needed information. And when the order was almost complete i lost my internet connection due to some issues. When the internet connection came back I went back to the order and saw that it was gone so i checked my bank account only to notice that the money was gone. And I don't know what to do next.

You guys make it impossible to get in touch with a person don't you? I've had 3 months of not being able to get the free game I am supposed to get monthly because they are all gone already! This is unacceptable. If you have so many people subscribing to the service then there should be enough games for everybody to get one. If this isn't rectified in a timely matter I will be forced to cancel my membership.
g2a seller account been closed with funds
My account was closed by G2A with any notification or any reason.i log into my account few days after selling some item and see that they permanently close my account. They will not explain why its closed .they will block me from sending any tickets and take my 20 pound funds. I suggest seller to be ware of them .They can close account without reason saying you done illegal activity and will keep your money .Scam
g2a plus
The situation was unacceptable. I made a purchase of a product through G2A and after this purchase it was attached to my client account the subscription of G2A Plus without I have done anything to activate it.
When I realized the situation I clearly communicated my disappointment and the will to cancelate the G2A Plus and see my money back ...
The answers I got were all apologies but in the end the situation was not resolved, they did not return the money and they did not give me the possible means to make my complaint.

used google play gift card
They sold me a Google Play gift card code that had already been used and couldn't be redeemed. I contacted the seller, who asked for my receipt. I provided it. He asked me for a screenshot of my account-redemption screen. I said I'd be happy to, but he'd have to tell me how to get there. He never did. I was then asked to contact Google and ask them when the code was used (which THEY really should have done). I told them I couldn't find any way of contacting Google support. They gave me a link that just results in Google calling you. Google said they couldn't provide me with that information, so G2A closed my case. I emailed them and said "hey, this case isn't closed, I did everything you asked me to and I'm still out $10 with no merchandise" and they just said "all decisions are final, please open a new case and ask how you can submit new evidence." IF THEY NEEDED MORE EVIDENCE, THEY COULD HAVE ASKED IN THE FIRST TICKET.
It's CLEAR that this is a SCAM designed to push "G2A Shield" on people.
triple charging internet service on my credit card
Last night my husband was trying to connect to an internet service so we could stay in touch while he is aboard a ship coming home.
We tried to sign up for G2A.com but they kept denying us access to the internet service but charged my credit card three times for the service and
now I don't know who to contact to get it straighten out because I can't find
a phone number for the US and there is no phone number on my statement
also, they didn't give my husband any account number or anything to contact the company.
