I bought a Xbox ultimate 1 month gift card with the order number (92000120849962) I got the code but it isn’t working I have tried contacting the seller but it won’t let me HELP. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase of an Xbox One “Moth Ultimate” code. Despite my anticipation and the promise of enjoying the benefits associated with this code, I have encountered several troubling issues that require your immediate attention.

Upon attempting to redeem the code on my Xbox One, I discovered that it was repeatedly rejected by the system. I have verified the details multiple times and confirmed that the code is indeed nonfunctional. This failure has not only deprived me of access to the content I was promised but has also resulted in considerable frustration and inconvenience.

Following the code’s failure, I attempted to contact your support team as specified on your website, in hopes of resolving the matter or arranging for a refund. Regrettably, all my attempts to establish communication were met with silence. The absence of any response or alternative support channels is highly concerning and suggests a disregard for customer service and consumer rights.

The combination of a nonworking code and the inability to reach your team has led me to question the legitimacy of this transaction. As a consumer, I believe it is imperative that vendors not only provide quality products and services but also offer clear and responsive channels for customer support, especially when issues arise.
