Got myself a 2018 Mustang Convertible 5 layer cover from CarCoverStore and it fit like a glove! Putting it on was a breeze, just start with one of the mirror pockets and work your way around the car. It was like putting on a fitted sheet, easy peasy. I unscrewed the antenna so I didn't have to guess where to punch the hole. The cover looks great and I'll probably just use it inside when the car is in storage. The bag it comes with could be a little larger, but I managed to squeeze it in. Overall, I give it 5 stars!

I've only taken it off twice in the past 11 months to start the vehicle and it's already tearing in several places, leaving rub marks on the paint at the corners of the vehicle, and leaving disintegrating gray dust' everywhere (check out the pics). I reached out to them to send me a replacement and explain why a 'lifetime' warranty product would degrade so quickly. They responded by asking me for a $30 shipping fee to send a new one under warranty. And that's the explanation... the product is actually worth less than $30 and they're just reselling you the same crappy cover over and over via a the 'warranty', at no real loss to them. My advice? Stay away and buy a better product from a better company.

The fit was awesome and for the first 8 months, it did what it was intended to do, protect my car from the outside elements. However, after that, the cover just didn't work as advertised anymore. When I uncovered the car, it was full of a white powder dust sand-like substance all over the car. I contacted CarCoverStore and they replaced it with a new one, but I had to pay $30 for shipping.

Unfortunately, after only 9 months, the same issue is happening again. I contacted CarCoverStore and they offered to replace it again, but I would have to pay $30 for shipping. I declined and requested a refund, but they refused. I also asked them what would happen the next time, and their response was that I would have to pay $30 for shipping and get another one.

Got me a cover for my 2016 F250 Lariat truck with platinum white paints from CarCoverStore to keep it safe from the blazing South Texas sun. The cover looked like a good one with a good fit. I compared it with other sites that had similar covers and this one came in at a very reasonable price with good material. But there was one exception, while installing it, one of the straps came apart. I emailed them with a couple of pictures and a short explanation for them to review. They responded very quickly telling me they would replace the complete cover and would ship it to me within about 6 -7 days. And guess what? Free shipping for the replacement.

I feel the advertised warranty is spot on and I would recommend this company for a quality cover that is backed up with a warranty they actually stand behind. The cover is soft inside and out so as not to scratch the paint, easy to handle on and off, keeps dirt and moisture off of the paint - Stellar product and company!
