They don't honor their promotions. They had a promotion for 20% off your first order. I placed an order using the promotion code. It only gave me a discount of less than 10%. I contacted them and they said there were exclusions to the offer and gave me a link to see the exclusions and not one of the products that I wanted to order were NOT on the list! False advertising in my opinion. Buyer beware!

I ordered a ceramic spray for $40 from Chemical Guys, along with around $400 worth of washes, waxes, tire dressing, and microfiber cloths. Unfortunately, the ceramic spray bottle stopped working when it was about 1/4 full. I emailed them to explain the issue and even sent some pictures to help them understand. However, I haven't received any response from them. I wouldn't recommend spending any more money on Chemical Guys. It's better to look for other products.
Customer service is like non existent
Customer service is like non existent. I messed up applying Carbon Force, but it's a great product. I needed to talk to someone who knows stuff about fixing my problem. The product was on my ride for less than 12 hours and time was super important. I called and this receptionist answered, but she didn't know anything about the product and couldn't help. I sent an email and their site said I gotta wait like 2 to 3 business days for a reply. It's been way more than a week and still no reply. This product is expensive and I admit I messed up by leaving it on too long before wiping it off. I've been a loyal customer for like six years and spent a bunch of money on their stuff. But the customer service is nowhere to be found, not even to tell me they got my question and will answer it.

Chemical Guys is a company that I had a really bad experience with. I placed two orders, but they managed to ship the second one first. I understand that there may be delays in shipping these days because it's hard to find people to work due to the government providing generous unemployment benefits. However, what really bothered me was that I received one order without any tracking information, and when I called to inquire about it last night, they said they would make a note to prioritize my order. But when I called again today, they told me that my order had been canceled and it would take two days to get my money back. Who treats their customers like this? Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from these guys again. There are so many other companies that sell car care products, and they just lost my business. My order confirmation number was CGXXXXXXXX. I'm really disappointed with everyone at Chemical Guys, except for Robert. He was the only one who was honest with me.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I ordered their products on June 10, claimed I got them on June 17, "no package at my house". When I called them, they stated that the package was damaged and returned to them. No worries we will get out a new package today. Well fast forward to June 26, no email on replacement, no tracking number, ... Did get an email that not all my products are available now but I would get credit back on PayPal (that was June 22). By the way still no credit. Finally emailed them yesterday after asking PayPal for a refund. My email: "customer service really nice folks, your company is terrible, just refund my money and we will let it go at that." Of course no response. So why am I writing this, today I get an email from these boneheads stating I have great products and would I like to write a review. So here it is... My review (Stay AWAY!)

I ordered a car care complete kit from Chemical Guys recently
I ordered a car care complete kit from Chemical Guys recently. According to their website, it should have been shipped and processed within 1-9 days. However, it is now the 10th day of June, and my package has been delayed since Wednesday. This means that it has been 11 days so far since I placed my order. I am not happy with the delivery time or the customer service. Chemical Guys directed me to the courier about the shipping, while the courier directed me back to Chemical Guys. Neither company is taking responsibility for their shipping mistakes. I want my package and some form of compensation for not meeting the delivery deadline, if possible. I was planning on using the product right away when I received it, assuming I ever do. To make things worse, there was a mix-up with the tracking number. It was shown as pending from Chemical Guys until I called them and they acknowledged it was a common issue for their system. Additionally, when I contacted the courier, they had removed my tracking number and said my package was unavailable, even though they had previously said it would be delivered that morning. It turns out that my package has been shipped back out of my state due to an error. Now, it is multiple hours away from me, whereas previously, it was only 1 hour away. The shipping routes have also been below average.
I ordered a Chemical Guys car wash bundle which included a Foam Cannon from Amazon. The item was shipped on July 6th and delivered shortly thereafter. The foam cannon leaks badly and does not perform its intended job. I contacted Chemical Guys shortly after realizing the issue to seek assistance and they claimed the 30-day warranty had already passed, even though I did not receive the item until July 8th. I would like the item replaced, under the 30-day warranty, as it should be since I only had the item for 19 days when I contacted them.
I bought the Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover from the local Chemical Guys store.
I bought the Heavy Duty Water Spot Remover from the local Chemical Guys store. I asked for a tutorial on my PPF. It worked great. They said it could also be used on glass surfaces. I went home and followed the tutorial. But now, there are spots on the windshield that make the glass look weird. I returned to the store and asked the owner for help. He spent hours polishing my windshield, but it didn't help. He tried another bottle of the remover, but the same issue occurred. I used it on my 2022 Mustang Mach, which had only been treated with three other products: invisibleglass cleaner, a ceramic glass treatment, and a hydrophobic coating. I knew it would remove water spots, but I didn't expect it to leave stains on my windshield. I contacted Chemical Guys customer support and sent them a video, but it's hard to see the problem through the phone camera. It's clear in person and distracting when driving. I think they should work with the shop to understand the issue better. None of their suggested fixes have worked. It's so severe that I might need to replace the windshield. The dealership quoted a high price for replacement. I shouldn't have to pay for this when the product didn't warn of such issues and the store confirmed its safety. I have all the documents regarding the costs if needed.
I received a order that had the wrong product I ordered a chenille wash pad and a TORQ foam cannon snow foamer & 1 gallon of Honeydew snow foam soap on June 6 for *** I received my order and there was a chenille wash pad and a redrocket wheel brush.I called chemical guys thay said package is weighed before shipping by them and by Fedex the label on the package said it weighed 14 pounds so it had to of been in there when shipped because what was in the package weighed about 2 pounds so thay said thay have to launch a Investigation person insisted that my order was shipped correctly that something happened in shipping I said what did FedEx open up the box and took out the product I ordered and replaced it with a different product that you sell he said anything is possible i called my credit card Disputed the purchase on june 20th never hurd anything back from chemical guys on July 10th I received a package from FedEx in the package was the TORQ foam cannon snow foamer & honeydew snow soap I called chemical guys right away person I talked i told him everything that has happened and I said i don't what this product he said no sir you can keep that free of charge that is on us i said i don't want it i don't want to be charaged he said i am putting a not on your account you will not be charged he Assured me that I would not be charged and that was free on them and he thanked me for using them and said sorry for the mix up. On July 20th I was charged $113.03 on my credit card. I called my credit card company thay said that chemical guys Responded to the dispute Answer that I did not attempt to return product So my credit card company considered the matter closed and I was charged $113.03 I am attaching a photo of the package I received that started this all the chenille wash pad and redrocket wheel brush witch was the wrong order. I have to been able to talk to chemical guys about the outcome of this matter it was Saturday when I seen i was charaged for this thay are closed on the weekends

I applied to my exterior trim following the instructions to a T. The truck was left out of the elements for hours before night fell. The next morning I saw that my brand new truck looked like garbage after the dew caused the product to run down the body. I tried writing a product review on their website and I got a response saying my review was not solely about VRP...this was my review:"Read some off-site reviews. This stuff is great on interior but trash on exterior. It will run down the paint the first time the dew hits it or rain."their response:"Hi Mac,We received your review for VRP Vinyl, Rubber, Plastic Shine and Protectant and were not able to publish it. Your review was not directly about the product referenced and may have been about the shipping or service. We would love to share your review with other shoppers, so please click the button below and update it. The original review is included at the bottom of this email for your reference."so I rewrote mentioning nothing but the products performance. I then got an email saying they were sorry to hear I had issues and were so generous to include the application directions in the email that are found on the products label.They still did not publish my review on their site...Chemical Guys if filtering their reviews to make the reviews on their website much higher than they should.Just check out Amazon.com reviews and you will agree.

I purchased the Jet Seal Matte sealant and used it exactly as advertised
I purchased the Jet Seal Matte sealant and used it exactly as advertised. The product permanently damaged my matte wrap Per the instructions, i tried the product in a hidden spot where no damage was noticed. I continued to use it as directed. I applied it on one spot and per the instructions i needed to wait a while before i removed it. In the meantime i applied the product to another area of the vehicle. Per the instructions, i did not apply the product while in direct sunlight. When i removed the product, a white stain remained which cannot be removed no matter how many times i have tried to remove it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I think this is the worst customer service of all times. They make it difficult for you to return something that they mistakenly sent the wrong bucket and won't do anything to make it easy on you. They like to waste your time and take time out of your way for their mistake. They won't correct their mistake when I bought more than one bucket, and to top it off, they didn't email correctly of what would happen to credit the full amount when we bought the clear buckets. So instead of sending us the clear buckets again on their behalf, they make you purchase it again and *possibly get a refund*. Arturo Valentin is the worst customer service agent I spoke with and this made me the most impatient person since they lack in service.

I ordered products which I have not received. Instead of an estimated delivery date they have a disclaimer that delivery may be slowed. I did not receive the origami product. I contacted them once and after a lengthy delay in response hey finally say that will mail it out. I never received the product. I contacted them again recently and after another lengthy delay the respond that it was sent ~ 2 months ago via FEDEX. I hadn't not received the product. I would like either a full refund or for the product to be sent. I am moving to California soon and given their current delayed response and delivery times, a full refund may be best, but I would prefer my product. After this I will definitely never purchase anything from them again and look forward up leaving an online review. ***, MD

Sent product without verifying payment went through. Won't let me return it. On May 31 I placed an order that totaled *** I received the order a week later. On June 8 they send me an email stating payment hasn't gone through and that i need to pay it. I dismissed the email because I honestly thought it was a scam email. Most companies now days dont send out orders before verifying payment was successful. I have since emailed them several times telling them I am willing to send the products back they just seem to want the money and refuse to let me return their products. I did use some of the products they sent me but, all the bottles are still over half full and haven't been used since they told me payment didn't go through. What was used was used before they contacted me about payment.
