I bought seat covers from ShearComfort. They didn't fit my seat backs. I tried lots of times to return them but they didn't agree. I sent them pictures of the issue many times, but they just stopped replying to my emails. Customer service was really bad! I won't buy anything from them again.

Customer service by phone/email/live chat are all dead ends. I've tried at least a dozen times to communicate with Shear Comfort about an order that doesn't fit my truck seats. Phone calls go into a queue which goes dead after 30 minutes or so. Live chat goes unanswered, and promises of a return call from Customer Service aren't fulfilled. Don't do business with this organization.

I bought seat covers for my 1998 ***. The front seats are kinda loose, and the headrests are also loose. Plus, the Velcro seams are coming undone. The back seat backrest doesn't have a way to attach to the seat. It's a bummer that the company won't give me a refund. And to make matters worse, they never pick up the phone when I call. They do send emails, but it takes them a whole day to respond, so my problem is still not fixed. I really wish I had read these reviews before I spent $600.00.

So I reached out to 'em, but all they kept sayin' was "it's in production" or "we'll have someone contact ya". I sent 'em emails, called 'em multiple times, left voicemails, and even talked to 'em on live chat. They kept sayin' they would look into it, but nothin' happened. So I had to go and dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company can't get their act together and they don't know how to treat their customers right. So if you're thinkin' of buyin' from 'em, be careful!

This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered some seat covers for 600 bucks, thinking they would be custom-made. But guess what? They took months to arrive! When I called to check on my order, all they said was, "Oh, they're custom-made, so they take longer." Seriously? I ordered these covers to protect my new vehicle, but if it takes four months to get them, I'm going without protection for four months, risking damage and stains on my seats. You'd think they would understand that.
Finally, the covers arrived, and guess what? They don't even fit! They're way too small. Now I have to call them again, which is always a delightful experience. And guess what they say? I can't just return them because they're "custom" made. They want a picture showing that they don't fit. Otherwise, they'll charge me a restocking fee of 25% of my purchase. Can you believe it? This company has zero customer service and doesn't stand behind their product. It's an absolute joke.

However, I'm not happy with how the seat covers fit. I talked to a guy named Massimo on the phone and also exchanged emails with a person named Madison. I even sent them pictures to show the problem. But they're not willing to honor their money back guarantee. They haven't made any effort to resolve the issue. My order number is ***.

There are a bunch of problems like the cupholder holes not lining up, the car seat straps not fitting properly, and worst of all, there are no holes for the LATCH anchors, so you can't even use them with car seats. I contacted them on February 15th and did everything they asked, even put the rest of the covers on to check. I sent them a bunch of emails with pictures like they wanted. But every time I talk to them, it takes weeks for them to get back to me and I have to keep bothering them. Now they're ignoring my request for a refund and just keep asking to exchange the covers. I don't trust this company at all because they've shown over and over again that they can't be trusted. I want a full refund without the 30% fee they want to charge. They say it's because they can't resell custom stuff, but I've proven that these covers don't fit right, so that excuse doesn't work. I attached all the emails and pictures for you to see.

I bought seat covers for my car and they don't fit. The front seat covers won't go over the seats, and they cover the screens on the back of the driver's seats. These are the screens that came with the car, and I provided the vehicle identification number (VIN) and pictures before ordering. The seat covers I received don't have a hole for the screens, so I know they're the wrong ones. Because of the screens on my seats, they're designed differently than the stock ones and have more plastic. They know this and said they would talk to the designer. The mid-row seat covers for the lower part of the seat don't fit properly. The seat covers cover the safety hooks and seat belts, making it difficult to fasten the seat belts for my children. This is a safety concern. The material is way too long for the seat, and there's no way to fasten the straps. These mid-row lower seats have a solid bottom, so I can't push the straps on these seat covers through. These straps are useless? The seat covers don't have any modifications for the seat belt or safety harness strap attachment spots, so every time I use the seat belt, I have to push the seat covers out of the way... It's not easy to push in the seat belt. My 7-year-old can't buckle herself in with these seat covers on. I haven't been able to use them at all in this condition. I feel like they ignored me so I couldn't dispute this anymore, and now they won't respond.

I just want to know what to do next. We're selling the RV and I need these seat covers. The one that fits the driver's seat is great, but I need a new one for the passenger seat or instructions on how to return it for fixing. I also want armrests that actually fit my vehicle.
