Convenient fuel management with Chevron and Texaco card
I've been using the Chevron and Texaco Credit Card for a few months now, and it's made managing my fuel expenses a breeze. The ability to track my spending and earn rewards on gas purchases has been a real plus. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to check my balance and view transactions. I haven't had any issues with billing or unauthorized charges, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to simplify their gas spending.

late cahrges
We have had Chevron Cards for over 10 years. We pay our balance in full every time. I was out of the Country when a bill came in. On my return I called the customer service and was told I could pay on line, which she helped me to set up and I immediately paid the balance. This was a Saturday. The bill was due on the Monday. I was charged a late fee, PLUS a late fee on the balance not due till the next pay period PLUS interest. I called to question the charge and was told I must read the fine print in the agreement. I wrote the Company and was told the charge is legitimate. This amounts to extortion and the Goverment allows this thievery to take place unchecked. I have decided to cut up the cards and return them to the Company!

The people mentioned claim to be associated with Chevron. They apparently have good news for you, as you are going to be rich! Don’t respond to the email. It’s a typical scam. Below is a copy of the email:

station owners taking kickbacks from panhandlers
I filled up my tank at the La Marque, Texas Chevron (not cheap). Station [protected].
There was a man hanging around the pumps in the next isle so I sat in the car for a minute or so. He did not budge so I finally had to get out and pump gas. He immediately rushed toward me and said ' mam can I pump your gas?' I said; 'No sir and he walked off to another car only to open their door and ask the driver if they wanted him to pump their gas. I AM PAYING OVER THREE DOLLARS A GALLON FOR THIS 'SPECIAL GAS' I fully expect NOT to be panhandled while I'm paying premium prices for crap.
Anyway I went into the station store to buy a lot of treats for my nephews and while paying I told the attendant that there was someone outside soliciting handouts from your customers. He said nothing and said no there was not. YES THERE WAS. I swiped my CHEVRON CARD he said rudely 'pin number' for my $10.00 candy purchase. I put in a pin number but ' CHEVRON CREDIT CARDS USED AT CHEVRON STATIONS DON'T NEED A P-I-N. HE SCREAMED AT ME MAMM YOU CANT LEAVE U PAY ME U PAY ME. I don't need this kind of horrible treatment surely some other gas station would like the hundreds of dollars I keep spending at Chevron. He purposely pushed the wrong transaction buttons to make me come back delay me and give me a hard time for reporting his partner in crime. I am going to send my letter to the board of directors regarding this incident. Piss Poor service and Fraud. Attendant is ###.
I cancelled my credit card with these rats and I carry something a lot better than a stun gun.
I now carry a riot control grade stun gun and I'm not afraid to use it. Can't wait.

poor service
This occured just after 6:00 am: I was getting off the bus at josey and frankford and needed to execute a bowel movement with great urgency. I checked CVS and the doors were not open yet. The only open place was texaco, so i sprinted across the street and entered texaco and asked where the restroom was. I entered and executed my bowel movement. I must have eaten some bad food so i not only felt ill, but i had much trouble with execution and it took me much longer than normal. The employee knocked two times and once i had finished, i exited and the employee yelled at me for taking too long. He told me he didn't think i was executing a bowel movement and that i can't use the restroom that long. I told him that i was and not to be so disrespectful to customers. He continued to tell me he had other customers and was not understanding to my problems. I do not frequently visit, so i do not cause regular problems. I threatened to file a complaint and the man kept yelling at me. I told him that i cannot control my own bodily functions to the extent he wished i could and that i apologized for taking so long, and still the man was unsympathetic and rude. I threatened again to complain and he did not back down. I wish him to be reprimanded and explained how to conduct courtesy, understanding, and good customer service.

I am writing to inform you that I was very upset the way the staff at the Texaco station in 1091 Greenford Road, also the manager was very unprofessional and anyone can see that from the way he is talking to the customer.
I went to fill up my car from my local petrol station. After I filled up diesel into my car than I paid to cashier and after 5 second I asked him to put my point into my Texaco point card but he refused to do that. I told to him nicely that I have just paid and I am entitled to get my point but he kept saying it’s too late. I asked him I need to see the manager so he called the manager Mr Diluxa. He came and before asking what the problem is, started to saying Mr Cashier is right and we cannot do anything. So I asked them to provide me with their name and sir name but again they refused to do that.
Mr Kamal is very rude and unapproachable person in the cashier position. Working on their own but unable to make a simple decision. Due to the poor quality of customer service I am taking my business elsewhere and I usually spend about £100 a week on fuel. This is not the first time. I feel that the staff do not want the business and will not put themselves out to help anyone.
I would like to add some issues with this petrol station: No gloves, no towels, air and water pump is most of the time not working.
I am disappointed because the service I have been receiving is unsatisfactory. I look forward to hearing from you regarding a problem. I hope to hear from you soon, if I do not hear from you I will be filing a complaint to a higher office.
Kind Regards

deliberately slow payment processing
Chevron deliberately refuses to process payments in a timely manner, and if you pay with the online system, even if you get confirmation, your payment may be deleted. You can tell them you have confirmation and be willing to provide it but you are out of luck.
Per their people, the only way to guarantee timely processing of a payment is to use their phone system and pay an extra fee. Even sending in a check, they can't promise they won't sit on it and let it rack up late fees.
Stay away
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Me and my husband both have Chevron credit cards and we get charged late fees all the time, mail 5 days early, 7 days early it doesn't matter. We were long time customers of Chevron, but no longer. We just shredded our cards and paying our last bills, unless of course we get another late fee. We are fed up!
We own a multi million dollar development corp and after 15years, recently TERMINATED our relationship with Chevron. They TRULY are scam artists, and frankly, I am amazed that their arrogance has not yet materialized into fraudulent misconduct and gross misrepresentation. A class action suit will inevitably happen. We are an A+ rated company, making payments the day we receive them from all our vendors. Chevron DELIBERATELY sends out statements where it is not mathematically possible for payments to be processed prior to a late fee occurring. By the time you receive the statement, write the check, and account for mail transit time...guess what?...its late! When questioned, the billing dept offered a 10 cent gas credit per gallon, which again is a scam; they know by your records what your average usage is and again, it is mathematically impossible to recoup your late fee amount unless you bought hundreds more gallons of gas. Everyone needs to start boycotting these ridiculous companies that think they can bully, and steal, and cheat from us hard working citizens. Do America a favor and CANCEL YOUR CHEVRON CARD TODAY. Buy gas on a credit card that earns you 2% back on your purchases and DON"T BUY GAS FROM CHEVRON.

late fee scheme
Chevron Texaco credit card service have been charging $5.00 for reporting fee for business accounts, which means they send statements by mail.
I complained to them what kind of credit card company charges for the statement, they told me to receive the statements by email, and then they wouldn't charge.
Also they changed the billing cycle by 2 weeks and maximized the late fee revenue recently.
The late fee is on the current balance which includes the new charges. Think of late fee charged on the new charge. It is absurd.
On the top of that, if you pay partial payment, it is not counted as payment in calculating new balance in applying late fee for the next period.
If you have $300.00 due on 8/1, $400.00 due by 8/15, if you miss 8/1 payment, the late fee is based on 400 + 300 = $700.00.
If you make partial payment of $500.00 on 8/16, new charge due on 8/30 is $200.00, and miss the due date 8/30 again, the late fee is based on 300 + 400 + 200 = $900.00. They don't count the payment of 500.00 for ending balance in applying late fee.
By the second time, the percentage they apply to get late fee increases up to 9% since the history shows multiple late fees.
If you talk to customer services, they will keep saying it is the terms and condition, and offer 10 cents per gallon credit instead of waving late fees. Also they will say, we need to pay full amount, otherwise they will consider the customer is not capable of pay the bills.
To get more credit, you just have to buy more chevron gas.

I was charged $75 on a $73.19 charge for a late fee. I made my payment on time through Bill Pay but the payment was rejected due to my Bank sending it to the wrong address. I talked with Customer Service and got the payment made but I was upset about the Late Fee so I decided to cancel the card. I was transferred to Customer Retention and they agreed to remove the Late Fee to keep my business. Guess what? Yep, the Late Fee stayed on the account and now I have an additional Late Fee on the Late Fee! Customer Service shows no notes of them agreeing to take off the fee. I asked them why would I only pay the $73.19 and not the $75 Late Fee when I spoke with Customer Service? Common sense right? No reasonable response. I demanded to speak to a Supervisor. I am now waiting for the phone call. Let's see what happens. Total crooks!
Chevron are criminals!
I paid my card on Friday the 9th about 2PM PST. Got confirmation code. Received my statement with a 75$ late fee and showing they posted it on Monday the 12th. Due date was the 11th. Called them up to complain and they said in order to get posting on the 9th I had to do it before 12PM PST as they do not process payments after that time nor over the weekends. So they posted one day after the due date and hit me with a HUGE late fee. The First I heard of this policy and they said it all in the billing statement print...like anyone reads the small print. I spoke to a supervisor and she offered .10C off each gallon I bought for 2 months. That was so generous...NOT! Plus I have been with them over 20 years. No customer loyalty as Chevron!
Can't believe they can get away with this so I will report them to BBB and wherever else I can. With today's technology they should of posted the day I paid it! RIP OFF
I see this has been going on for a while. We have been a customer for years and never had encountered these "late" charges or interest until this past year. When I called Chevron, it was "explained" to me how we were making a payment late (always by one or two days). When I asked how this can be possible EVERY single month, even though I was making my payments the same day I was receiving the statement, I was told that the mail was delaying the statement from getting to me by 5-6 days. Then my payment was delayed by mail another 6 days or so, and by the time it is recorded in the computer, it is late. I can't believe that my payment to this one vendor is taking this long every single month. I do believe their billing practices to be questionable at best. J. Escajeda - Fontana, CA
I have found the same thing on my bills. Had the account since January and didn't even realize they were assessing $83.99 in "fees" to my $180-220 gas bill every month. That amounts to about a 560% annual interest rate. SCAM! How are these guys in business still. I wish I had the time to fight this battle as this is truly a Crooked business. Anybody decides to go class action, let me know. I will join. Jason Mattson - Orange Realty Group - Las Vegas, NV
I should also mention I sent the payment days proir to the due date... Can I also charge my customers 41% intrest on a net 30 if they are one day late ?
I was charged 39.00 late fee 2.00 interest for being one day late... My balance was $101.33
which as I mentioned was only one day late. never had been late for over 10 years with chevron. Yes I said 41% late charge on a 101.33 balance, For on month... Is this fair ?
Recently, I had a similar experience with Chevron. Chevron arbitrarily changed my on line bill pay payment due date. I was traveling abroad when they made the change. Because they changed the due date, my payment was 5 days late. A charge of $29.00 was added to my bill. The Indians and Philipinos we spoke to had no interest in helping us. Each time we called Chevron we would reach a "Philipino", Indian or whomever! They can barely speak English and seem insulted when I suggested they go to school and learn how to speak English that is understandable. I even told one "Indian" to tell Chevron executives to go screw themselves. She thanked me for the compliment! Out sourcing is such a pain in the you know what! Prior to this unfortunate scam, we had been customers in good standing with Chevron for 46 years. We no longer do any business whatsoever with Chevron. With Chevron's depressed annual net income ($19 billion was up 81% from its 2009 earnings of $10.5 billion.) I guess they needed my $29.00 to remain solvent! What a scam! Of course, Chevron could care less if they have me as a customer. They are only interested in ripping off their customers. When I called Chevron I was told that it was my problem not Chevron's. Chevron needs another valid class action lawsuit in order to protect consumers.
Well, I ended up cancelling my account. It got so bad that Chevron was'nt even putting "late fee" on my invoice. They were just slipping an extra $39.00 a month on to the invoice for several months. I caught on when I actually totaled my receipts to what the invoice had. Guess what? I had a $39.00 late fee for several months. I even mail my payment in return receipt. They would receive the payment as much as 5 days before it was due yet some how it was'nt being credited to my account until 1 day late. Just long enough for them to get that extra $39.00. I figure they got over $200.00 out of me last year in bogus late fees. Customer service? They are nothing but a bunch of ignorant jokers who argue and state it's all in my contract. So I wrote Chevron a letter with my cut up cards and told them they knew what they could do with them. I would love to see a class action lawsuit against these idiots!
How can a company charge a late fee on a balance that doesn't exist yet!?! I was 2 hours late paying our bill, and they charged us a late fee based on a balance of over $1500...but we have a $1000 limit. I didn't pay the late fee, and they charged me a late fee on a balance of $1300...even though we only had charges of $300 for the month.
I ONLY WISH THAT I COULD HAVE READ ABOUT HOW THE CHEVRON/TEXACO CARD SCAMS PEOPLE WITH LATE FEES BEFORE I FELL INTO THEIR TRAP. I GUESS THAT I AM FORTUNATE THOUGH, BECAUSE THEY ONLY GOT ME FOR $13.00. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST BE BESEIGED WITH COMPLAINT AND THEY ARE BELLIGERENT AND MORE THAN HAPPY TO CANCEL THE CARD AND GO THE NEXT CALL ABOUT THEIR SCAM LATE FEES.I GUESS THE "FEES"ASSURE THEM JOB SECURITY. CHEVRON/TEXACO WONT ANY MORE OF MY BUSINESS(NOT THAT THEY CARE).I ALSO HAVE USED A BP CARD FOR YEARS AND NEVER EVEN HAD TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I CANT HELP BUT WONDER IF THE COMPANY EXECUTIVES KNEW HOW MUCH BUSINESS "GE CREDIT"WAS COSTING THEM IN LOST BUSINESS AT THE PUMPS, IN ORDER TO FEED THEIR LATE FEE SCAMS. I DONT THINK THEY WOULD BE PLEASED. THANKS FOR LISTENING, MARGIE ST.LAURENT

Chevron and other credit card providers are the swine/slime flu of the world!

this corporation has power they will take everything that you have
To Whom It May Concern,
I took a 'crap' shot at wondering if getting a gas card would
help me out. I took a chance and applied for this 'crappy' card.
It also turns out, Hamilton, Comanche, and surrounding
areas in the West Central Texas area have closed most of or
all of their gas stations that bear Chevron and Texaco! To my
dismay, I even found out their website was horribly built,
only allowing 10 mile radius to find a nearest gas station.
To my dismay and severe disappointment, I got charged $25.00 "promotional fee" for their premium card. I had $650
available but was 'charged' $25.00 for their fee. I wanted to
pay via my "Western Union" Visa Gold or Regular debit card.
The website and the person I spoke with who refused to give
out her name in an comprehendible manner told me, they
only accept the routing number of the checking account and
the checking account number ONLY. The 'non-us employee'
I spoke with, told me if I made a payment over the phone with
my checking account, I get charged $14.95 or so per over the
phone payment, and that they do not accept Debit Card, or
Savings Account, or alternative forms of payment, except
the checking account online or standard payment via mail.
I closed the account, and asked for any fee's for closing the
account 'early' the 'non-us-employee' avoiding my question,
shoving me off the phone. With third world people taking
jobs away from U.S. citizens, with accents that are not really
comprehendable, is it any wonder that businesses in the U.S.
may lose more money than they bargain for?
That's ok, I urge all Jewish Bankers, and Investors in the
Chevron and Texaco stock to dump it all and put it all on
Shell or non-chevron-texaco companies. That's my opinion
on the matter, but if companies 'screw' people the people will
screw back. Without consumers, without honest business
practices, and deceptive means to 'extort' or take money, is
it any wonder, this nation is going to collapse? I agree and
support those who complain against Chevron Texaco, until
the corporate office get's their heads out of their [censor], I only
pray, that Adonai, Elohim, Tzavaout will speak to their heart
and minds about their actions, and may they spend only a
month as an average consumer, being screwed by the same
company they boast of being a CEO or some corporate exec.
"UNDER COVER SCREWED CONSUMER BY BIG BUSINESS"
Topically following the perspectives at hand, I live in a town,
with predominately Shell, Exxon, and Fina.
The nearest Chevron / Texaco station can be located approx
53 miles west in Brownwood, 55 miles east in McGregor, and
beyond that, 60 to 95 miles or up to 200+ to San Angelo or
89 miles to Waco area, 65 miles to Temple, TX.
I'll have to pay the fee's and close this account, I just signed
up and activated Sunday, now its a bad mistake. Let's just
pray, that the wealthy fat cat executives of these companies
will endure the crap they dump on others. Amen? Can I get
an AMEN!?!? ;)

I have my payment on to Texaco credit card on time, but due to holiday it was posted one day past due. They charged me $39.00 late fee and $2.00 interest. I am cutting this card right now. People bee aware Chevron- Texaco are CROOCKS.
I have a cheveron business card.
You think that is a lot, we have a business card and they charged 8.99% late fee of new balance ($300+) plus interest fee.
Talk about a scam. Then they charge you a check fee to process a check of 1% which can also be increased upto 2%.
No wonder business cannot survive with these bloodsucking corporations charging outlandish fees.
I have been a Chevron Customer for over 10 years. I am really upset because of their new billing practice of a 14 day billing cycle. It all came to a head today. Last month I received my customer statement on Friday May 22, I was not able to send in my payment until Tuesday the 26th because Monday was a Holiday. The payment did not get posted until 6/1, it was due on 5/31 I get a $25.00 late fee plus $3.17 interest! Their new billing practice just lost a good customer with a 10 year history. Maybe they will can the bean counter that came up with the bright idea to change the billing cycle!

I do business at Duncan Chevron@ 3129 Hwy 27 Monticello, Ms. I got my card so that I could pull up to the pump, fill up my vehicle, get my recipt, and go about my business. Everytime I have gotton gas for the last 3 months or longer I can't get a reciept from the pump. I have to go inside the store [which takes forever] to get a receipt. Today I went to fuel up my bike and this happened again, when I went inside and questioned the cashier about this she told me that the owner Doug Duncan knew that this was not working properly. She told me that the printer in the pumps was bad and that the owner, Doug Duncan, refused to fix them because it cost to much. I think something should be done about this. billing scam
I have been a customer of Chevron Texaco products forever until: I received a recent billing indicating a late payment charge on a payment that had been mailed at least three days before the due date---and due to either the US Mails or Chev-Tex, was not received until two days after the due date.
The late payment charge was not the amount that the terms of service agreement provided, but five times more. In addition, I was charged interest on the amount supposedly paid late.
Chev-Tex accounting agreed to give me a credit for the late charge, recognizing that its late receipt was not my fault. However, it demanded that I pay the full amount, including the late charge and interest, and it would credit the late charge on a later billing. The interest, it said, "can never be credited"---even though there was, by its admission, no late payment.
Chev-Tex must be encountering financial problems because it has started charging a "report delivery" fee for its bill (!), it has shortened the time to pay, and it engages in illegal billing practices.
I got no relief from Chev-Tex. So, it has lost a customer of its products forever. It will have to hold the credit to which I am admittedly entitled forever, since I will not buy its products again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was also a long term customer until I figured out I was getting ripped off w/ late fee and interest. Chevron is running a scam by shortening their billing period to 14 days instead of 30 days. They mail the statement which takes 5 days to get to calif then slow procees the payment in north carolina which then allows them to charge a late fee plus interest. It took over an hour to speak to a rep whom would only credit 50% of the late fee. They are a complete rip-off and should be arrested for this practice. Save yourself heartache and give someone else the business like I have.
It is currently 11:45 pm on Friday, June 5, 2009. I have a payment due on my Chevron credit card on Saturday, June 6, 2009. Imagine my surprise just now when I logged on to pay the account and (even though it is STILL June 5 and the payment isn't due until tomorrow) there is a $25.00 late fee on my account. !
Looking back through my records, the exact same thing happened in August of 2008. And unlike previous poster JS Claus, our payment was not mailed, it was paid ONLINE with a printed receipt showing it paid prior to the due date. The August 2008 payment was made online at 5:00 in the morning on the ACTUAL due date (a Wednesday, so not ever over a weekend). In my complaint to Chevron I stated that my payment was made long before the end of business on the due date/day no matter where in the United States they or I am located. But their response was as follows:
"Our records indicate that the payment in question was applied to your account on August 7, 2008 ... As this payment was received after the payment due date [of August 6, 2008], a late fee has been added to your account and a monthly billing statement has been generated. ... However, in the interest of customer service and goodwill, we will credit your account for any late fees that are assessed. ...
I have no control over when they PROCESS the payment, yet they were working "with" me "in the interest of customer service and goodwill ..." !
I would add that we have been credit customers with Chevron for at least 20 years, have always paid our bill on time and, with very few exceptions, have paid the bill in full, without carrying a balance from month to month. I let it go after getting the late fee removed last August. But since this has happened again, but worse this time as the payment was made the DAY BEFORE the due date and the account already shows a late fee assessed, I am sensing something shady going on. I plan to go back over all the statements I have kept with a fine tooth comb and filing whatever complaints with whatever agencies I can to stop this practice.
A screenshot made tonight when I discovered the late fee being assessed in advance of the due date is attached. It clearly shows it to be 11:34 pm on Friday (although it doesn't show the date, trust me, it was moments ago), with a late fee having been posted on 06/06/2009 in the amount of $25.00.
I have been in dispute over unauthorized billing for a prescription plan billed on my Chevron account since 1996. (12 years at $49.00 per year!)
Chevron states that the prescription service needs to credit my account, the service has no idea who I am and states they can't reverse billing they never initiated.
In November we had a $10.00, yes TEN dollar balance and the statement date and was 5 days after the due date. When contacted by phone they said wait for the next statement it's a computer problem - don't worry. That 'don't worry' should have been a clue. When the next statement arrived there was a 25.oo fee, an interest charge of 4.45 in addition to another annual billing of 49.o0 for a prescription plan we never authorized or used all billed the day after the 'don't worry' respose.
In Dec. they agreed to credit the fees and the prescription charges for the past 2 years at this time. When advised to close this account they stated to credit all of these charges we must keep this 31 year old account that has never had a late payment or we would not get credits as they don't issue refunds. Now another month goes by, no credits posted, no charges, zero balance and yet a 25.00 fee!
I called Chevrons exec office in California to be told they have NO CONTROL over the credit service as they are a vendor! As of today, we are still waiting for credit, if we don't use the card we're billed, if we close the account they won't give back $ they stole from me.
Meanwhile :
1) Oil companies are receiving govt monies
2) Bilking consumers of monies
3) Credit contractors have filed for bank status andreceived bailout monies
4) Over and unauthorized charges blackmail (if you don't pay they trash your credit rating)
Finally I filed complaint with my states insurance commission, consumer protection bureau and the State attorney. Chevron's corp offices called to say they if we drop the complaints they would refund the money. More blackmail! Refund my money, then I'll drop the complaints!
Just more corp greed and consumer blackmail!
security deposit/personal guarantee
I was offered a Chevron Texaco Business Credit card in 2005, which I had used responsibly, always paying on the balance promptly. A new card was issued a month ago with a 2015 expiration date. Two weeks later, I received a letter dated November 25th expression an concern about the present state of the economy, and that based on a reveiw of my account, my spend limit was "adjusted fo $100 to better match your spending pattern." There were further remarks about paying close attention to the due date on my statements "to ensure your payments are made on time."
The second paragraph indicates that a search was made based on the Commercial Credit Score of my small business, and accordingly, Cheron requested "a personal guarantee or a deposit no later than Deceember 16, 2008. Non-receipt of this information may lead to your Chevron and Texaco Business Card account being closed."
I was invited to call the toll free number [protected]. I called and spoke with "Colleen, " who informed me that I would be required to place a $100 deposit to secure this account, which has been established in good standing for three years.
With regards to the personal guarantee, the information that was requested would be based on running a check on my personal credit history.
I find the entire tone of Chevron's approach to be entirely too intrusive and demeaining in light of the the fact that 1) I never applied for the card originally, but was offered it,
2) I have demonstrated a prompt and consistent payment history with Chevron. Had this not been the fact, a new card would not have been issued. But most of all, 3) The card was sent in advance of the conditions of use .
Since I rarely use this gasoline credit card, and have even less use for it where I am now,
I look forward to contacting the head of Chevron Texaco to express my feelings about this insulting action. It concerns me that Cheron is probing into my credit history without cause and has the power to make a negative report if I cancel this account, or do not conform to their request to secure the spending limit by a certain date. Under these circumstances, I have no interest in using this card, and look forward to Chevron carrying out their threat to cancel my account if I do not comply with their unfair conditions. It should be made abundantly clear to Cheron that my non response to their
bullying tactics resembles embezzelement, and my refusal to accept these terms allows them to cancel my account without further hassasment, including the registering of a negative credit report for my refusal of these terms of use.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am a small business owner and have experienced the very same thing that Ray has experienced.
For me, it's time to take my business elsewhere.
Fleetcor the card processor for Chevron is behind this outrage.
