If I could give you zero stars, I would
If I could give you zero stars, I would. The worst insurance company there is. These types of companies should not be licensed to operate. They did not pay me a claim based on giving false information. It's the worst there is!
The worst insurance company in the rain on January 20 of this year
The worst insurance company in the rain on January 20 of this year. I didn't see a street full of water because it was very dark. There were no lights and it was full of dirt. The car went into that street and the water rose to my knees. It stalled and I got out of the car to push it backwards with the help of my partner. We got it out of the water and tried to start it. The next day, my mom helped me and gave me jumper cables. It worked fine, but around 8 or 9 at night, it turned off in midtown. I tried to start it and managed to bring it home, but when I arrived, it turned off and never started again. I reported it to the insurance days later, hoping the car would dry and return to normal. When I saw it wasn't working and the starting was difficult, I decided to call the insurance to make a claim. The woman who answered asked me when the incident happened, and I couldn't remember. She said I needed to give her an approximate date to open a claim. So, I gave a date that wasn't January 27, because the insurance woman had said it was a PREVIEW OF WHEN IT HAPPENED MORE OR LESS. I asked them to please help me fix the car since I couldn't afford to do it myself. After all this, an investigator named ERIC TOLEDO came and said we needed to investigate because apparently, everything was a fraud. He claimed it wasn't true that the car was flooded and that it was impossible for water to get into the gasoline. He suggested that someone who didn't like me might have poured water into the gas tank and oil. However, all the oil goes into the engine, and it's impossible to open the engine cover without car keys. Plus, my house has cameras and motion detectors, so it's unlikely. These people are thieves.

My car was total loss 2 months ago
My car was total loss 2 months ago. They don't answer the phone and keep lying about paying it. They charged me $600 dollars and don't want to give me a refund. The lady who's looking into my case, named ***, never wants to answer and was rude. She called my mother dumb and hung up the phone. There's no professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them.
On February 1, I made an insurance claim with The Responsive Auto Insurance Company
On February 1, I made an insurance claim with The Responsive Auto Insurance Company. Unfortunately, they did not pay me the true value of my car. I believe they should have paid me more than the amount they actually gave me. I am in need of assistance from Responsive auto insurance because they have not paid me the proper amount for my 2019 Hyundai Elantra after the accident on 02/01. They told me some nonsense about gap insurance, which I had, estimating the car's value higher. Maybe that's true, but there is still a difference of nearly $5,000. I shouldn't have to pay this amount to the lien holder when I already pay for insurance. I did some research and found that a car that is only a year old is never given only $11,000, especially if it's totaled. I really need help in resolving this issue.

Case was generated on May 19, 2022
Case was generated on May 19, 2022. Responsive case number: C0000016263. Responsive/Adjuster: ***. Responsive said they would pay for the car rental expenses because one of their customers ran a red light and hit my car. I had to rent a car twice. The first time was from May 19, 2022 to July 9, 2022. The second time was from July 31, 2022 to August 3, 2022. I had to rent the second car because my car was making noise and had to go back to the bodyshop for repairs. I called Responsive many times since July 9, 2022 to ask for the reimbursement for the car rental. I also sent them emails with the receipts for the car rental expenses. As of August 23, 2022, Responsive is still evaluating the reimbursement. I want Responsive to pay me back for the car rental expenses, which total $2770.82, as soon as possible. I have attached all the documents, including the emails with the car rental expenses.
I had a collision with a driver insured by Responsive on 08/19/2022 at 7:30 PM
I had a collision with a driver insured by Responsive on 08/19/2022 at 7:30 PM. The driver was at fault as his truck's drive shaft detached on the highway. He received a ticket, confirming his responsibility for the accident. Upon contacting Responsive, they refused to cover my damages, citing another totaled vehicle involved. This situation has disrupted my employment as I lack transportation. Initially, Responsive agreed to provide a rental car, but later reneged on all compensation. Their service has been appalling, severely affecting my ability to work. Responsive instructed me to obtain a repair estimate, only to later decline repairs due to the other damaged vehicle. Their actions have left me without a vehicle and in need of resolution.
They are refusing to replace my front windshield with the original window
They are refusing to replace my front windshield with the original window. I recently was driving on the highway, something hit my front windshield. I called the insurance company to replace it. Three days later, I got a phone call from a glass company saying that they are denying and refusing to pay for the original glass. When I called them, I specifically told them I wanted the original glass. They flat out told me that they were not going to pay for the original glass because my car is two years old. So then I told them to cancel the claim and I will fix the problem myself, out of my pocket. Then they refused to cancel the claim because they want me to fill out a paper saying that they are not responsible for anything that happens down the road around the windshield if I have somebody else fix it. So then I asked the guy if I'm paying for full coverage comprehensive, why can't I get what I pay for, which is full coverage bumper to bumper? He flat out laughed and told me they are not going to pay for my original glass. Then he told me that he has the conversation recorded and that he has the message that I sent him saying that I don't feel comfortable filling out an application.
Unsatisfactory settlement offer
Unsatisfactory settlement offer. Accident happened on April 13th. I got my car towed to The Body Shop on the same day. Monday, April 18th, a report was taken from my insurance company (Responsive auto insurance). I didn't hear anything from my insurance company for a week. So, I reached out to the insurance company representative who was dealing with my claim on the 25th of April, but I wasn't able to get in contact with her. I contacted her not through text message or phone calls, they never returned my either. I called back on the 26th of April to see what was the status of my claim, and the representative that I talked to said that they had the wrong address for where my car was located. I gave her the right address, so they sent out an adjuster on the 27th of April. I signed the paperwork on the 29th of April to release the car from The Body Shop after they said that my car was a total loss because of their error. The storage cost for my vehicle was $2669.15, which they took out of my settlement, and the other charges that I'm unaware of. I also had GAP Insurance, which was supposed to cover the balance on my vehicle, which was $4408.73, but they didn't cover it because the insurance company underestimated the value of my car.
