Unreliable Tracker with No Return Policy: Frustrating Lag Time and Lack of Refund Option
The tracker had a lag time of anywhere from 32 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, which meant that at a speed of 60mph, it could be off by a whopping 30 miles! This made it quite unreliable, especially when it came to monitoring driver actions such as hard braking or rapid acceleration. It was frustrating because by the time you received the notification, it was already too late to address the issue.
But the worst part of it all was the lack of a return policy for the device. It was disappointing to discover that if you were unsatisfied with the product or if it didn't meet your expectations, there was no option to return it for a refund. This left customers feeling stuck with a device that didn't perform as promised.
Life-saving GPS Tracking: How MotoSafety Helped Us Keep Our Loved Ones Safe
My father in law got lost driving, 50 miles away, after we moved to a new home. We activated an older MotoSafety module and told him how we were tracking him. He would call and ask where he was and we knew when he left the Geo-fenced area. Ultimately he said he wasn't renewing his drivers license, as he realized he shouldn't be driving. We were so grateful. Thank you MotoSafety.

Game-changing gadget for teenage drivers: Boosting skills and safety with daily reports!
This here gadget has let my teenage boy buckle down and pay attention to his drivin' skills and pesky habits. I'm a fan of gettin' them daily reports and we have a good ol' chat 'bout how he can up his game and drive safer. Ever since we slapped this thing on his ride, he's been gettin' an A most days, with the occasional B poppin' up. Them B grades usually come 'round 'cause of them brake alerts. I reckon this contraption is a must-have for anyone lookin' to step up their drivin' game.
Nightmare Cancellation Process: MOTOsafety's Frustrating Customer Service Experience
MOTOsafety, let me tell you, they're one of those businesses that make it a real pain in the neck to cancel their service. They don't offer any refunds or prorations, and they won't even let you use the month you just paid for after you've cancelled. It's like they're trying to play mind games with you, hoping you'll forget and end up paying for another month.
And here's another thing, watch out if you're using a Barclay's credit card. These guys somehow managed to keep charging my expired credit card. Can you believe that? It's like they have some kind of magic powers or something. It took me forever to sort that mess out with the credit card company.
But wait, it gets even better. If you want to cancel, be prepared to go on a wild goose chase. You'll need to be transferred not once, not twice, but at least three times just to reach the cancellation desk. It's like they're playing a game of "pass the customer" or something. It's frustrating and time-consuming, to say the least.
Overall, my experience with MOTOsafety has been a real headache. Their cancellation process is a nightmare, and they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. So, if you're thinking about signing up with them, I'd advise you to think twice. There are plenty of other options out there that won't give you the runaround like these guys do.
MOTOsafety: A Game-Changing Lifesaver with Top-Notch Customer Service
I use this MOTOsafety thingy to keep tabs on my kid who's off at college. It's a real lifesaver, ya know? I mean, it's like a weight off my shoulders knowing exactly where he's at all times. And get this, it even gives you these fancy driving reports with all the deets like how fast they're going and when they slam on the brakes and stuff. Pretty nifty, huh?
But let me tell ya, the best part about this whole deal is their customer service. It's top-notch, I tell ya. I once had a little hiccup on a Saturday morning, and I gave 'em a ring. And you know what? They stuck with me on the phone until we fixed the problem. Can you believe that? On a dang Saturday morning! That's some dedication right there.
I've been rockin' this gadget for a whole year now, and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailin' for the most part. Only had one tiny issue, but as soon as I called 'em up, they had it sorted out in no time. Can't complain about that, now can ya?
So yeah, if you're lookin' for somethin' to keep an eye on your loved ones, I can't recommend this MOTOsafety thing enough. It's been a real game-changer for me, and I reckon it'll do the same for you. Trust me on this one, folks. You won't regret it.
Beware of Hidden Charges: Company Continues Billing Despite Cancellation
This company charges you extra every month, even if you call and cancel their service. I called them about 7 to 10 days before the new month started to stop the service, but they still charged me for the following month. I called them to report the charge and request a refund, but they claimed they had no record of me canceling. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I feel it's important for others to know about this issue so they can be cautious when dealing with this company.
Efficient MOTOsafety Tracker Review & Expert Assistance for Remote Phone Tracking
I have had the opportunity to try out the MOTOsafety tracker a few times, and I must say it works quite well. With the assistance of a professional hacker named CRAIGCYBERGHOST (at) Gmailcom, I was able to make the most of this app. Thanks to his expertise, I can now remotely track my husband's phone activities and gather evidence of his infidelity. I have access to his chats, calls, emails, location, pictures, videos, WhatsApp, and much more. If you ever find yourself in need of a trustworthy professional hacker, I highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Craig through his email address mentioned above. He guarantees a 100% success rate.
Disappointing Experience with MOTOsafety Device: Constant Malfunctions and Unreasonable Return Policy
We've been using this MOTOsafety device for a good two years now, starting from 2019. Gotta say, it's been quite the journey. Unfortunately, we had to replace it once when it decided to stop working on us. Talk about bad luck, right?
Now, here's the thing. We're facing some issues again with this device. It just keeps on stopping, and it's driving us crazy. When we reached out to IT for some answers, they had the audacity to tell us that it could be due to being in a bad area. Well, let me tell you, this "bad area" lasted a whopping 24 hours! And to top it off, it happened again during a 7-8 hour transit from Florida to New Orleans. Something's definitely not right here.
So, naturally, I asked if we could switch out the unit. I mean, come on, it's clearly going bad. But guess what? They said yes, but with a catch. They wanted a whopping $80 to insure that we sent the old one back. Can you believe it? We've been loyal customers, paying our dues all this time, and they didn't even ask for this the first time we had to replace it. Talk about a slap in the face.
Honestly, I've had enough. I'm done with this nonsense, and I'm on the hunt for a new service provider. I mean, seriously, for $80, I can give someone else a shot. It's time to explore other options and see if there's a better fit out there for us. So long, MOTOsafety, it's been real... but not real good.
Terrible Experience with App: No Network Connectivity, Poor Customer Support, and Annoying Design
My teenage driver was just starting to drive, and I thought this app would be a great way to keep an eye on her driving when we weren't in the car. But, after a few months of using the service, it suddenly stopped working most of the time, showing "no network connectivity" 90% of the time. We tried reaching out for help, but all we got was a bunch of runaround. It took several weeks of begging to cancel the service before we finally got a call from a supervisor. And guess what? They only agreed to refund one month! Can you believe it?
To make matters worse, the device started beeping non-stop, which not only annoyed my teenage driver but also distracted her from focusing on the road. Seriously, who thought this was a good design? It's a total mess!
As a fellow business owner, I know how important it is to have a quality product and provide excellent customer support. Unfortunately, this company failed on both fronts. I am beyond disappointed as a customer, and I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone else. It's a shame, really.
MOTOsafety Review: Inaccurate Speed Limits and Poor Customer Service Make It Useless for Teen Driving Safety
We put this thingy on our 17-year-old daughter's new (to her) car. The GPS thing works great, you know? It tells us where she is every 60 seconds when the car is on, and every 60 minutes when it's off. So far, no problems with the battery life when she's driving normally.
We were mostly interested in MOTOsafety for the Daily Report Card to keep an eye on her safety and see if her driving gets any better. But dang it, most of the speed limits in the MOTOsafety database near our crib are all messed up, like off by 10-15 MPH. We set the speeding threshold to +5 MPH, so she gets a bunch of false speeding alerts, messing up her overall grade on the daily report card. It's a total waste, man. They advertise it for teen driving safety, but it ain't doing the job.
MOTOsafety lets you "update posted speed limits" on their website by picking two points on a road and setting the speed limit between 'em. It even saves those updates for later. But guess what? None of the speed limit updates we made have made any difference. The website shows that we updated the speed limits, but it doesn't affect the speeding alerts from MOTOsafety.
For example, the main road near our hood has a posted limit of 50 MPH. But MOTOsafety says it's 40 MPH. With the speed alert limit set to +5 MPH, she keeps getting speeding alerts for going over 45 MPH on that road. So we went in and set the speed limit for the whole road to 50 MPH, just like the signs say. But she still gets those dang alerts for going over 45 MPH. None of the speed limit updates we made have fixed the false speeding alerts. We reached out to MOTOsafety customer service about this issue, but they haven't bothered to respond yet (it's been over 2 weeks, man).
We also hit up MOTOsafety with a general question about the "harsh braking" and "rapid acceleration" alerts. We don't know if these alerts are checked every 60 seconds like the GPS stuff, or if they're checked all the time. MOTOsafety customer service got back to us within 24 hours, but they gave us some generic answer that didn't even answer our question. They just talked about two types of speeding alerts, "speeding and high speed," but they didn't say how often those alerts are checked. If they only check acceleration and braking once every 60 seconds, then it's easy for a hard braking situation to slip through the cracks in those 60 seconds.
The customer service is slow to respond, and when they do, they give us answers that don't even help. Plus, the messed up speed limits that can't be fixed make this thing useless for keeping an eye on our teen's safety while she's driving. It's just a simple GPS tracker that's pretending to be something more, you know?

Deceptive Billing Practices and Elusive Cancellation Process: Buyer Beware!
Once they get your credit card, they keep charging and it's like impossible to cancel. You gotta check out their website and try to find how to cancel before you even think about buying. But let me tell ya, it's like searching for a needle in a haystack. Ain't nothin' nowhere!
Terrible Experience with MOTOsafety: No Refund, Poor Customer Service, and Lack of Disclosure
So, I recently bought this thing called MOTOsafety from their website motosafety.com. Let me tell you, they didn't bother to mention that you need to have certain cellular networks in your area for it to work. And guess what? When I got the item and it didn't work, they straight up refused to give me a refund. Can you believe that? All they said was, "Just sell it on Ebay. It's yours now." Like, seriously?
I mean, come on, guys! If you're selling a product, the least you could do is provide all the necessary information upfront. It's not like I'm a mind reader or something. How was I supposed to know that my area might not have the right cellular networks for this thing to function properly? It's just plain unfair.
And let's talk about their customer service. It's a total joke. When I reached out to them about the issue, they were completely unhelpful. They didn't even try to find a solution or offer any alternatives. Nope, they just washed their hands off the whole thing and left me hanging. Thanks a lot, MOTOsafety.
Now, their brilliant advice to me was to sell the item on Ebay. Like, seriously? I spent my hard-earned money on this thing, and now they expect me to go through the hassle of selling it myself? That's not how customer service should work, my friends.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with MOTOsafety. They failed to disclose important information about the product, refused to give me a refund, and their customer service was absolutely useless. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money on this company. Look elsewhere for a better and more reliable option.
