Image ordered from the website does not match what was received. Ordered from the website and customized the colors and stitching. VIS code***. 2013 Dodge Dart. Product received had upper and lower panels in white, differing from the website description where they were in black. See attached pictures. *** Melanie has been very helpful and stated on two occasions that her managers would contact me, but they never did. While I am happy with the quality and feel of the new interior seating surfaces, I believe that the product advertised was not fulfilled.

Several attempts to cancel order. Per manager, will contact to waive cancellation fee as it never mentioned a fee. Haven't heard back from manager. Invoice# XXXXXXX for amount of *** Purchase date 09/17 for item *** I called on 09/30 to cancel the order. They informed me that there was a *** cancellation fee which I informed them I was never informed of it. They transferred me to a supervisor named ***, who told me he will get it waived and will call me back the following day with confirmation. I waited on 10/01 and he never called. I called back several times on 10/05 and left messages. *** called back and had no idea what the call was about and didn't remember our previous conversation. I reminded him about the cancellation and that he stated he would waive the cancellation fee. He stated he would get approval from his supervisor and call back later that day with an answer. On 10/06, *** in the sales team said she spoke to *** and that he would call with confirmation once he spoke to his supervisor. As of today( a week later) he has not called back.

Had purchased leather for my truck, attempted to cancel, was never provided documentation showing a fee. I purchased leather interior for my truck and never received an invoice or terms showing a cancellation fee. My wife and I traded the truck in and then I attempted to cancel over the phone and numerous emails. Only to be told once that it would be a 500 dollar fee. I was then told to wait for a call back or response from *** which never came. This was on Monday June 8th, later that same day *** called me to tell me they shipped the wrong interior to AC sports and that he would have another cut and sent. I informed him of the need to cancel and he said he would see what he could do to get the fee waived since they messed up on the leather they sent and my need to cancel. I tried emailing and calling all day June 9th and never received a response or follow up. I have reported an issue to *** where it is financed with. I just want my money credited back to *** since I never received documentation showing a fee to cancel and especially since they messed up and sent the wrong interior to AC sports which wouldn't have fit my truck anyway.
