I needed to contact Carethy urgently and to cancel my order of 28th of Februart 2024. The only way is via their online form. I contacted 6 times, since I made an order on the 28th of February 2024. Carethy indicates that their reply time is maximum 24 hours. After 3 days I have had no reply from them. Also, their system indicates that I should receive a confirmation email with my enquiry. I have NEVER received any confirmation email from my 6 enquiries (nothing on my Spam folder) and it is impossible to communicate with Carethy. Ordered items on the 28th Feb today is the 9th March according their web site order they still haven’t processed the order. The payment was taken on the 28th Feb. Tried contacting Carethy a number of times re the status; on their web site which says they will respond in 24 hours. No reply any of my inquiries. I am very dissatisfied with the supplier and very annoyed the lack of customer service. Need to look to see if I can get my money back next week. Avoid this supplier and shop elsewhere is my advice.
