I used HealthPlanOne, LLC to get some info about Medicare and I gotta say, it was aight. The website was easy enough to use and I found what I was looking for. But when I tried to call them up, they were closed cuz of the shutdown. Like, come on man, I need help and you're not even open? That's not cool. So yeah, they're alright but don't expect to get any help during a shutdown.

This company tricked me into giving them my personal information. I thought I would be able to see Medicare plans online, but they didn't show me any. Now, I keep getting automated calls trying to sell me plans.

HPone new that people were actvly spying on me. They actvly exploited my constitutional right to a secret ballot and put me in an entrapment situatn. The situatn got signifcntly worse when I got into their complianc program. due to the urgent nature of this threat this all I can write about this situatn.

I had a bad time with the broker from HealthPlanOne, LLC. They were a real bully, super rude, and used manipulative tactics. They kept trying to make me buy the WellCare Medicare thing, but I told them I needed more time to think and do research. The broker got all wise guy on me and insulted me before hanging up. Like, seriously, where do they find these unprofessional people?

HealthPlanOne didn't help me with a mistake on my Medicare supplement application. I called and emailed many times, and they said they fixed it on January 28. They said it was just a name spelling mistake. But today, February 17, I found out they didn't fix it. I don't know why companies like *** work with HealthPlanOne. Their customer service is bad. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This company, HealthPlanOne, LLC, is a real pain in the neck. They keep calling me even though I told them not to. I tried to get them to stop, but they just keep calling. I read some other reviews and it seems like they don't treat their customers very well either. I don't know how they got an A+ rating from the ComplaintsBoard.com, but it seems like they don't deserve it. I hope this review stays up so other people can see what a bad company they are.

I was a bit nervous about using the phone to get my health insurance, but I've talked to three different agents from HealthPlanOne, LLC over the past few years and they've all been great! They helped me get Cancer Protection and Heart Protection for me and my family, and it was super cheap (less than $5.00 for $10,000 in coverage). Last year, I signed up for a Vision product with their agent Chantal S and saved over $400 on my eyeglasses and frames. Now, I'm telling my parents to use them too since they're eligible for *** in 2020 and 2021. HealthPlanOne represents ***, and a bunch of other companies, so you don't have to call each one and wait on hold. Just call them and get a comparison of all the plans on one phone call. It's a great way to save time and money when you're comparing your options for ***.

Yesterday, I got a lot of calls from HealthPlanOne, LLC on my phone from 11:15 to 11:30 AM. They kept calling even though I told them we didn't want to change our Medicare plan. I had to install a blocker to stop the calls. Based on my experience with this company, I don't recommend them.

I was lookin' online for some health insurance on November 2, 2022 and came across Healthplan One [protected]. I talked to a lady named KATRINA and she signed me up for an AETNA CVS health plan through the marketplace exchange. She also convinced me to buy a stand alone dental plan. She asked for my credit card info and I gave it to her for a total of $16.98 for the first month's premium on the Managed *** 2 plan. But then on November 14, 2022, I got a bill from *** for the same amount. I already paid KATRINA, so what gives? She gave me a confirmation number for the payment, but the plan ID number she gave me was wrong and the dental plan info was also incorrect. I feel like this company scammed me and I want answers. I'm gonna report this to the cops and insurance authorities and demand that KATRINA gets fired.
