Ordered plants from Caribbean Garden seed on May 18, paid $22.79 by credit card, and haven't received the plants. I have called three times and emailed twice and I received no reply or response. The order number:
I ordered two different types of seeds, 50 yard long seeds, and 30 purple Mart yardlong seeds. The arrived with bugs in the package with the seeds. Worst part bugs were alive, and seeds had holes in them. Sent several emails with no response. Called and left message regarding my disappointment requesting seeds be resent. I look forward to ComplaintsBoard.com investigating this company, honestly I didn't loose much money as others have. a company should answer for issues there customers have I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help.
Package of 10 Yellow scotch bonnet pepper seeds from order *** confirmed on May 2 and delivered on May 23 had zero germination. Under identical conditions other scotch bonnet seeds from our last years seeds did fine. Seeds were bad. Zero germination though owner claimed his father runs a large farm in Jamaica with numerous pepper varieties. Several emails and phone calls with messages left on answering machine have had no response.
I purchased products (seeds) from this company. I received a tracking number but the tracking site says that the label was created but USPS has not received the items. I have not yet received the products I purchases and have made numerous attempts to contact this company but they are not responding. They are continuing to make social media posts so I know that there is at least some sort of person working.

But the orders show that they are "fulfilled", which must mean that they have the money and that's that. All I want is my money back, even though I think this is a scam and probably should be prosecuted. Or they are just bad at customer service.

Placed order 4/9. Ship label created/*** charged 4/10.Contacted seller 4/19 as *** still had not receive pkg. Contacted *** 4/21 & 4/24 who in turn contacted seller. No response from seller until 4/27 stating items on way (Pkg was originally to arrive 4/21-28).Contacted seller again on 4/28 with no response. *** did not deliver until 5/1. Out of 8 "live" plants, 6 were merely sticks w/no roots or dead roots. The other 2 had sickly, limp, yellowing roots. Have contacted both *** to refund money and have received a RMA shipping label. After checking ComplaintsBoard.com, I find this company is not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited & 50% of complaints are for nonshipment, poor quality items, or incorrect items. This company has in my opinion has extremely poor (nonexistent) customer service as they were totally unresponsive to both my contacting them as well as *** contacting them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

As of Friday May 7th (2 weeks) the plants have not shipped and numerous attempts at communication via phone, email and *** resolutions have not been returned. Being live garden vegetable plants means that there is a very short window of opportunity to get these plants int the ground in order for them to be able bear fruit before fall. Waiting weeks on end for shipping is not acceptable. I have no plants, and the business will not communicate with me to refund my money or arrange shipment. A quick search here at ComplaintsBoard.com and several internet consumer complaint sites show that this business regularly takes weeks or months to ship items, and often never ships them at all, or ships the wrong items and is hard, if not impossible to contact. My experience thus far is following this arc. That is, unreturned calls and emails and no items shipped in a timely manner or communication regarding shipping.
