Carlisle Homes Service

I am building a single store house and construction started just before Christmas, 2022 and it has not completed yet. At the moment, the supervisor i have is a fifth supervisor since the beginning of construction. All supervisors are very unapproachable. They do not respond to my messages or phone calls. I have to contact them through home coordinator. PCI was booked in for 25/7/23 @ 9 am but supervisor calls me at 9:15 am and tells me that PCI has to be cancelled because the house is not ready for PCI. He says garage door is still 2-3 weeks way to be installed. How irresponsible act is this?

Also, at colour selection i requested if i can have double door but they denied saying that double doors are only for double storey house. But, i can see other single storey house from Carlisle in my street which is under construction has a double door. This tells me that Carlisle has a discriminatory rules towards its customer.

The feelings i am having right now towards Carlisle is very bad. I would not recommend anyone to Carlisle.

Carlisle Homes never select carlise homes for your first home

Please be careful all while doing colour selection as what they tell and show in spectra you will never have that for your house. We have paid for the upgraded door and have selected chestnut stain for all our timber frames and front door we have ended up having huge variation with the appearance of the front door and frame itself.Also ended up having damaged door and when we raise the issue carlise said we will repair it.This was before handover. So pls think wisely when you select carlise as your builder.We have attached all the pics of our front door and frame. You all can see how odd it looks.
We asked to replace the door as it is huge variation with the appearance of stain and they advise that it is due to natural timber. So is that not carlise responsibility to make sure to source same timber as the customer paid for the upgrades ? They are just number one in building the volumes and not in quality.

Carlisle Homes Perry Thomas took 3,ooo dollars out of our escrow account to pay his backed taxes.

We bought our house in October of 2007 and everything seemed to go good, until June of 2008. We were sent a letter stating our escrow account was negative 3, 000 dollars for taxes. My husband and I knew that couldn't be right, since we didn't live at our home in early 2oo7. The taxes were backed school taxes that Perry Thomas was entitled to pay, but instead we ended up paying for them. Our title company now says there is nothing they can do and it's our job to find Perry Thomas. Which is pretty much impossible. I wouldn't advice buying a Carlisle home they are not true to there words " we do what's right" . Now we are having to take legal matters in order to get our money.
