Don't use this company, they don't follow any timelines and if one of your contractors runs late, they threaten to sue you for time delays. I signed my contract in November and was told it would take 12 months. That's not true, they have every excuse you can think of. I'm pretty sure they're going under and just living off the cash I've been paying for my project. I have every email, every contract, everything, and if anyone contacts me, I'll show you everything. Chad Dennis, the supervisor, is a worthless spineless human. If you dare question him, he'll call you a bully and won't let anyone from Fairway talk to you. How's that for customer service? That's right, there's no customer service with this company.

Fairway Homes built our new home in Arizona. I worked with Steve out of the phoenix office. He was easy to work with and could answer all my questions. We used BBVA for the loan and their recommended contractors for building permits and other items fairway doesn't do like septic tank and house pad. The construction process went pretty well. We had some unforeseen setbacks but fairway was able to resolve the issues in a professional manner and keep the project moving forward. The house took about two months longer to build than expected but with the covid 19 restrictions state wide I was impressed that it didn't take longer. The finished house met and exceeded all my expectations. We received a very nice home at a very good price. Thank you Fairway Homes West, thank you Steve, Karry and Rick for the excellent craftmanship and costumer service. We will use this company again for our next project and highly recommend others to do the same.

B4 the start of 2023, we signed a contract 2 lock in rates on a home build. They sed if we couldn't get approved 4 our loan, they'd cancel the contract. We got emails 2 prove it. But they took so long 2 get back 2 us, no communication at all. Our loan expired cuz of them. We had no choice but 2 go a diff way. Months later, I emailed them 2 say we didn't wanna continue. But they came after us. I can show u all the proof that they ghosted us & had terrible communication. Even my lender has tons of emails with no response. As soon as we said we were goin' a diff way, they tried 2 move forward with the contract AFTER our loan expired. They didn't do anything 4 5 months, no communication at all. Our loan expired & we never got approved. They didn't do squat 4 us. We got lots of emails 2 prove their lack of communication. They didn't send us anythin' 2 move forward with our loan. We were fully committed when we signed & tried 2 get pre-approval. They became super hard 2 work with. We didn't even come close 2 submittin' permits. We never even got our ARCHITECT plans. They did nothin' & now they're tryin' 2 charge us even more. I asked 4 our deposit back but got no answer. They've been real rude tryin' 2 push forward. I'd never recommend this company 2 anyone.

We started our designin process with the salesman on or around 3/12/22. Everythin seemed fine until we actually got to the architect with the parent company (REALITY HOMES) who started to draw our design. After gettin started with the design we began to find out that things we were promised from the beginnin of signin were actually a lie. I was told I could add things and found out I couldn't due to their buildin code as a company. Findin out these things sometimes took months to hear back about, and I waited all that time just to find out I couldn't have what I was originally told I could. Then also findin out that my buildin plan was not mine and I couldn't build it myself or have another company build it, after bein told the plan was mine and I could do what I wanted with it. I finally tried to get ahold of management in Aug. to get my money back with no luck until one of the PRE-Construction Managers, finally called me on October 31st. I told her everythin that I was experiencin and how I would like my money back. She then told me that I probably couldn't get it back and I was pretty much threatened that I was gonna have to pay additional fees if I didn't go through them to build our home. I didn't see how this was possible when we still haven't had our design done correctly. She promised me she would call me back November 7th, still haven't heard from her. I gave her another week before I called back and still nothin. I hear from another consultant I had been dealin with and she said she would get ahold of me by the end of the day, and I didn't receive a call back yet again. So again, the followin week I called and left a message, still no response. I got an email from the architect on November 9th tellin me the Manager would call me that Day, I responded sayin "I'm not gonna hold my breath, I've been let down and lied to". So, it is now December 1st and still no response. I'm tired of the games and would like all my money back.
