Exceptional Service from Tracey Lawrence and Vylla - Highly Recommended!
Vylla is a fantastic company with top-notch real estate agents. I had the pleasure of working with Tracey Lawrence, a remarkable agent, throughout the entire process of purchasing a home on Auction.com. Tracey was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to assist me in gathering all the necessary paperwork and dealing with the different individuals involved in my home purchase and mortgage loan. She stayed by my side until the day she handed me the keys!
I can't stress enough how much I would recommend Tracey and her company to anyone in need of a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.
Outrageous Accusations and Incompetence: My Experience with Vylla Title Insurance
I gotta say, I've had my fair share of closings in my time, but never in all my years have I been hit with such a wild accusation like money laundering and fraud. Can you believe it? And who's the culprit behind this outrageous claim? None other than the title company at Vylla.
Now, let me give you some context. You see, I had to wire some extra money to cover the glaring mistakes they made on the HUD. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get the numbers right? But that's not all. The full amount of the bank loan hadn't even been determined yet, so I wanted to make sure the title company had enough cash on hand to close the deal smoothly.
But instead of giving me a simple courtesy call to discuss the wire from the bank, they straight up refused it. Can you believe the nerve? And to make matters worse, they had the audacity to tell the bank to lower the loan amount. I mean, seriously, who do they think they are?
This kind of shoddy service is beyond belief. It's like they thrive on incompetence. And to top it all off, they have the gall to accuse me of illegal activities. I mean, really? I'm just trying to make sure everything goes smoothly, and they hit me with these baseless accusations.
Let me tell you, there are plenty of other competent companies out there that actually know what they're doing. I wouldn't touch Vylla Title Insurance with a ten-foot pole ever again. Trust me, folks, there are better options out there. Don't waste your time and money on this mess of a company.
Disappointing Experience with Vylla: Late Property Tax Payments and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with Vylla. I mean, seriously, I can't believe they didn't even know to put the parcel number on the property tax checks. Like, come on, that's just basic stuff. Instead, they put their own internal closing number on there for who knows what reason. And get this, they held onto my funds for a whole month before even trying to pay my property taxes. Can you believe that? As a result, I ended up with all these penalties and my credit took a hit. It's just not right.
But here's the kicker. When I called them this morning, they wouldn't even wait on hold to talk to me. Can you believe the nerve? It's their own screw-ups that caused my property taxes to be credited over a month late, and they won't even take the time to listen to me. I wonder if they even bothered to call the Clark County Treasurer to sort this mess out. I highly doubt it.
All these problems have now been passed on to my mortgage company, and you can bet I'll be leaving reviews everywhere I can. I even made sure to CC my mortgage broker on this email chain. I want them to know just how terrible Vylla has been.
Sure, my taxes have finally been credited, but it's too little, too late. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Vylla. You've really let me down.
Review: Unprofessional and Incompetent Practices at Vylla Mortgage
I just can't wrap my head around why Carrington mortgage would choose to work with Vylla. I mean, seriously, what's the deal? When I signed my contract, I made it crystal clear that I wanted to use my own title company. And guess what? It's my right to choose who I want to work with! But guess what Vylla did? They went ahead and charged me a whopping $500 for absolutely no reason at all. Can you believe that? My title company is still scratching their heads, trying to figure out why I got hit with that fee. And let me tell you, it's downright illegal for them to do that. Yeah, you heard me right.
But that's not even the worst part. Oh no, not by a long shot. These guys are so disorganized, it's like they're running around with their heads cut off. They've managed to drag out my closing way past the original closing date. And get this, they have the audacity to try and stick me with a per diem charge for every single day that they've held up my closing. Can you believe the nerve? And to top it all off, their power of attorney has been expired since 2017! I mean, come on, how can they expect anyone to take them seriously when they can't even keep their documents up to date?
I've been waiting for days on end for them to send me the right documents, and what do I get? More expired ones. It's like they're playing some kind of sick joke on me. And you know what? They haven't done a darn thing to fix any of this mess. They're not just costing me money, they're costing everyone involved in this whole ordeal. I really hope Carrington can step up and do something about this. I still want to buy that house, but I can't stand dealing with these incompetent idiots any longer.
Honestly, someone needs to take legal action against Vylla. A class action lawsuit sounds like just the thing to teach them a lesson. They can't keep getting away with treating people like this. It's time for them to face the consequences of their actions. So, Carrington, if you're listening, please do something about this. I'm begging you. Let's get rid of these clowns and make things right. Duvall
