Sail: Carnival Panorama

We boarded the Carnival Panorama for a 7 day cruise to Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta & Cabo. On the second day of the cruise all passengers were informed that due to mechanical failure we were only going to be able to stop at Cobo. We were given a $400 credit for the inconvenience. Although we appreciate the credit we do not feel that this compensation was enough to cover this trip.

Desired outcome: Please refund all or half of $2,895.30
