Dinner at 4:30 pm on 3/20/25. Ordered wine, crab cakes, soup and 16oz ribeye med rare. 1/3 of my steak was not edible, couldn’t even get a serrated knife through it. It was handled by my waitress but not without blowback from kitchen, they sent my waitress back to table suggesting I order a different cut of meat stating all ribeyes have a fat cap, Riduculous statement and I answered with “ would you eat this ?” Replacement steak was fine but seems to be a trend at Carrabba’s in Johnson City Tn. Have had many fine ribeye steaks at Carrabba’s but this has happened twice in the last 3 months. Not into paying good money for bad food, so please correct this before you lose my business.
