Carrabba's Italian Grill review: Waited over an hour for curbside order

I am not cheap and I am a very generous tipper, 20% to 25%. Saying that I expect ok not great service. I just paid $36.00 for 1 entree at Carabra's. I tipped 25% because they told me they would give not take 20-25 minutes and would deliver it to my car! 1 hour later I had to go inside and pick up a cold dish! I am pissed and know this is better than getting the manager involved! Hope corporate see this review and if so contacts me!
