I had my Honda in this shop for repairs, and after 2.5 months and $18,000 later I still have three lights blinking on my dashboard. The initial estimate was about $10,000 and increased gradually in these 2.5 months to 18,000 and deadline was missed 5 times. What kind a review of the damage they do, if they have to double the price to get it right? Or are they doing it on purpose, so the insurance won't total the car, and they have work? I don't know... The blinking lights they say it's from the windshield camera which was not recalibrated after I replace my windshield with an off the market glass. Repairs were done only for the back of the car, nothing in the front. And wait, that's not all... I received an E-mail to do a survey about my recent experience, I opened the E-mail to start the survey, and it takes me to a screen saying the survey is complete.
I then go on carwise.com, and what do I see? I completed the survey on 02/26/25, gave them 5 stars. That's outrageous, they filled the survey for me and post it? I cannot believe these people... Not happy that all with the amount of time it took them for the repairs, estimated amount almost doubled by the time I picked up the car; that should tell you a few things about this place.
