CashCashPinoy No customer support.

CashCashPinoy has absolutely no customer support! These people don't care about their customers especially for those who already paid. I have ordered five items from this website and never received anything. No matter how many times I emailed them there was absolutely no help from their customer service. No resolution for the delivery problems, no order cancellation and no refunds. They answered with a computer generated response and I was told that me items were already delivered. But I did not receive any tracking number. I made an order one month ago and still nothing. I have no idea where my order is and they don't know either. This company is ridiculous.

Purchased a simple watch over their site. Promised delivery after 3 days of confirming payment. The product was delivery was late.. it was fine.. BUT IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON. They provided a name of the person who delivered, but I don't know the person! It's been 3 weeks and no resolution yet. How can they let the issue stand for that long. They've been waiting for response from their courier for THREE WEEKS? Is that how long it takes to get in touch with someone? STUPID COMPANY. NO REFUNDS. NO FOLLOW UPS. NO NOTHING.

Thank you for the elaborating your purchased experience and we are very sorry about it. As per the company's practice about releasing the item, the receiver must have the copy of the voucher with his ID to fully acknowledge that he is the customer. As for a friend/relative who is assigned to received the package/product on behalf of the customer she/he must have a letter of authorization plus ID's of the customer to verify it is legit.

If you mean about Three Weeks? we think it is justifiable in a way that the company needs to verify with its courier, verify the logistics, finance and the merchant about the incident. They will question the courier about how come he/she released it on the wrong person (given its true).

CashCashPinoy The seller didn't reply to questions about the defective item

The company www.cashcashpinoy.com doesn’t provide any help to their customers. I have bought item, but it arrived in terrible condition and was defective. The seller sent me the replacement request and told to fill it and return with the item. I did as he told me, but after this moment I haven’t heard or received anything from the seller. I was so upset that I wasted a lot of time and still have no idea what the seller would do next.

We are very sorry for the bad experience that you had with our company, as for item replacement. The steps are as follow:
(1) E-mail our support (support@cashcashpinoy), fill-up the item return form and send it back to our support team;
(2) After of maximum 24 hours, an detailed e-mail instruction will be sent to you and follow the instructions;
The whole process will take like a 1 week (approx.) because you need to deliver the item to the nearest LBC branch. Then after we received and verified the item they will request a replacement to the merchant. After they deliver the replacement we will again bring it to your doorstep;

Again, we are very sorry to hear about your story.

CashCashPinoy I got damaged item and impossible to change it

People, beware and don’t order from the website www.cashcashpinoy.com. I bought speaker from them, but it arrived in damaged condition. When I spoke with the owner, this jerk promised to change it. When I reached him again and wanted to ask about the address, this ### suddenly refused to take I back. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

CashCashPinoy Undelivered Items & Misrepresentation of product

I have 2 complaints from this website / company

1. I purchased IKEA items last July 21, 2013 but I still have not received them until today November 5, 2013. Even after numerous emails of follow up, I always receive the same email, they thank me for my patience and understanding. They are not doing anything. They won't even give me a timeline on when my items will be sent.

2. I purchased 2 jewelry organizer last Aug 2013from them saying that it has 24 hooks with loop enclosures and 39 clear vinyl pockets each but what I received only has 14 hooks with loop enclosures and 30 clear vinyl enclosures. They explained that the merchant is unable to replace them so they offered credits instead, I confirmed that I will accept the credits but until now, I have not received the credits.

It takes them a week or more to reply to an email. Most of the time they don't. I don'd understand as well why they don't have any phone numbers posted on their website. I am very very disappointed with their service. It is a shame since I have other purchases that were ok and I received smoothly but when you have complaints, they will ignore you or they will just give you canned email messages. Very bad customer service.

I bought four vouchers @4k++ea and provided the three travel dates. They come back and say I have to pay an additional 3k per person when it was explicitly stated in their terma that the additional charge would be 1.5k/plane fare.

Yes, there are so many complaints about CasChasPinoy in my case I am asking for a refund of a damaged GUESS bag and they refused. And one thing I discovered the bag is fake. Others are also complaining about fake items that they bought. We should exercise our rights as a consumer and formally complain about this. Please lets get this done together to stop their fraudulent business activities. please email me at macysantos@yahoo.com or log-in on the FB page called Cascashpinoy Reviews and lets organize this properly and stop them for victimizing more consumers.

CashCashPinoy Long delayed processing of my transaction cancellation request

I purchased a projector/Karaokeunit last July 15. The unit was delivered in mid-August. When I tried the unit, it was defective. The player wasn't working and the projector can only project the image up to the size of a 20 inch tv screen. Furthermore, the controls that go with it are defective too.I reported last Aug 17 my dismay to Cashcashpinoy and requested to just cancel the transaction. I sent a follow up on my email last Aug 20 which they responded to just to let me know that I they will refer the case to
Logistics for coordination with the merchant. I reiterated my request to just cancel my transaction and have the unit be taken back on the same day. I followed up their response then to my last email on Aug 20 last aug 29 and sept 3. They responded on sept 12asking me to fill up a replacement form. As I do not want the unit replaced but instead returned and be refunded for the payment I made, I again reiterated that I want the transaction cancelled instead. I sent a follow up response last sept 15 and they responded on sEpt 18 advising me that request is subject for approval. They emailed me again last Sept 25 to tell me that my request was approved by management and that they will have the unit picked up before they can credit me back for my payment. I told them they can have it picked up anytime. I followed up oct 4, 7, 12, 17 and 19 but to date they have not picked up the unit yet and not credited me back yet for y payment.

Would appreciate your intervention and assistance to finally have my complaint be resolved soon. As I did not get any response from Cash cash pinky the whole month of Oct, I'm afraid they are just hoping that I will give up and no longer pursue my case. I can forward to you the email trail of my case in case needed.

CashCashPinoy Undelivered item

Since now I have not received my Aquamate DSLR Waterproof Case I purchased this April. It was supposed to be delivered until May 17. A reponse to their email takes 48 hours and what's more frustrating are the timid responses of their customer support! I asked to pick it up from their office instead but the only response I got was how sorry they are. I can't believe there are tons of complaints about this company and definitely I won't purchase from them anymore.

CashCashPinoy Undelivered items, incomplete and incorrect information on deals

I have purchased several items from this site. Before they were doing well. But after 6 months since my first purchase, they started failing on delivering the items. They even tell me that I have not indicated that the items are for shipping, even if the 2 items were bought from the same company. I told them their website may have malfunctioned and have not prompted to enter the delivery. They asked me to drop by to pick up the item instead, which is crazy since the cost of going to their office is more expensive than the
amount I spent on the item itself.

Recently, I've noticed the following gaps as well -- (1) faliure to inform the consumers via the website or the voucher that the establishment for one of their deals is open on weekdays only, (2) the numbers of the establishments indicated in their website or vouchers do not work, and (3) they have taken out their phone numbers on the website, which means we only have email to reach out to them and the only response we consistently receive is an acknowledgement email promising us of a response within 49 hour, which never happen.

This company owes me a running total refund of P7, 436.00 not yet including the other vouchers I have not yet used, which may all be scam as well. And they continue to fool a lot of people. I'm not sure what DTI is doing to keep them from operating this company. Google CashCash Pinoy complaints and there's already a lot.

Had a similar incident. Google for cashcashpinoy and you will see many complaints. Sadly they are tainting the 'pinoy' part.
