Service I'm complaining about is receiving the wrong item in my two last orders and my souq account had been closed and switched to Amazon.eg after I returned the wrong order without opening the package as I knew it was the wrong item from its shape and weight. They keep sending a different cheaper item than the ordered one. I ordered optifree solution 355ml and they sent the 120 ml.
Desired outcome: I want my souq account back and I want to receive the right item.
Criminal Act
On the 18th of April, 2021 My client received an incorrect order, prompting her to notify the courier that the order was incorrect. He refused the comment and began insulting her husband. As her husband attempted to solve the problem, the courier hit him and left him to drive us to the hospital for severe injuries. My client made numerous attempts to contact someone from Souq and lodge a complaint. They will look into your issue and get back to you. My client calls one of the employees on his phone (we can provide you with the employee's name and contact information) and he is extremely rude and threatens to sue the company.
As a result, we took legal action by filing a case, and a criminal sentence has now been issued against the courier and the company, and we are on our way to resuming our compensation claim against the company in the economic court. We are writing to settle the dispute and finalize the case at hand. Keeping in mind that I received a complaint about souq from another client. Unfortunately, the company is violating both company policy and data privacy.

Delay in delivering my ordered item
Yesterday, I ordered an item order ID:[protected] and paid extra money for fast track delivery by today. Yet, 18:00 hrs. Feb 9th, 2021 I did not receive any thing. Received unmatched product / refund
I had 3 bad experiences with soul.com egypt.
1- ordered ipad case and it arrived with different color and changed it 3 times!. Finally I cancelled the order and put the money on my souq account
2- I have ordered small car/ home compressor and found that it has only car power cable and I wanted it with 220v cable. It tried to return it for more than 2 months with no success.
3- I have ordered panduka sports mat. I received a very normal cheap chinese mat. I will not even try to return it but what I will do is I will cancel the current trampoline order I placed and will not order anything from souq.com again

I bought iphone max10 in Egypt from souq.com as an international version - upon updating software the mobile locked - contacting apple they confirmed it is locked by an operator in USA (only works in USA) - it was hacked to work in Egypt!
Upon resetting software it was re-locked.

I placed an order with souq on the 30th of May 2020 with an expected delivery of 10 June 2020.

I was again promised 100 EGP which I received and was again promised that my order would come the next day. Guess what, no order.
I called again and was told that they are really sorry and would be giving me 250 EGP. I also demanded to speak to a manager and was told that a manager would contact me before the end of the day. My father used the app "souq.com", which is basically amazon in Arab areas, to buy some packages in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What my father thought would happen is that he would get the packages sent to him and receive it from a respectful delivery person. Unfortunately, what happened was a shocking experience.
On the day my father was eagerly waiting for his package, he got a message that said, "Dear Customer, we have called you to deliver your shipment but no response, please call back to arrange your delivery. Thanks Courier - souq.com". Weirdly, my father didn't get any calls. My father then talked to the guy delivering the packages to see why did that message pop in his inbox, then that guy told my father that he called my father on his cellphone and that my father didn't answer, obviously that was a lie. My father ended up getting the packages after a couple of arguments on the phone, the delivery guy cursing, and almost hitting my father. My father ended it with the most respectable way and just sent a complaint to souq.
After a week or so, my father had another package getting shipped to his postbox. Sadly, the same guy, that delivered the last package, delivered this package. And that guy started being unrespectful and rude again. The first sentence he spat was "so, are you done complaining or what?" with a mocking but mad mood. My father didn't reply, took the package, and sent another complaint to souq.
souq, of course, did nothing
An industry like souq.com, which is owned by Amazon.com, must have methods on dealing with this stuff and not just making claims with no evidence. Woefully, that was not the case with souq. Souq failed miserably in dealing with this situation and will lose more users (other than me) if they keep throwing cases of their shoulders.
Late shipment delivery
I have ordered 2 items from souq on March 23 and the expected delivery date was march 28th. I sent an email to know the reason behind the delay. They informed me this due to the government imposed restrictions on mobility due to corona and the shipment will be delivered after 48 hrs. Knowing that the government imposed restrictions on mobility after 7 pm. Today I expected to receive the shipment but unfortunately no one even contact me. Today I sent another email as shown in the attached to know the status but no one respond. I don't why they still advertise on tv if they couldn't deliver the shipment on time
