Cebu Pacific Air review: Baggage allowance merged and changed

It initially had 2 pieces 20kg baggage for each passenger

1 check baggage of Faye Dominique Palmares was upgraded to 32kg
September 22, 2023
Additional 20kg luggage was added to Dengel Palmares. Making it a total ) supposedly 3 baggages of 20kg each.
Instead after payment itinerary drastically changed to the ff:
Dengel Palmares 1pc checked baggage (20kg) + 1 checked baggage (32k) —(! The 20kg of 2 pieces baggage was merged to 1 piece 32kg!)
Faye Dominique Palmares - 1pc checked baggae (20kg) + 1pc checked baggage (32kg) -retained
Ma Rosena Palmares -1 checked baggage (32k) —(! The 20kg of 2 pieces baggage was merged to 1 piece 32kg!)
So I had to purchase ANOTHER 20kg for Ma Rosena Palmares so we can have another baggage to be checked in.
