Me and my team at RoofSmart Pads have been working with CedCommerce for a little over a month now and let me tell you, we are blown away by their work. Their communication is top-notch, always fast and professional. They really know their stuff when it comes to online and ecommerce presence and performance.
One thing that really stands out about CedCommerce is their availability. They have teams working around the clock, so there's always someone there to help you out. We've had a few calls with them, but we mostly communicate through email so we can have everything in writing and refer back to it later.

I recently hired CedCommerce to help me with social media advertising on Facebook/Instagram and organic advertising on Pinterest. However, I decided to give them a chance and we had several meetings to initially set up.
The person in charge of Facebook/Instagram took quite a long time to set everything up, which was a bit frustrating. Sometimes I had to wait for a couple of hours, even though I was told it would only take 30 minutes initially. One time, she even tried to set up a store on Facebook, but it wasn't working. After an hour of trying different things, she finally told me that the store wasn't available in my country. I felt like she wasted my time, and if she was an expert, she should have known that beforehand.
Despite these issues, I did have some sales after hiring them. However, it wasn't enough for the amount of money I paid for advertising over the course of 4 months. I only had 7 total sales, which was disappointing. When I contacted the person in charge of the project, she kept blaming me for having issues with my store and said they did their best. I asked her why she didn't tell me about these issues earlier, but she ignored me.
To make matters worse, I realized that they did not stop the ads running until now and they did not notify me about it. As a result, I had to pay several hundred dollars for advertisement costs to Facebook. I was not happy about this and felt like this company was not professional.

Nonetheless, this didn't make things any better for me, as I had already lost a considerable amount of money. The manager did apologize profusely and promised that they would make things right.
I kept monitoring the performance for a while and it worked for a little bit. Unfortunately, this was short-lived as it eventually broke down again causing me to lose hundreds of dollars in products that I had already shipped to customers because Google never received the tracking numbers. I was left feeling devastated, as I had spent so much time and energy trying to make their application work for my business.
Their solution was to offer me two more free months of their application, which was completely unacceptable. Their software was junk and clearly didn't work as advertised. In fact, it was quite the opposite. It caused me more harm than good.

Avoid CED Integration Solution with Wish: Unprofessional and Unethical Practice
I recently used CED as an integration solution with Wish, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience. Despite my initial hopes, the App never functioned correctly. There were a number of issues, including my inventory being removed randomly, shipping prices being set to $0.00, and products not being published to the correct warehouse.
Despite reaching out to the team at CED numerous times over a period of two months, my issues were never resolved satisfactorily. I kept receiving messages like "rest assured sir, we will fix the problem" and "please know sir, we are working on the problem", but there was never any follow-up or action taken on their part.
To make matters worse, even after canceling my subscription to the App on June 10th, 2021, I was billed again for July without authorization. I have sent numerous messages to their support team, but have received no response. Adding insult to injury, when attempting to process a refund through PayPal, I was blocked because of the way BigCommerce structures their cancellation process. It seems that CED is fully exploiting a loophole in BigCommerce's system, which is concerning to say the least.
Overall, I would not recommend CED to anyone. They are unprofessional and unethical, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you are in need of an integration solution like this, I would strongly advise finding another provider. It's troubling to see that BigCommerce continues to allow CED to operate on their marketplace, given the harm they have caused to so many customers.

Around 18 months ago, we had some dealings with CEDcommerce and their Magento 2 to Etsy integration. While we were satisfied with the final result, it came at quite a hefty cost. There were a significant number of bugs in the initial installation and it took us a lot of time and effort to identify and report them to CED who, to their credit, were relatively prompt in rectifying each one of them. However, it took us around 6 months before everything was working as expected.
Although we had paid an initial amount of $500 for the extension, we were soon told that we needed to pay an additional service contract fee for customizations. This essentially translated to fixing bugs that should have never been present in their first version! After this, the extension finally started running smoothly and Etsy became an integral platform for our business.
Recently, we identified the need to upgrade Magento from v2.1 to v2.3. This is a huge and costly project that requires patching of over 30 extensions by our third-party IT team. Surprisingly, all the other companies were providing patches for free, but not CEDcommerce. They refused to offer a patch without charging us another $450, claiming that they need to re-do the customizations, which we feel should be part of their base code for all customers. This raises serious questions about their professionalism and commitment to customer service.
Overall, we would advise others to avoid doing business with CEDcommerce. While they may initially appear to be a reliable company, they seem to care more about making money than providing high-quality service. Furthermore, mapping the inventory with the marketplace catalogue had to be done manually, and they requested that I do it myself! I had no idea where to start, so I ended up paying even more money for them to do it for me.
We had agreed that the job would be done in two weeks. However, it wasn't until two months later that I realized half the job had not been completed, and many of the items they listed were in the wrong categories. It was a complete disaster, and I felt like I had wasted so much time and money.
One major issue was that all payments had to be done through Shopify, which made it very difficult for me to get a refund. I reported the problem to Shopify, but they were unable to help since their policy is that they cannot refund money paid to developers unless the developer agrees to it.
