I ordered a school tee shirt from an ad on our Facebook website. After waiting almost a month, I received a half printed shirt. I immediately took pictures and contacted the company. After several emails they concluded that they couldn't replace the shirt. However they would refund me the cost of the shirt, but not the cost of shipping and insurance. I questioned them about giving me a shirt that I can't wear (and the knew it when they shipped it) but they wouldn't refund the remaining $14. This is a sham company you DO NOT want to do business with. I will never use them again.
The owner wrote back letting me know that everything but the unusable shirt is non refundable. Its another example of a BS answer from a BS owner from a BS company. They are what makes America bad, nothing but excuses...

As I entered July, I still had not received any further updates or shipping information, despite sending an email on July 6th requesting one. This lack of communication felt unacceptable, and I felt I needed to pursue this matter further.
On June 11th, I took the matter up with my credit card company and chose to dispute the transaction. Although I was disappointed with the experience, I can only assume that this delay in shipping and communication is an unfortunate consequence of the pandemic, which has made it difficult for many businesses to operate at their usual level of efficiency. Nonetheless, it is essential that GearLaunch work on their communication and shipping processes, especially during these challenging times, to keep their customers informed and satisfied.
Poor customer service experience with GearLaunch: no follow-up, inadequate response, and wrong product received
I recently had an experience with GearLaunch that left a lot to be desired. I ordered a long sleeve T-Shirt, however, to my surprise, I received a short sleeve T-Shirt instead. Naturally, I was disappointed and immediately contacted the email address provided on the website, ***@gearlaunch.com. I sent two emails, but unfortunately, the response I received from Elena at GearLaunch Seller Support did not adequately address my concerns. In the email correspondence, she simply stated that she would forward my message to another email address, ***@gearlaunch.com, and that they would get back to me soon. I was hoping for a more personal response addressing my issue specifically.
To make matters worse, I received no follow-up communication from GearLaunch. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Needless to say, my overall experience with GearLaunch has left me feeling very dissatisfied. While I recognize that oversights and mistakes can happen, it's how a business addresses and rectifies the issue that speaks volumes about their customer service. In this case, GearLaunch failed to meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to others.
Disappointing Experience with GearLaunch: Unreliable Service and Poor Quality Products
I was very disappointed with my experience with GearLaunch. I ordered several items from their website and was shocked to find out it took 6 long weeks to process my order. I was eagerly waiting to receive my items, but what I received was far from what I had ordered. I received 2 shirts of the same kind but was missing one item that I had actually ordered. What's worse is that another item still hadn't even been shipped yet, leaving me in the dark as to when I would receive it.
I have tried reaching out to customer service, but so far, I have received no response. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling their customer service phone number, only to get an automated response. I wasn't even able to leave a message, making me feel ignored and unheard.
Frankly speaking, I feel as though I have been ripped off. The amount of money and time wasted is unacceptable. I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this as a customer. My suggestion to you and anyone else is to not buy from GearLaunch or any company affiliated with them. You are much better off finding another reliable and reputable company that values their customers and offers quality products.
