I purchased the Jungle Scout Freedom Builder, which included the research tools and extension tool. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the product research tools and reported them. The tools provided inaccurate information. For example, I did not receive the same query results with revenues on two different devices. Additionally, the product revenue seemed to be inflated, and the dimensions and weight were incorrect. Furthermore, the Listing Builder did not import the description from a listing. The company did not inform customers about these glitches unless a ticket was opened, and even then, they only acknowledged the issue without providing a solution. The claims they made about their research product turned out to be false. I spent $999 on training and the product research tools during the Covid pandemic, hoping they would help me make informed decisions. It is frustrating to face hardships during this time and be taken advantage of. I am requesting a 30% refund and do not wish to receive any additional offers from Jungle Scout. Thank you.
I was charged for a subscription that I did not sign up for. $50 per month for 6 months that I did not notice until now. They sent me the following email regarding this matter: 'Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. I'll be happy to explain what happened. When you enter your MWS keys to sync your Amazon Seller account and unlock the Seller Features, it starts a new Seller plan in order for you to be able to use the seller tools, such as Launch, Sales Analytics, Inventory, etc. I have reviewed your account and, unfortunately, I'm not able to process a refund for all the months billed. I am truly sorry. We are a subscription service and thus have to bill for access to our service and not based on usage (similar to the gym). However, I was able to receive approval from Management to refund the last three payments processed. You will see this credit back on your card within the next 5-10 business days, if not sooner. I have also canceled your membership so any scheduled future payments are canceled right away. If there's anything else that I could help you with, please let me know. Have a great day! They were offering 14 money back guarantee on their website. Then they changed it to 7 days money back guarantee AFTER I paid for my subscription. Now they say that I only had 7 days money back guarantee and they are not willing to issue me a refund.
Sometime around the 20th of April *** enrolling in the Jungle Scout program i selected to be charged monthly and somehow Jungle Scout charged me for the entire year instead. I reached out to Jungle Scout via email a few days later after seeing the charge and requested them to cancel my subscription immediately.I am in the process of beginning to speak with my bank as i now see another charge coming through my account from Jungle Scout.I am requesting Jungle Scout to cancel my account and refund me like I requested because I never chose to be charged yearly in one lump sum payment.

I canceled my Jungle Scout account months ago— they don’t send any confirmation email when you cancel. My account still renewed for the annual price even though I haven’t used it in over six months and cancelled it. Again— they don’t send an email when you cancel your subscription most likely to avoid a paper trail when the charge gets disputed. I contacted customer service via email (they dont have a phone number; red flag) and they said they will not refund me because I didn’t cancel within seven days of it being renewed. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT GOT RENEWED UNTIL I WENT TO PAY MY CREDIT CARD BILL. I plan on leaving reviews about them everywhere I can until they refund me.

I went into the website on April 30th, cancelled my membership and never used the website or downloadable extension that came with it ever again. fast forward to March 28 I was charged $97 fee from jungle scout for yearly plan I had cancelled.
