Amazon AU poor customer service /poor refund policy

I ordered an item from USA to be shipped to South Australia. received item.. didnt work and by looking at dented front panel it was a factory second. Arranged to ship back and paid $108 return postage. Was told by Amazon rep that the cost would be refunded to my bank account. Now after 1.5 hrs on chat, being disconnected 3 times by their rep.. phoning for 30 mins only to be transferred 3 times and left waiting on hold, was told they would only do a gift card.Nope not happening.. Will contact office of fair trading instead.

Recommendation: not worth the hassle

Amazon AU Terrible customer service would give a 0 if had option

My order was never delivered to me and I was confirmed 4 times of a refund. Then I got an email from their “specialist” team advising that they would not refund and threatened to stop my account (I am a paying prime customer). They then declined the refund, would not give me a complaint department and when I attempted to resolve via chat they cancelled the chat over and over. I’m out of pocket and they don’t care. The WORST customer service I have EVER seen. To date still no refund and they are ignoring my emails and disconnect chats

Recommendation: If anything goes wrong you have NO support

Amazon AU Amazon AU Review: A Decent Online Store with a Few Drawbacks

if you ask me. But, I gotta admit, Amazon AU is still a pretty good online store. They got a lot of stuff to choose from and the prices are usually pretty decent. Shipping can be a bit slow sometimes, but that's to be expected when you're ordering stuff online. Plus, they got this thing called Amazon Prime that gives you free shipping and other perks, so that's pretty cool. Overall, I'd say Amazon AU is worth checking out if you're looking to buy something online. Just don't expect your negative reviews to get published.

Amazon AU Amazon Australia's Delivery Service: A Complete Joke and Waste of Time

Amazon Australia's delivery service is a complete joke. They are nothing but a bunch of $#*!s who can't keep their promises. It's a total waste of time dealing with them. I mean, seriously, what's the point of making promises if you can't deliver? It's just $#*!ing ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend Amazon Australia to anyone. They are a bunch of [censored] who don't know how to do their job properly.

I ordered a product from Amazon Australia and was promised that it would be delivered within a week. But guess what? It took them more than two weeks to deliver it. And when I contacted their customer service, they were of no help. They just kept giving me the runaround and making excuses. It was a complete waste of my time and energy.

I don't know what's wrong with Amazon Australia. Maybe they only hire incompetent people who don't know how to do their job properly. Or maybe they just don't care about their customers. Whatever the reason, it's clear that they are not a reliable company.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone thinking of using Amazon Australia to think twice. They are a bunch of useless [censored] who can't keep their promises. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Amazon AU Terrible Delivery Dates and Lack of Communication: My Disappointing Experience with Amazon AU

This business is absolutely terrible to buy from. The delivery dates are a complete joke. I recently placed an order for a product with a delivery date of June 6th. However, when June 6th came around, there was no sign of my products. When I contacted customer service, they didn't seem to care at all and simply told me that the delivery date had been pushed back to July 16th. It's as if nobody there has any idea of what's coming or going.

To make matters worse, two days later, my products finally arrived on June 12th. It's incredibly frustrating to have to deal with such inconsistency and lack of communication. If the products are coming from a third-party seller, then they shouldn't advertise a delivery date until they know for sure.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Amazon AU. I've since closed my account and will never be purchasing from them again. It's a shame that such a large company can't seem to get their act together when it comes to something as simple as delivering products on time.

Amazon AU Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Amazon AU: Frustration with Failed Transaction and Lack of Support

So, I recently had a bit of a hiccup with Amazon AU. I tried to make a purchase with my debit card, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough funds in my account. No big deal, right? I just topped up my card and called Amazon to find out how to finalize the transaction. But boy, was I in for a surprise.

The person on the other end of the line had no idea what I was talking about. They kept going on and on about how the transaction had failed and how they had tried to process it multiple times. All of this happened while I was sleeping, mind you, so I couldn't do anything to fix the issue at the time.

After a while, they started talking about all the reasons why transactions fail with banks and how long it takes to add a new card to your account. I was getting frustrated because all I wanted to know was how to finalize my order now that I had enough money in my account.

To make matters worse, Amazon doesn't seem to have a proper complaints department. I couldn't speak to anyone who could understand my question and give me a straight answer. In the end, I had to cancel my order because I couldn't get the information I needed.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Amazon AU. It's frustrating when you can't get a simple question answered, and it feels like the customer service team isn't equipped to handle these kinds of issues. I hope they can improve their processes in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same thing.
