Amazon ES Disappointing Experience with Amazon.es: Damaged Package and Language Barrier

I've been using Amazon in England for a while now and I must say, it's been brilliant. However, I recently decided to try out Amazon.es for my shopping needs in Spain and the experience was not good at all. The package arrived in a terrible state, with the contents all broken and the sun tan lotions smeared all over the box. I was quite disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation.

I tried to reach out to their customer support for help, but unfortunately, everything was in Spanish and I couldn't understand what they were saying. It was quite a challenge trying to communicate with them and get the assistance I needed. It seems like they wanted me to send the product back, but that was quite difficult as it was a big wet heap of cardboard covered in sun tan lotion.

Overall, my experience with Amazon.es was not a good one and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The language barrier was a huge issue for me and the damaged package was just the icing on the cake. I'll stick to using Amazon in England for my shopping needs.

Amazon ES Terrible Experience with Amazon ES: Suspended Account, Cancelled Orders, and Unresolved Charges

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Amazon ES. About a month ago, they went and suspended my account and cancelled a bunch of my orders, all because I logged in from a different country. Like, come on, I'm just trying to shop here!

But that's not even the worst part. One of the products I ordered never even got delivered, but they still charged me a whopping 340 bucks for it. I mean, seriously? I've tried contacting customer service a whole bunch of times, but they just keep telling me that the investigation department will get back to me within 24 hours. Well, it's been way more than 24 hours and I still haven't heard a peep from anyone.

Honestly, I'm at my wit's end here. The only thing I can think to do is to file a claim against Amazon with the authorities in my own country. It's just ridiculous that it's come to this.

So, my advice to you all is this: if you can find the same product somewhere else, maybe steer clear of Amazon ES. It's just not worth the hassle and the headache.

Amazon ES Mixed Feelings About Selling on Amazon ES: Frustrations with Customer Returns and High Fees

I've been selling on Amazon ES for a few years now and I have to say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. While I've had some great experiences with customers who order and keep the goods they've ordered, I've also had some not-so-great experiences where Amazon has refunded customers and even taken the return postage from me, all without me getting the goods back. It's frustrating to say the least, and it feels like Amazon is allowing their customers to steal from me.

I know that Amazon has policies in place to protect their customers, but it seems like they're not doing enough to protect their sellers. It's not fair that I have to bear the brunt of dishonest customers who take advantage of the system. I understand that there will always be some bad apples, but it's frustrating when Amazon seems to side with them instead of with me.

To make matters worse, I've found that selling on Amazon ES (and also on Amazon FR) from the UK can be quite expensive. There are additional fees and taxes that I have to pay, and it can be difficult to navigate the different regulations and requirements. If I had known how much it would cost me to sell on these platforms, I might not have done it in the first place.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Amazon ES. While I appreciate the platform and the opportunities it has given me as a seller, I also feel like there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. I hope that Amazon will take steps to protect their sellers and make the platform more fair and transparent for everyone involved.

Amazon ES Horrible Customer Service and Lies: My Experience with Amazon ES

So, I had a bit of a problem with Amazon ES recently. I had ordered something that cost me a whopping one thousand euros, but unfortunately, I no longer had access to the bank account that I used to make the purchase. When I contacted Amazon to ask for a refund, they told me that they could only give me a gift card instead of refunding the money to my bank account. I agreed to this, but unfortunately, they did the opposite of what they said they would do.

When I contacted Amazon to tell them about the mistake, they were less than helpful. They told me that there was nothing they could do to fix the problem and that I would just have to deal with it. To make matters worse, they also threatened to ban me if I used capital letters in my messages to them. Can you believe that? All I wanted was for them to fix their mistake and they threatened to ban me for using capital letters!

To add insult to injury, they even sent me a smiley face at the end of their message, as if they were mocking me for losing a thousand euros because of their lies. I don't know about you, but I think that's just plain rude.

Overall, I would not recommend Amazon ES to anyone. They are horrible people who lie and steal from their customers. If you want to avoid losing your hard-earned money, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Amazon ES Amazon.es: A Disappointing Experience - Scammed and Cheated Out of 650 Euros

have never been so disappointed with a company in my life.

I have been a loyal customer of Amazon.es for over two years now, but my recent experience with them has left me feeling scammed and cheated. I purchased a product on their marketplace for 650 euros, but when it arrived, it was damaged. I tried to contact the seller, but they stopped responding to my messages. When I reached out to Amazon.es for help, I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service representatives who seemed more interested in protecting the seller than helping me.

Despite my repeated attempts to get a refund or replacement for the damaged product, Amazon.es refused to help me and closed my case without any resolution. I am now left with a 650 euro product that is unusable and no guarantee that I will ever get my money back. It is clear to me that Amazon.es cares more about protecting their sellers than their customers, and they are willing to steal from their customers to do so.

I am extremely disappointed in Amazon.es and their complete lack of customer service. If I were the boss, I would fire everyone and start over with a team who actually cares about their customers. It is unacceptable for a company to treat their customers this way, and I will never shop with Amazon.es again. They are nothing but greedy scammers who have no respect for their customers or their hard-earned money.

Amazon ES Disappointing Experience with Amazon ES: Delayed Delivery, Lack of Support, and Refusal to Refund

I recently made a purchase on Amazon ES and was disappointed with the experience. I was given an expected delivery date of October 14th, but received an email on a different date. When I reached out for support regarding the wrong date, I was denied assistance. I then inquired about why my order was still in the warehouse, and was told it was due to a lack of stock for one of the products.

Frustrated, I decided to cancel the specific product in question, only to find out that it was actually in stock at a different price. It seemed that Amazon was denying me the product at the price I had already paid for it, and refused to help me solve the problem or even give me a refund. I have print screens that can prove everything.

After cancelling the supposedly "out of stock" product, I received confirmation that I would receive the other product by October 21st at 9:00am. However, just a few hours later, I received an email stating that the order would take two weeks to be delivered. I had paid for standard delivery, which typically takes less than one week, and did not choose the "super slow" delivery option.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would like my money back immediately. If I do not receive a refund, I will be forced to copy and paste this complaint on every social network and review site, including Trust Pilot. I have already spent too much effort, money, and time on this issue.

Amazon ES Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Amazon ES: A Warning to Others

I've been dealing with Amazon ES for the past week due to some issues with their carrier, MRW, not delivering my items. I've been promised multiple times that the issues would be resolved, but unfortunately, they haven't kept their promises. Their customer service is frustrating, incompetent, and embarrassing. They seem incapable of resolving any issues, and when I call to speak with someone in English, I get redirected to Spanish staff in Dublin who aren't fully competent in English. It's not just Amazon ES, though. Bad customer service seems to be a common issue in Spain, even in normal street stores. It's pathetic and, in most cases, racially-motivated. It's the paying customer who gets inconvenienced, aggravated, and ripped off.

With an overall unemployment rate of 25%, it seems like some Spaniards (at least the ones "working" for Amazon) don't care much about their jobs. As a customer, I don't trust a word of what they say, and I feel like a 3-year-old toddler in another country could do a much better job. I won't be ordering from this site again, and I certainly won't be recommending it to my friends and family. To make matters worse, orders that were promised to be returned to their warehouse were delivered instead. As a result, excessive charges were made to my credit card, which I'll have to dispute with my bank.

In conclusion, Amazon ES has been a huge disappointment. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

Amazon ES Disappointing Amazon ES Service: Late Deliveries, Defective Items, and Slow Refunds

I gotta say, I've been using Amazon ES for a while now and I'm not too happy with the service lately. I mean, I've got a Prime account and I spend a good chunk of change on there every year, around ?2000, but it's just not worth it anymore.

First off, a lot of the stuff I order comes in looking like it's been opened and used before. I mean, come on, if I'm paying for a new item, I expect a new item. It's not like I'm buying used stuff on eBay or something.

Secondly, the "guaranteed delivery date" is a total joke. I used to be able to count on getting my stuff the next day, but now it's hit or miss. Sometimes I don't get my stuff until a week later. What's the point of having Prime if I can't even get my stuff on time?

And don't even get me started on returns. That used to be one of the main reasons I trusted Amazon, but now it's a nightmare. If I get a defective item, I used to be able to get a credit to my account as soon as I sent it back. Now I have to wait up to two weeks for a refund. That's ridiculous! And it's not like they're taking responsibility for the defective items either. They're just shifting the blame onto me, the buyer. I recently bought a vacuum cleaner that broke on the first day. The replacement was also defective. It took almost a month to get my money back and I was left without a vacuum cleaner. That's just not acceptable.

It's a shame really, because Amazon used to be great. But now it's worse than the high street shops and I have to wait even longer for refunds. I think I'm going to start shopping locally instead of putting more money in Bezos' pocket.

Amazon ES Disappointing Experience with Amazon.es Black Friday Sale: Lies from Customer Service and Price Hike

My experience with Amazon.es has been disappointing, to say the least. I was excited to take advantage of the Black Friday sale to purchase a new pair of Merrell hiking shoes. I found a pair I liked at a reasonable price, or so I thought. When I clicked on the item, the price had gone up by almost 40 euros.

I contacted customer service to inquire about the price hike, and I was told that it was due to sales tax and shipping costs. As a Prime member, I knew that shipping should be free, and I also knew that tax was not required in my area. The customer service representative tried to explain the price increase with a series of lies, which I found unacceptable. He even gave me an incorrect email address to send screenshots of the Black Friday price and the price after clicking on the item.

I eventually found the correct email address and sent the screenshots, but I never received a reply from customer service. I even reached out to Amazon.es via Facebook and posted the photos on their page, but still received no response. It seems to me that Amazon.es was running a Black Friday scam, and their customer service was unwilling to help.

As a customer of Amazon in the UK, US, and now in Spain, I have to say that the customer service in Spain is the worst I have ever experienced. It is unacceptable for customer service agents to lie to customers, and I hope that Amazon will take action to address this issue. If Amazon is reading this review, I have kept a transcript of my conversation with customer service, including the lies that were told to me. I would appreciate a response from Amazon, and they can reach me by looking at the comments on their Facebook page.

Amazon ES Mixed Experience with Amazon ES: Good for Shopping, but Poor Packaging and Hassle for Replacements

Amazon ES is a pretty good website to buy stuff from, but sometimes they mess up. I ordered a couple of things from them and when they arrived, they were damaged and poorly packaged. It was a real bummer because I was excited to use them, but I couldn't because they were broken.

I tried to get a replacement, but it was a real hassle. Amazon ES didn't make it easy for me to get a new item, which was pretty frustrating. It seemed like they were more concerned with making money than making their customers happy.

Overall, I think Amazon ES is a decent website, but they could do better. They need to work on their packaging and make it easier for customers to get replacements when things go wrong. If they do that, I think they could be a really great company.

Amazon ES Disappointing Experience with Amazon ES: High Prices, Delayed Delivery, and Confusing Logistics

Amazon ES ain't all that great, to be honest. I ordered a product and it took them a whole month to deliver it, without even bothering to inform me about the delay. And when I finally got it, I realized that the prices are way higher than what you'd find on Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk. What's up with that, Amazon ES?

And don't even get me started on their delivery dates. They keep changing it, making it impossible to plan anything around it. And to top it all off, they use the wrong logistics partner in Portugal (CTT expresso), which only adds to the delays and confusion.

And if you thought that was bad enough, wait till you hear this: they charge a whopping 18 euros to deliver from Spain to Portugal. That's just ridiculous, Amazon ES. I mean, come on, we're practically neighbors!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Amazon ES to anyone. Stick to the other Amazon sites, folks. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Amazon ES Disappointing Quality: A Review of Shoes Purchased on Amazon ES

So, I recently made a purchase on Amazon ES and I gotta say, I was pretty excited about it. I ordered a pair of shoes that looked really nice and I couldn't wait to wear them out. When they arrived, I was even more impressed with how they looked in person. I put them on and they felt great, like they were made just for me.

However, after only a couple of days of wearing them, I started to notice that the shoes were rubbing against my feet in a way that was really uncomfortable. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Amazon ES. We placed an order and paid for it a whole month ago, but we still haven't received everything we ordered. They keep saying they can't find our place, but come on, we're not that hard to find. We're on Google maps and GPS and everything.

If they really can't deliver, they need to give us our money back. It's only fair, right? I mean, legally speaking, it seems like their business isn't working very well if they can't even get our order to us.

Amazon ES Disappointed with Amazon ES: Faulty Products and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered something from Amazon ES and it turned out to be faulty. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured I'd just get a replacement and everything would be fine. But nope, the replacement was also faulty! I couldn't believe it.

Now, Amazon ES wants me to pay upfront to return both items to Spain. That's gonna cost me around ?30, which is a lot of money. And to make matters worse, this guy named Bryan is supposed to be helping me out, but he's just terrible. He keeps threatening me that I'll be charged twice if the item doesn't reach them on time. Like, come on man, I'm already dealing with two faulty items, do you really need to be so harsh?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Amazon ES. I thought they were supposed to be a reliable company, but this whole situation has been a mess. I just hope they can get their act together and make things right.

Amazon ES Amazon ES: Unreliable and Unresponsive Customer Service

So, I gotta say, Amazon ES is not my favorite place to shop. They done took out 91 bucks from my bank account, and I ain't even bought nothin'! And this ain't the first time they done did this to me. Last year, they took out 40 bucks without my say-so, and my bank had to step in and call it fraud to get my money back. It's just plain wrong, y'all.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. I been tryin' to get in touch with someone for days, and all I get is some automated message tellin' me to wait on hold. Ain't nobody got time for that! It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I know I ain't the only one who's had problems with Amazon ES. I seen plenty of other folks complainin' about the same thing. It's just not right, y'all. They need to get their act together and start treatin' their customers with some respect. Until then, I ain't buyin' nothin' from them.

Amazon ES Amazon's Outsourced Customer Service and Fluctuating Prices: A Frustrating Experience

I've been using Amazon for a good 10 years now, and I gotta say, they used to be pretty great. But in the last couple of years, they've started outsourcing their customer service to third world countries. Now, don't get me wrong, these folks are polite and all, but they just read off a script and can't really help you out much. It's a real bummer.

Another thing that's been getting on my nerves is how the prices of products on Amazon seem to change every day. Up one day, down the next, up again, down again. It's hard to keep track of what's what, you know?

Now, I will say that if you're lucky enough to get someone in the USA when you call Amazon customer service, they might actually know what they're doing and be able to help you out. But for every one of those folks, there are like 10 others who can't deviate from the script and just end up wasting your time.

Honestly, if you're looking to buy something online, you might be better off going to Best Buy. They'll match the price you see on Amazon, and you can either get it right away or get free shipping. Plus, you'll be dealing with folks who actually know what they're talking about.

Amazon ES Terrible Customer Service Experience with Amazon ES: A Warning to Others

I recently had a bad experience with Amazon ES when I received damaged vacuum cleaners. I was disappointed and wanted to return them. I contacted their customer service and they told me that I could send the vacuum cleaners back to them and they would refund the return cost when I sent them the invoice.

After I sent the vacuum cleaners back, I asked for the refund as promised. However, they told me that I did not choose the correct reason for return in my Amazon account. I was frustrated because I don't speak Spanish and it was difficult for me to navigate their website.

Their customer service was awful and they were not helpful at all. I felt like they were the biggest liars because they promised me a refund but then made it difficult for me to get it. They were so hard about the 32 euros in return costs, which was a lot of money for me.

I couldn't help but wonder what they would do if it were an expensive product. I don't trust them anymore and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Overall, my experience with Amazon ES was terrible and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
