Will never order again on Noon or Noon Daily. Orders are sent in piecemeal and one has to keep collecting deliveries over next few days. Simply painful and unprofessional. Dont know what kind of algorithm the mandarins at Noon are thinking. So utterly useless and inconvenient and environment unfriendly and wasteful. TERRIBLE! I usually am not so harsh but this is insane. Suffered a few weeks ago and it has started to happen again. I SWEAR I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ON NOON EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES TO DELIVER ON PLANET EARTH. IT IS A JOKE! 3 KGS OF POTATOES GET DELIVERED IN TWO CONSIGNMENTS AND ONE PACK OF COKES GETS DELIVERED IN TWO CONSIGNMENTS AGAIN. HAVE NO POLITE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE INANITY!
REVIEW ON 31 Jan: I do not accept your lame reply but I am revising my rating to four because all renaining items got delivered in one shot this morning and packing and quality was top class. It appears that someone in Noon Daily took notice of the inane way the deliveries were being made and put a stop to it. My rating would have been five had it not been for the bad reply.

Disappointed with Noon's MacBook Pro delivery and return process
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro from Noon (noon.com) and unfortunately, it was not delivered as described in the product post. The post stated that the MacBook Pro was from the year 2012, but when I received it, the OS indicated that it was from early 2011. Additionally, there was a fault with the screen module/part, which had a play of about 15 degrees and did not stop at a position, leaning about 15 degrees backward.
I immediately submitted a return request through the Noon site and the next day, the Noon delivery team collected the MacBook Pro. However, I was concerned about when my money would be refunded so that I could purchase another one. To my surprise, I received an update on my account stating that the return was declined because the item was not in its original condition and did not meet their policy. I was confused because the MacBook Pro was returned in the same state and it only took 10-15 minutes to check the information on the Mac OS to verify what had happened to the product.
I contacted Noon's Live chat again and explained the situation. They opened a ticket number and said that they would take my case into consideration again. I also reached out to the supplier via WhatsApp and they assured me that there was no issue and that my money would be refunded so that I could order another MacBook Pro.
As of now, I am still waiting to hear back from Noon's experts and customer care regarding my refund. However, I did receive the MacBook Pro again today and noticed that the QC checking process had been completed. I also noticed that my repacking was not reopened and my packaging tapes were not torn off, which was a relief.
Overall, I am disappointed with the initial experience of receiving a faulty MacBook Pro and the confusion surrounding the return process. However, I appreciate the efforts of Noon's Live chat and the supplier to resolve the issue and I hope that my refund will be processed soon.
Unprofessional and Deceptive: My Experience with Noon's Express Delivery
So, I wanted to buy a fridge online and I found Noon. It was showing the least delivery time, so I ordered it under the express delivery label. My previous fridge broke down and I needed one urgently. I called the customer service staff and told them that I needed it urgently since all my groceries were going to be wasted and I have 4 school-going children. They said to call them back again when the item shows shipped. The attitude was extremely laid back.
The next day it showed shipped, so I gave them a call again and they lied that they have placed it on an urgent basis. I followed up the next day and this time I found that there was no request raised. I asked them to understand my situation, but they again gave me false information and lied to me that they have requested for urgent delivery. Another day passed by and nothing happened. The day came when it was supposed to be delivered and I knew from my experience that Noon is utterly unprofessional. I gave them a call again at 1300 hrs, that my order is still not out for delivery, they lied again that I will receive it before 10 pm and after 4 pm, the status went from delivering today to may delivery in the next 72 hours.
I called them back and again they said it will take at least 24 hours more. They raised an urgent urgent delivery request and I asked them to transfer my call to a supervisor. The laid-back staff put me on hold and said that I can expect the call from the manager in 48 working hours. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! LYING AND DECEIVING! IT TOOK A TOTAL OF 14 DAYS TO DELIVER A PRODUCT WHICH THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER IN 3 DAYS UNDER EXPRESS DELIVERY. AND THAT MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK, AFTER RAISING A CALL BACK REQUEST A TOTAL 8 TIMES. THIS IS THE LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM.
I didn't accept the fridge and got one on the 4th day since I expected such quality of service. Money came back after 2 more weeks. I am not going to buy anything from this ripoff company. Amazon Prime all the way.

I contacted noon.com again to report the issue and was told that I would need to wait 7 working days before I could transfer any money from my noon credit to my credit card. This seemed like an unreasonable amount of time to wait, especially considering that someone had hacked into my account and made fraudulent purchases.
When I raised a complaint about the situation, noon.com told me that I would need to wait an additional 2 days for someone to contact me and address my concerns. I was extremely frustrated with their lack of urgency and concern for their customers. It seemed like they were more interested in protecting their own interests than in helping me resolve the issue.

I have repeatedly asked Noon not to send the faulty piece back, but they still did. I have given them enough chances, but they are hell-bent on not accepting the problem. The phone has been lying with the service center for more time than I have got to use it. It's frustrating, to say the least.
I strongly recommend that you do not buy anything from Noon. They don't care about their customers and their unprofessional staff is a testament to that. I don't trust Noon anymore and I won't sit quietly until my problem is resolved.

I have to say, I've never experienced such a terrible customer service as I have with Noon. They are liars, cheats, and they put the customer down to cover up their mistakes. At first, I received calls from multiple delivery men, each asking me for my location, and I explained the location to them. After a while, I got fed up with the calls. They asked me to purchase it again, but I would have to pay an extra Aed 215 this time (the discount amount), since there was no sale.
I refused and offered to pick the items myself from their warehouse. They said that was not possible. Furthermore, they started accusing me that the mistake was from my side because I didn't answer the delivery man's call. Also, they must have tried to deliver, but no one was there to collect the items! This is utter rubbish because I always have someone at home. Moreover, I had asked for the items to be left at the door! Noon so conveniently passed on the whole blame to me and even removed the "leave at the door" option from my order and said that it was never requested. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot and had proof! They processed a refund to my account without my consent. I didn't want a refund; I wanted the toys since they were birthday gifts (now overdue).
What I've hated is I've explained to them multiple times, but each time they pretend like they know nothing and give me this robotic reply to "reorder." Why should I reorder when there was no issue from my side and bear an additional cost of Aed 215? Moreover, they made me feel like a liar and bullied me over and over again.
The staff is extremely dishonest, bullies, and basically know nothing about customer service. Noon shouldn't be in this business at all! Dear readers, you're better off with Amazon- they've been extremely ethical and handled all issues so well! Noon, on the other hand, is totally unethical. Don't burn your fingers with Noon.

Unfortunately, the TV did not arrive on that day despite being loaded into the delivery car around 2 pm. I attempted to contact customer support several times throughout the day to gain insight into the approximate delivery time, but received unhelpful and vague answers each time.
I finally received two messages at 9:30 pm, one stating the driver's number and the second indicating that the delivery had failed because the driver could not reach me. I attempted to contact the courier multiple times to no avail. Finally, the following day, I was able to get in touch with the courier who told me that he had not been able to deliver the TV because it didn't fit in his car. This was in direct conflict with the SMS updates I had received stating that the TV had been loaded into the delivery car the day before.
I left a complaint with customer service and was assured that the lying courier would be fired. I requested delivery the following day, my actual birthday, no later than 1 pm. I was told by customer service that it would be arranged. Unfortunately, the TV did not arrive that day, and when I contacted customer service, they gave me vague and unhelpful answers once again.
I eventually spoke to a representative who informed me that I could not choose a delivery date or reschedule with them directly. I was also told that it would take 24-48 hours for someone to look into my complaint. The next day, the courier called me saying that he would be at my door in 20 minutes disregarding the request to deliver on a different day other than the 31st.
On January 1st, the courier indicated that my order had been loaded into the car at 12:36 pm. I cancelled my plans for the day to wait for the delivery to arrive. Yet, I received two messages at 7:42 pm stating that the courier could not reach me, and the delivery had failed once again. The same courier whom I had complained about earlier lied and did not show up again.
This whole ordeal has been incredibly disappointing and upsetting. My birthday present has yet to arrive, and I had to cancel plans that I was eagerly anticipating. Noon's unreliability and lack of transparency have left me feeling completely let down. I do not recommend their services and hope that others will avoid the same negative experience that I had.

I received no calls nor messages from the delivery person yet he canceled my orders. I was told that a complaint was logged but it still shows on my orders that my items have been canceled.

Nightmare Experience with Noon: Undelivered Order and Terrible Customer Service
My experience with Noon (noon.com) was nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered some food and was given a specific delivery window which I was eagerly looking forward to. However, when the delivery was slightly delayed, I was surprised to find missed calls on my phone. I called back and spoke to the driver who claimed that he may have called the wrong number. However, when I checked my app, I noticed it was the same number that I had missed calls from earlier. I immediately called the driver back and asked if he worked for noon, to which he confirmed. I requested him to update me on my delivery status and he promised to do so.
However, mere minutes after our conversation, the order was posted as undelivered on my app. I had a chat with L Farghaly from Noon regarding the same, and it was shocking how unhelpful she was. She stated that they could not deliver the food as the delivery was missed, and I was thoroughly disappointed. I was even willing to pay for the delivery, but she refused. I then requested her to at least tell me the location of the food so that I could pick it up myself but she kept repeating that customer service would contact me, which was extremely frustrating.
Unfortunately, to this day, no one has contacted me and it has been a few weeks since my order went undelivered. I paid for something that I never got delivery of, and incurred a significant loss as a result. I was highly disappointed with the level of service that I received from Noon and do not recommend anyone to use it either. It is absolutely unacceptable to have such a pathetic customer service where they refuse to pass on basic information to their customers. I have since stopped using the app altogether, and I urge others to do the same.

I recently had a very negative experience with Noon (noon.com). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this online store due to several reasons. In contrast, when I had a similar experience with Amazon, I received excellent service. I bought an item for a reasonable amount of 34 Dirhams, but unfortunately, there was a problem with one of its parts. I contacted Amazon for warranty claim and they promptly came to my office, took back the item, and credited my account. I was very impressed by their efficient and effective service.
In addition, I found that Amazon and eBay handle unsatisfied customers very well, with good staff and management for warranty or customer service claims. Thus, I know that I can shop with confidence on these platforms, knowing that I will receive the best service possible.
Noon charged me a staggering amount of 1,545 /- AED, for an item that is readily available in the market for just 950 AED or maybe even less in some cases. This exorbitant price made me realize that I was paying more for an untrusted brand, which is unacceptable. I strongly feel that Noon's pricing strategy is primarily centered around exploiting unsuspecting customers, and this is a dishonest practice.
Finally, I decided to delete my Noon account due to this terrible experience. I have also shared my negative experience with Noon through my social media platforms. I hope that by doing so, more people will be aware of the company's terrible service and avoid going through what I did.
In conclusion, I believe that Noon needs to step up its game in terms of staff training, management, and genuine product offerings if it wants to stay competitive. Otherwise, it is best to close down its operations and give way to more honest and customer-centric platforms.

I had placed an order with the order number NAEDB***195 on November 27th for a specific item, but unfortunately, the item still has not been delivered to me. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, I have received no viable response or resolution to this issue.
Initially, when I contacted customer care, I was informed that the issue would be sorted out within 24 hours. However, they failed to mention when that 24-hour period would begin. To make matters worse, when I reached out to them again for an update, they informed me that higher-level management would contact me within 4 hours to address my concerns. Regrettably, this did not happen, and I did not even receive a response from their lower-level management team.
I understand that Noon is a vast and busy company with numerous operations, but the lack of attention and resolution to my request is frustrating and unjustified. While two other items from my order were delivered, the primary item still remains outstanding.
It is incredibly distressing to be cheated as a customer by a company that claims to sell high-quality products and services. Unfortunately, they seem to have failed me as a customer, and their responses thus far have been fabricated and filled with lies.
Remarkably, their generic response posts with apologies and requests to call them is not helpful for an already disappointed customer. I have already called them, chatted with them, and exchanged emails, yet the matter remains unresolved. I recently made a purchase on Noon for a renewed MacBook Pro, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the product I received. Although the name of the MacBook Pro was renewed, it seemed like someone had already used it before and just put it on sleep mode. The Mac was getting hot like a water boiler, there was a small white color fading on the display, and a full Apple sticker had been pasted on top of the Apple logo part.
I immediately returned the product to the Noon facility, but I was disappointed when no one contacted me to explain what had happened. Instead, they simply returned the product to me, stating that it was not covered by my policy. I felt frustrated and like I had been sold a faulty product.
After realizing that the item had a 6-month warranty, I requested assistance. However, I was disappointed when no one called me back for 3-4 days after filing the first case, so I had to call to follow up. This happened again when I filed a second case, and five days passed with no contact. Today, I had to call for the third time to follow up, and again they filed a case. I hope they don't ask me to return three Macs!
I have been a loyal customer of Noon for years, but this is the first time I have had such an issue. Unfortunately, their customer service and management have been very poor. I am not sure what the management does, as they seem to be ignoring customer complaints.
I don't know what to do next. I think I will have to call for a fourth follow-up and file a claim again. This is frustrating!

Second, during the second repair, it was communicated to me that if a third repair was required, I would be eligible for a replacement or refund. I would like this to be confirmed in writing, with the added caveat that if further defects are detected, Noon is obliged to provide a full refund.
Additionally, I did not use this phone for nearly three months while it was being repaired, so I feel that I am entitled to an extended warranty. These concerns have been detailed and provided to Noon management, yet no response has been provided.

They also said that I should either raise another request and send the phone back for the third time or go to Apple, get documents stating the product is defective, take videos and photos of the issue, and only then they can help. The worst part was when they hung up the phone in my face. This is not how customer service should be!
In my opinion, Noon is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the UAE. They will steal your money in broad daylight, lie to you, and disrespect you in case of any problems. They are not following their own policies, which clearly state that if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, Noon is liable to process the refund. Instead, my phone is going back and forth between Noon and myself. It's really frustrating, and I feel like they are running a major scam!

I gotta tell ya, I tried Noon Grocery again even though I had a bad experience with them before. I ordered some important stuff and also snagged a sweet deal on something else. And those three things were essential breakfast items like eggs and sliced bread. Instead, I got two things I didn't even order and couldn't use.

I called the call center and they said they could only refund me and that I should just order the same stuff again. But it wasn't even available for the same price anymore! They said someone would contact me within four hours but it took 96 hours and I had to call them again and explain everything all over again.
They still wouldn't do anything except refund me to my Noon wallet. But they charged me a service fee for the order and I'm not even gonna use that wallet anymore after this mess. The whole thing was so disappointing and frustrating. I wasted my time and didn't even get what I ordered. I'm not happy about it at all.

When I attempted to address the issue and obtain a waiver for shipping charges, Noon's customer support team assured me that they would try to accommodate my request as a gesture of good will for my next order. Taking them at their word, I went ahead and placed another order. Much to my dismay, I was later informed that the team did not have the necessary authority to waive the shipping charges after all.
This entire experience has cost me both my time and money, and as a result, I am hesitant to ever shop from Noon again. I much prefer the reliable and efficient services offered by Amazon, where customers are cherished and treated with respect.

Despite confirming the new scheduled delivery dates with the customer service representative, I continued to receive daily notifications stating that my shipments were out for delivery. Every day, couriers would contact me insisting to deliver the packages which led to me to have to call customer support on a daily basis to correct the delivery schedule. I even requested to speak with the manager, who contacted me while I was in a meeting, but unfortunately, I was unable to take the call and requested a return call at 2:30 PM. To my disappointment, no one ever contacted me again.
Finally, on October 1st, the delivery date I had rescheduled for, only one out of two of my expected shipments was delivered. When the courier arrived, they were extremely rude and disrespectful, making the entire experience even more frustrating.

However, this proved to be false as the item was still being sold by other retailers, albeit at a higher price.
As a frequent Amazon customer, I have purchased various items ranging from electronics to perfume, and have never had a single issue. In contrast, even one order from Noon, despite being partially delivered, was canceled, making me wonder about the inconsistent customer service. However, it has now been four days and I received a new update stating that they will call within 48 hours.
