I'm pretty satisfied with everything except the clean up. I accidentally stepped on a rusty nail that was hidden in the grass and it went right through my boot and into my foot on the same day I paid my bill. They really should make sure to do a thorough sweep with a magnet.

My name is Victoria and I had my roof replaced by Central Homes Roofing. Robert *** and the roofing crew did a magnificant job. All work was professionaly completed and the clean up was equisite. I would recommend these workers for any future job.

I gotta say, this company is top-notch. They're always on time and super organized with everything they do. The prices they offer are great, the materials are good quality, and the staff is awesome, especially Robert. He treats you like you're part of the fam, you know?

Alvin, Perry, Ivan, did a great job replacing my roof. The whole team ensured the work met all standards. Communication was clear from start to finish. They meticulously cleared nails from my pool. I highly recommend their services for their competitive pricing.

We got our house roofed by Central Homes in early 2022. While they were installing it, they messed up two parts of the stucco, cracked our driveway, and tore some screens in the pool area. Just a day after they finished, the county inspector said it had to be completely removed because they didn't pass the proper underlayment inspection. They started the whole project again a few weeks later when the weather was bad. The second roof installation didn't seem to have as much attention to detail. The second roof failed inspection twice, but eventually got approved. Since February 2022, this roof has had five leaks, and one of them caused significant damage inside. Central Homes has sent out multiple crews to try and fix the problem, but we still have leaks. The roof now has signs of wear from people walking on it in some areas, and the black gutters have been scratched and scraped. This project has taken three quarters of a year, and we have no confidence in our roof. Even if they can fix the current leaks, we think this roof will only last a fraction of its intended lifespan because of the poor installation and subsequent repairs. This whole situation has caused a lot of stress and anxiety, and I can't recommend Central Homes.

I don't even know where to start, don't trust them! This guy Randy, who I heard got fired along with his buddies for doing illegal stuff, approached me from the company. They gave me three quotes, all crazy high. When I asked Randy about it, he just kept making excuses. He got the measurements wrong, said it was someone else's house, and so on. The actual roof replacement went okay, but they left a bunch of nails in my yard and did a terrible job cleaning up. When it came to replacing any wood, they took shortcuts and didn't do a good job. Instead of replacing the whole board, they just replaced one part with three. It's all messed up and not secure at the joints. Don't expect good quality work from them! Now let's talk about the gutter installation. Don't let them install gutters on your house! It's been two months and I still don't have a downspout. The gutters have gaps and they messed up the drip edge, leaving sharp metal sticking out inside the gutter. If you try to clean the gutters, you'll end up needing stitches. I've texted and called them so many times to get things fixed, but their customer service is terrible. They keep passing me around like a bar tab at closing time. Don't expect good quality work from this company. Ever!

Gio and his crew at Central Homes Roofing & Solar are really great. They did a good job and were careful with my property. No problems there. But, let me tell you about Randy, the guy who came to my house. He said, "Let's see if we can get your insurance company to help pay for this roof." Seemed like a good idea. I had already gotten an estimate from another roofer because I had some water pooling on the flat part of my roof, which was causing leaks in my family room. So, it would be great if this roofer could get some of the cost covered by insurance. Randy told me to sign with Cohen Law and they would take care of everything. He said it would take about 6-9 months to get approved. He put a tarp on the roof to stop more water from coming in and put up a sign that said "Insurance Approved" in front of my property. Nine months later, I found out that nothing had been done about the insurance claim and now my roof was leaking even more into my family room. Randy brought me another tarp and gave me a new estimate that was way higher than the previous roofer's. Of course, I told him I couldn't afford that. He said I couldn't go with any other roofer because I had signed a contract with Central Homes and Cohen. He said he would try to match the previous roofer's estimate. Finally, he got it approved and the roofers came and put on the new roof. Then, Randy called and said it was going to be $2000 more than the estimate. Wait, that's not right. That's what they paid the guys to do the roof. So, never mind, but it was still going to be more than the estimate. I knew there might be some extra wood replacement due to water damage because it took so long. In the end, I ended up paying $1100 more than the original estimate. They also tried to charge me $750 for the tarp that was supposed to be free. They took that off the bill, but overall, it was a mess. I don't recommend working with Randy. He lied and scammed his way into this job. Nothing happened the way he said it would, and you'll end up paying a lot more than you expect.
