Mr.manikam and team worst team I never heard..last year 2022 April month finished my agreement 6 lak comes 12 lak they keep on saying wait 1 month keep on ..and then v told put 6 lak agreement give back 6 laks still 4 months that amf also not received v r totalay [censored]ed off what happen ..u wil not give this complaints it going become big issues...

Theft of intellectual property
I recently purchased a hosting package for our business from Centrio Host.
Upon searching for the company on an international database at companysearch.com as well as contacting the Australian Consulate in Bangladesh, it was virtually proven that this organisation had no mandate to be trading nor was it recognised as a formal business. Therefore it was too risky for us to deal with the guy (Kamrul H. Bappy).
They state on their website that we are entitled to a satisfaction guarantee refund. The policy (at the stage of purchase) did no where detail intricate information about any t's and c's of this. It simply stated a satisfaction gaurantee.
We were not satisfied but after approaching them they would not offer us a refund.
We filed a complaint with the payment processor 2 Checkout who simply sided with this illegal operation and refused to co-operate with us.
They then suspended our hosting account because we allegedly made 'false claims' about them. (Even though we have not). They now demand $50 to re-activate it.
We won't be using their service however they currently hold a domain name containing a registered trademark of ours within it. It was registered via this company whom are a reseller of the UK 2 Group Ltd.
The UK 2 group have not been co-operative either nor have the produced any evidence to show that this company in which they effectively do business with is legitimate.
Kamrul Bhappy (the 'CEO' of nothing) refuses to comply with our request to release the domain name.
In summary.
1. We paid them for a hosting service.
2. We requested a refund of the total amount $400+/- AUD.
3. They refused a refund.
4. We filed a complaint with 2Checkout.
5. They suspended our account for making 'false claims' - 2 Checkout wouldn't co-operate with us as if they did they would be admitting doing business with an unethical and fictitious organisation.
6. They still hold our domain name and even though we have said to them keep the money - we won't pursue a refund, they still dont have the decency to release the domain name without FURTHER payment.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have also been decived by CENTRIO HOST. AND I just feel guilty that I did not do some searches about this suppose company before purchasing services from them. But the amount involve is $100 so I just decided not to even go againts then on chargeback or what so ever. I simply asked them to cancel the account and never to send me any correspondance. But they have been very abusive. And I agree, dont be foolled by any false review you will see online. They are fake. This so called hosting company is unable to provide any service that can be acceptable even as hosting. They are rude, and they have a very bad culture of the way they do business. They pull out policies on hiden links. they even acknowledge to me in one of their ticket that they had hiden policies. They delited over 103 accounts I was hosting on a reseller server. Pathetic

2. Refund policy not applicable for second order / renewal of any account.
3. Violation of Terms of Service will waive refund policy as well.
4. Your sub accounts are terminated because you have moved them to other server and asking for false refund, and those accounts automatically terminated by the server within 48 hours period of account dns checker cron job. You have violate the fair usage policy Rules 4.0 according to http://billing.centriohost.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=67 and, though sub account termination are in effect.
We dont offer any refunds for second order / renewal on here according to terms of policy.

False statement. You have uploaded USA bank and Facebook phishing sites on our server and we have did sent you phishing complain several times. However you did simply ignore it and after 24h of action we have to terminate the account directly due to ABUSE procedure and USA Law of action according to privacy ACT 1974.
I just wanted to share with you all the people who will or already using centriohost.com webhosting service ... you do not be fooled by false reviews about centriohost.com ... they are not professionals and support team they suck.
for you all to know that I am a reseller website and never subscribed to a package through centriohost Alpha Master, is a reseller package with facilities such as shared hosting, reseller hosting, master reseller hosting. I subscribed since the date of 06/07/2010 for 1 year. and should expire on 06/07/2011. but on the date 03/03/2011 my account blocked by reason of my frequent complaints so all my accounts and my customer also all the block while and I must pay some money to USD 264 (This is the same amount of money when I subscribe to).
when all my web clients in block / suspend I tried to contact the sales team and support team. but the results I am still forced to pay back for when my new subscription to them. Unfortunately again I was not allowed to download the backup files across the web client until I make a payment of USD 264.
an absurdity hosting service providers, simply because of frequent complaints about the quality of their servers then have to end up with blocking ..
